@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

If you're considering getting @VodafoneUK broadband, then don't! Just useless - have had 2 engineers visit who "fixed the issue" and "you'll have no more problems now, all sorted" only to get repeatedly cut off work calls. Issue been going on over a year. Jokes! #broadbandfail

4 days without broadband during half term and @VodafoneUK IP Abuse team are still refusing to reconnect our service. My partner is still waiting for the complaints department to answer her call, 31 minutes and counting. Absolute shambles of an ISP, utterly disgraceful!

If you having problems with Vodafone Broadband it will appear their DNS servers are down, to fix, log into your router and change the DNS server to google DNS 8.8.8.8 or cloudflare 1.1.1.1 @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK until it’s sorted.
