The service has been patchy and occasionally dropped off, so when the contract was up, we thought we's shop around. Normal behavior in the current climate?! @VodafoneUK had a good deal, cheaper overall, and a little cashback. We placed the order. 2/?

@GeorgeMonbiot Hi as of today we have exactly the same problems that you had with your mother's account. @VodafoneUK have the death certificate but still refuse to cancel the account w/o speaking to the account holder who is elderly. We are even named on the account but still cannot cancel.
