Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my phone yesterday was told by your customer service department my phone would be delivered today by DPD as long as I signed my agreement by 9pm (signed at 11am) Nothing. Where is my phone?

@grandadmcfc @VodafoneUK So been with them 20 years with 2 phones paying circa £100 a month by DD and now I try to do an upgrade that I have done every 2 years and suddenly they don't recognise me, so can't do an upgrade. Will cancel the DD then they might talk

@VodafoneUK @thortful Fobbed off again by Vodafone and told to ring customer care , no I'm not sitting in a que and waiting 45 mins , 30 hrs I've waste on the phone to Vodafone in 2 months, not good enough I'm stopping my direct debit and contacting your ombudsman....

Wow @VodafoneUK are horrendous! I’ve never known anything like it 🤯 staff don’t carry out their jobs properly, they’re rude, call centre so loud you can’t hear the person speak, billing me 6 months after I left & reporting missed payments to cred ref agencies for no reason 🤯

7th day in a row I’ve been waiting on hold for 30 minutes + to @VodafoneUK before anyone even picks up!!! Only want to organise a home move!! Absolutely infuriatingly shocking customer service AND NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT THEM 😡🤬 #awfulservice #vodafone #shoddycustomerservice
