    @VodafoneUK What a bag of **** service. Need an engineer they say, has to be Saturday @VodafoneUK say have to book an engineer on a Friday for Saturday service. Ok call me Friday, do they? Of course not that would’ve providing a service, something they don’t do

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK Did pretty much exactly the same with both me and my wife. Took over 4 months and 6 calls - hours of holding - and a threat of legal action to sort. I will never go back.

    The customer service from @VodafoneUK is the worst I have ever experienced. All I need is an email!! I’ve been waiting a week!! So sick of being in the phone to you every day and get nowhere!!!

    @VodafoneUK @emily33614440 It's been off since midnight last night... And it had only been up and running properly for just over three days since the last major outage just proper updates would be appreciated when we are paying for a service we are clearly not receiving
