Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@bettsontour @VodafoneUK Sounds about right from a rip-off company just make sure you make a complaint in writing keep notes of all the money that they are taking from you and make sure you get all your money back with compensation and don’t forget to cancel direct debit

In process of running my contracts down so I can finally get away from the awful customer service they provide. Spoke to 10 different advisors on chat in 2 days for a 'simple return' they pass you on

@CraigJMackenzie @VodafoneUK Look at it this way at least Tobi is wearing a hardhat because the inventors of Tobi was already predicting the worst Tobi They told Tobi you’re going to hair some unpleasantries and may even have things thrown at you 💩so PPE is a must stay safe It’s rough out there
