Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK My order was returned to you Wednesday with no attempted delivery @DPDgroup_news say that you didn’t give them a door number or contact number so they refused the parcel and sent it back to you. @VodafoneUK was told a resolution manager would call and I’ve heard nothing.

@VodafoneUK Hi Ben - yes. The NUC sent didn’t work. They’ve requested another that hasn’t arrived. They don’t appear to be able to resolve the issue, so offered me to go back to the shop, and swap it, but pay more money to have the same phone that I bought.That doesn’t seem reasonable to me.
