  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I'm sorry for your loss. I've had to go through this ghastly business three times now. The worst I had was my FiL's energy supplier, Shell. They knocked on my door a few weeks ago and I told them I'd rather sit in the dark than ever use them again.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My sincere sympathies for your loss and the unnecessary problems. When my Mum passed, everyone, BT, Sky, OVO, were brilliant, compassionate and there to minimise the hassle. Luckily she wasn’t a Virgin customer. Shame on them.
