Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK I have been given the wrong amount of compensation. My broadband service was due to go live on 25th November but didn’t work until 16th December. There were numerous phone calls backwards and forwards and your tech teams couldn’t solve it, until an engineer came out.

If anyone is trying to contact me the only way you will get through to me is is Via WhatsApp.. @VodafoneUK with the worst customer service and help while I’m away in Spain. Anyone who works abroad do not take a contract out with @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK @CityFibre what part of we don’t want your service do you not understand? Told Vodafone customer services 3 times we want to cancel after appalling communication and 3 times no shows and move of internal fit date. Kept all record of it so u can stop blaming each other
