Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK hi! I recently sent my iPhone to Vodafone for repair (it wouldn’t switch on). Ive just got it back (after 30 days) with a note saying no problem was identified. It switches on now but fails on startup. What would you suggest I do? I don’t want to wait 30 days again.

@VodafoneUK Feeling let down and frustrated by poor customer service! I raised my move a month ago, there was a problem with booking broadband installation and I would be called back. A month later no call back, no update, no help & when I call up I'm disconnected while on hold!
