Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK your store in Walton on Thames is an absolute joke. They don't open for half the day then expect you to wait outside for 15 mins when they have only one customer in store. I appreciate there is a pandemic but when there is a demand react to it.

@VodafoneUK who’s the bright minded person that decided to cancel the contract with London Underground for WiFi services? Now I can’t use Vodafone WiFi nor Virgin Media WiFi as it needs to be connected to your network provider… you’re going to lose loads of customers!
