    I know phone bills go up every April for whatever nonsense reason but £4.14 increase per month is really quite steep @VodafoneUK 😳 could have sworn in years gone by it was never quite that much

    If you were as big as @VodafoneUK and you decided to up your rates. Would you update the database of the online Chat Bot to answer the most basic questions for a customer? Rather than make the call centre go tilt? With bots like theirs, no wonder poor people aren't scared of AI.

    @VodafoneUK - Day three of Vodafone hell... another hour on hold. Still no joy. That's 16 hours now on just one issue. Vodafone's customer service is abusive and torturous. And now I'll have to tell my employer I won't be able to do my job because I will not have broadband.

    @VodafoneUK Done this 3 times already. Very helpful staff. Advised cancelling old DD and create new one. Had to ring again as no money taken. Another DD set up - now my account shows 2. Still no money taken. Not convinced a 4th call will help.

    @VodafoneUK PLEASE sort out the issues you still have with the Isle of Man mobile area code 07624. Users in the UK unable to call us on the IOM, and your UK customers with no service when here. Get this sorted! It’s an absolute pain.😡 @manxtelecom

    @VodafoneUK Why is your 4g signal (and hence mobile data) so bad in far Bletchley. (MK3 7SE). IT USED TO BE BRILLIANT!! But since around December it's become terrible. Your online "checker" says its good indoors and out. It's far from it!!

    @VodafoneUK When I joined Vodafone in Jan 2022, my mobile contract was £40. Now, in April 2023, it’s £50. Yes, it’s gone up TEN POUNDS in just over a year. And my network reception is beyond awful. They are a multi-billion £ company & have no need to bleed their customers dry.
