Im now out of contract and was told by customer services that they couldn't offer me any discount on a new contract, i would have to pay the same as a new customer. So much for loyalty!

Today (16th Sep) i visited 3rd time in store just to request for activating my "SIM", however SIM is still in dead condition. I can't daily take couple of hours break from the office just for VI pathetic service.
