Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

I don't want to send a reply because it says replies are charged. I don't see why I should pay to ask you not to send me a marketing message I never asked for.

@VodafoneUK my account is suspended because of a single US call. I am a loyal high value customer and can't use my phone for 3 days and can't reach your call centre as massive holds / cut off. No way to resolve online or with the awful bot. I am stuck!!

@VodafoneUK Apparently there was a problem in my area with signal the other day and it was like that for the last year odd. It apparently got fixed but when I try send and message people I have 4G yet nothing sends and nothing loads.
