Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my phone yesterday was told by your customer service department my phone would be delivered today by DPD as long as I signed my agreement by 9pm (signed at 11am) Nothing. Where is my phone?

@VodafoneUK #idontfeeltheconnection internet has been down for 3days now in westminster. Difficult to get hold of CS. Not even an alert to tell us whats happening. Very inconvenient with home based work. Been with voda for 4 yrs at least but i guess its time to let go.

@VodafoneUK don’t have network data since morning, called in 4 times. First they sent me 3 troubleshooting steps on text which neither one work. Then they said there’s local works in central London however I’ve been in 3 different areas all over London & it’s the same???

Customers all over the country complaining about non existent 4G/5G @VodafoneUK selling off those masts is working out well eh. This past year you've been a disgrace and absolutely nothing is done, no money back, no customer service. Hurry up and sell to 3
