    Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

    Hi @VodafoneUK so my gigafast connection was supposed to go live on Thursday last week. After various lies from your support team it's still not working. When is this going to be fixed ? Just speaking to one of your staff she is lone working with no way of contacting her manager.

    Dear @VodafoneUK - I shouldn't need to spend an hour of my time on your help chat trying to get compensation for broadband outage (2 outages - total of 60days from report to resolution). Isn't that what the Automatic Compensation Scheme is designed to prevent??

    @VodafoneUK service has gone absolutely downhill. Why has it taken almost a year to transfer my business contract! Why am I not able to EVER be transferred to the transfer team? Why can't I pay off my contract right now to just leave you and go to @EE? 🤬

    @VodafoneUK Hello, I hope you can help me. I own an iPhone 13 mini and keep receiving the following text messages: “Voicemail has no new messages. Please dial 121” despite slamdown notifications being turned off in my voicemail. Is there another way of turning these texts off?

    @VodafoneUK I would rather stick pins in my eyes then ever have an account with you again. Still no luck cancelling my contract??? How can you make it so difficult to leave after taking my money for 12 years. Customer service the worst I’ve ever dealt with, “computer says no” comes to mind.
