  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with them with my broadband, they cancelled it because they couldn’t achieve there stated speed and then the account stayed on my credit report for years afterwards, despite me contacting them to remove it

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We did the same after dads death ,one ****** of a company demanded the original death certificate, I changed residential address to local lawn cemetery ,phone 1800 3825633(letters)and never engaged again
