Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK I've sorted other broadband now not with vodafone, I just wanted to pass on the feedback that this should've been easier to sort out at the time. If it had you'd have gained another customer and potentially others who'd tried to sign up

@VodafoneUK Still don't know why my phone keeps disconnecting from the network but turning the sim on and off fixes it for 10-15 minutes.

@VodafoneUK Hello. Ever since upgrading my contract a few months back, I get error code 4300 in the app when trying to check plan and usage info. I have cleared cache, data and reinstalled the My Vodafone app on Android in attempt to fix to no avail.

@VodafoneUK In the sim card manager the number doesn't appear but I can make calls for 5-15 mins until I need to reset the sim. If it was poor reception with would turning the sim on and off fix the problem every time?

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @ee are the same! They took £200 from my mothers account for an early termination fee that no one explained to her and ‘can’t give her a refund’ even though they made £21,331m last year! Their customer services are probably amongst worst I have ever encountered

@VodafoneUK I'd tried another site too and it also didn't work so I think the issue was more widespread and more likely with Vodafone, hence flagging to you. That particular deal wasn't available on your site and I'm assuming you won't honour it now?
