    @VodafoneUK I’ve done that, my point is you’ve disconnected me and then I’m expected to just await a call back, you’ve left me without a working phone. Surely this should be a manned phone line where I can get the problem resolved asap.

    @VodafoneUK Maybe concentrate on the customers in the uk, your cs and full Broadband are crap . No internet for 28 days and counting

    I guess @VodafoneUK have now given up trying to help. Told me the issue was fixed just like the previous 8 times and just stopped communicating after that. Anyone know which organisation to complain to to get Vodafone to give a ****?

    Phoned @VodafoneUK at 4pm to cancel my contract. Tried to leave but they talked me into a deal on a phone by 5pm.....trying to process that deal at 6pm (the assistants home time) and the phone goes dead Phone back once kids in bed, wait in a queue for 2hrs and they hang up

    @VodafoneUK So that was a waste of an evening. Asked for my details at 8:19 and replied straight away. It’s now 22:12 and still waiting on a reply!! Absolutely shocking customer service 😡😡

    @davvyk @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK made such a mess of things that its been 5hrs and I don't know if I'm stuck with a new contract or not.....it was a real mess. Wish I'd know about the PUK code thing. Will find out and cancel tomorrow
