    @VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

    @VodafoneUK Hiya, I've been struggling to get the android 11 download for a couple of months. I've cleared Google apps cache (all apps actually), made sure phone is charged and even upgraded my home WiFi and I've repeatedly restarted phone. Can you do anything to help, please?

    @MoneySavingExp I'm experiencing problems with @VodafoneUK. They sold a debt I didn't know I owed (no bill received) on and now, although paid off my credit rating is the lowest it's ever been. Please advise. It was for my son, now over 18 he's paid it off.

    @VodafoneUK New phone arrived. No charger or headphones. (November). Promised resolution in 5 days. 3 weeks later - telling me I have to buy a charger and headphones, though admit it's their fault! Unbelievable. 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK, are terrible, the journey I have been on as a customer has been ridiculous especially a loyal one of over 15 years! If it’s been as hard for me to get a contract, DO NOT go with Vodafone!!! @TheSun
