Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@pbbradders @VodafoneUK TimTom? 🤨 either need to turn off auto correct or educate yourself, i can see your age from here. If your kids can get free use of data abroad, they may have Vodafone Passport on their plan, thats why my bill is now over £40p/m. I get all my data abroad 4 free- signal permitting

so @VOXI_UK how does it take 72 hours to transfer my number from @VodafoneUK to your service? I was advised 15 minutes at 16.31 on 17.09.22. Any idea? Your chat service just tells me to wait 24 hours for an update every day which never comes..
