  @VodafoneUK I have an open complaint (167430127). I'm moving house locally and you can only provide 60 Mbps instead of my contracted 900 Mbps. Your agent is demanding a £555 exit fee for a service you can no longer provide. This is a material detriment.

  @VodafoneUK ur operatives are very useless n so unhelpful. Asked to activate roaming and for nearly 36hrs still no service. I give up on u guys

  @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!
