Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Been a customer 20 years with Vodafone .. Disgusted to hear this again .. heard about the type of thing before thought it was a genuine error but FFs - this type of thing just shouldn’t happen !

Companies need to take more responsibility in the WHOLE process, especially those that leave their customers most vulnerable. @VodafoneUK needs to do better to help their customers through tough times. It’s ridiculous that in this day and age we don’t think about vulnerability.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same issue very recently with BT regarding my Dad's mobile account, they kept using excuses for why there was a delay in closing his account after this death. Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

Say account needs closing immediately, send any docs (POA/death cert)give deadline or will cancel dd. Cancel it by d/line. Use your corre as evid
