Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

I called @vodafoneuk to cancel my contract. 29 mins on hold before being answered and "passing security". Then back on hold. 35 mins in "you are eligible to cancel, I'll pass you to the team". 47 mins and still on hold. I thought 3 customer services were bad!. Glad I'm off.

@VodafoneUK And it's been going on a year. My area constantly shows issues on reporting sites and its apparently just been fixed. A year or so of it. Utter joke, hence my patience now running out.
