    @VodafoneUK I tried all different times of the day and waited over 40 minutes on some occasions! I got through yesterday after 30 mins to find that my policy was invalid as I had a sim only contract, yet Vodafone were quite happy taking the money each month Very poor @VodafoneUK

    @pseudomonas @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Spoke to them and they’re implementing from March next year. I managed to leave as they weren’t providing the service as described.

    Contacting @VodafoneUK is a nightmare. The automated phone system directs you online - which doesn't answer my question. Calling again routes you anywhere bar where you need to go and then ditches your call. So, instead I have to drive 10 miles to my nearest store and queue #Poor

    @VodafoneUK I want to cancel broadband & landline. I’ve only been with you 4 month but am constantly billed incorrectly, the broadband is intermittent and I’ve spent an age on live chat with no success. I can’t even call for help as it just disconnects because you’re busy.
