Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

Other mobile networks now bouncing around interfering with what I'm waiting to do, plus iy don't help that @virginmedia mobile network is bad down here in Brighton as they are sponging of @VodafoneUK. So who do I talk to, to not have constant random disconnections all day long?

@cuttyian29 @VodafoneUK Exactly what they did to me. The SM team were awful only way to fix was making a complaint which was a daft way to fix it. They even told me I had run to cancel it!?

@VodafoneUK This doesn’t help me as I don’t just use those stations! I was a woman out alone, couldn’t contact anyone or work out how to get home in the middle of a global pandemic, I would expect to be able to access WiFi underground as I used to be able to!

Upgrade phone contract with @VodafoneUK includes entertainment pack as before. 7 days and 12 attempts to choose Spotify through all their links and im now being charged for it. Solution remove and restart. Come on this is ridiculous. Won't be upgrading again. #badcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK to my Flip Z 5G tucked Samsung watch but before I had iPhone with watch, iphone is no more but apple watch is, I asked to just cancel my eSim and told yes it is possible, contaced CS and after 56 min waiting I been told not possible, also returning samsung watch.

@VodafoneUK you must categorically have one of the worst technical support setups known to man. When a customer has lost all signal on their phone, sending them a text message with a link to test their signal strength is not a solution. Customer care 0/10

@VodafoneUK Sorry to say it is the worst Broadband i have ever had, been in contact with your customer services without any resolution, even to the point of purchasing a wifi booster but still terrible. Been on Vodafone for years with my phone contract but the Broadband is brutal!
