Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK I ordered online, you sent me a confirmation accepting the order, you didn't send or refer to a loan agreement. You didn't chase for signature on the unsent loan agreement. Your technology and process failed and you want to use a BOT and follow some process that will also fail.

@VodafoneUK why do i regularly get no phone signal. Not even 3g! Just been for a walk and it just disappear s. None even in my house yet supposed to be "good" signal. Didn't have this issue with 3. Is there an issue?

@VodafoneUK how difficult is it to take an order for a new phone online. Vodafone have a terrible, unresponsive, bug ridden website. They use 2 of the worlds biggest application vendors sw and it must implemented by donkeys. i don't switch because the others are just as bad.
