Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I congratulate you on your push to become greener however the biggest pollutant from your industry is tech waste!! Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste

Absolutely abysmal service from @VodafoneUK phone was sent in for repair supposedly would take 48 hours on my headset speaker came back after repair a week later with speaker issue resolved but the screen also replaced which has a dead pixel and a display error on the handset.

@VodafoneUK Why is it impossible to take out a 25Gb with entertainment plan? Been through 3 cancelled orders and 2 reps who couldn't fix it and said issue ongoing for >1 week now? Only option was to take out a more expensive plan or wait... do you have a fix ETA?
