    @VodafoneUK Upgraded my phone yesterday was told by your customer service department my phone would be delivered today by DPD as long as I signed my agreement by 9pm (signed at 11am) Nothing. Where is my phone?

    @VodafoneUK As I explained yesterday Vodafone are only able to offer mobile WiFi on a 2 year contract. Or put a box on the front of the place we are staying which is a ridiculous suggestion as the place is not ours to do that! Stop defending Vodafone it doesn’t work. Useless customer service

    @VodafoneUK @Fweefwee8 Voda. I strongly suggest you don’t use this complaint against your withdrawal of a service highly useful for Musicians as a chance to flog a less useful contract to my friend. Also, what ARE your environmental credentials?

    @VodafoneUK Hey Lou! Thanks for coming back, the only issue is I don’t really use the Jubilee line (more of a Victoria line girl)… one of the main reasons for using Vodafone was that it had wood access underground… it wasn’t so bad during the pandemic with working from home but now it’s 😔

    Why oh Why do I have to “fight” with @VodafoneUK customer services in Egypt, for a Contract that was offered to me and why do I get put through to “Technical support” on the “complaints” line?? Is it Me?? 🙈🙈

    @VodafoneUK Why do you persist in trying to sell bundles to a Vodafone1 SIM that you know never uses data, almost never texts and makes one or two calls a month - and has been like that for years ? Please don't suggest opting out of the texts. You should not be sending them.

    @BBCNews @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup my husband has just moved to your network from another who introduced roaming fees. Why are fees being reintroduced after so many years? Is the cost to you increasing to pass on? Or just charging us more?

    In the SIX WEEKS I've been 'dealing' with @VodafoneUK - about the non-reception inside the flat and the appalling one outside - they've suggested I upgrade my broadband service and the 'experts' might move 'the mast in my flat's direction'. Am not making this crap up.
