Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@JimScarratt Hi Jim I’m guessing you’re with @VodafoneUK it’s an issue they are aware of and have apparently been working to fix for the last couple of days. Should work give when connect to WiFi rather than mobile data.

@VodafoneUK @ElspethDesert They don’t care about telling people anything, they have gone down hill so badly in Tyne last 2/3 years, I’ve been trying to get my signal issues sorted for 3/4 months and just kept getting told there is maintenance coming soon and it will all be fine after that

Oh! The current problem with @VodafoneUK's 4G isn't just affecting Twitter media not being displayed. It's affecting Microsoft / Live services too. I thought my Microsoft account had been hacked, as I couldn't log-in... Turned on a VPN located in Manchester, and it worked.

@VodafoneUK 2of2 With all the money Your company makes you could easily provider an actual customer service and thus a decent Customer Experience, instead of hiding behind useless bots and p!ssing Customers off. So sort it out ASAP or I will go elsewhere OK!
