    @VodafoneUK @andrewdewey83 For what it’s worth I’m also a Vodafone customer and can confirm £3 for gourmet popcorn is cheaper in the supermarket. Same as your mini Christmas tree just £1.99 but £6,99 for postage. Makes a complete mockery of your treats

    @VodafoneUK Hi Liam. Yes, it is still slow. To be honest, 4G speeds have never been good with Vodafone in St Albans or London. Product is great abroad (when we were able to get abroad of course!) but falls very flat in the UK with speeds and connectivity. AL1, AL3, EC and SE all very bad

    @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK stuck unable to contact either Vodafone or Voxi after Vodafone incorrectly transferred my account. I can't contact Vodafone as I am no longer a customer as they sent me to Voxi. Voxi's customer service started to respond before leaving me on read for 12 hours

    @VodafoneUK how bad can you run a company,it took you 45 days to send me a sim card. You keep cutting my phone line off ever other day.i spend more time trying to resolve your mess in the last 2 months.last time i was cut iff for 10 days without explanations

    @VodafoneUK How do I speak to an actual person in your customer service team? The online chatbot directs me to call, then the phone line directs me to the online chatbot.
