Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

Day 43. 2nd bonus update. Just been on the phone to @VodafoneUK . Absolutely useless as usual. Had an e mail stating they tried to call me. They used my broken phone number again. Nothing to update. Code takes 7 to 10 working days apparently! @MartinSLewis @FinancialTimes

@VodafoneUK I've been waiting for days for my bundle to activate since topping up. I spoke to your staff & they had to cancel my existing bundle & re add & said it would take up to 2 days to take effect. I'm trying to track a charity walk & can't do it without data. Poor service!

I was on the phone to @VodafoneUK for 1 hour and half trying to resolve an ongoing issue with my data where it says I have 4G with 2-3 network bars but data still not working. In my opinion the call was unpleasant and patronising. #CustomerService #problems #badservice
