@VodafoneUK I opened a return for a like new PAYG phone on the 23rd May and still haven’t received my returns pack. I called CS and they tell me to wait another 14 days! I need my refund and get the feeling it’s never going to arrive. Can you help please?

@photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK Yeah. For at least 24 hours, it's been slooooooow to connect to anything. Web Geek here: I think there's a problem with their DNS servers. Speed is fine when actually connected to a site or app.

@photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK I've been with them for 32 years with my phone. No problems whatsoever. However, I have recently moved from Plusnet to Vodafone for broadband. It is terrible. Keeps going offline and there is reduced coverage on the property. Will leave them when the contract ends.
