Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@AdamofAlbion @VodafoneUK They had “an issue” on the 20/21 apparently. They shouldn’t have continued to accept orders then bullshit with the “next day delivery” even now they say delivery in 3-5 days

@VodafoneUK strike again! Absolute garbage! Order upgrade on 2/12/21 and no mention of any issues, not once. Then contact again and still no mention other than to say it would be on the way today. Now they say delay has been since 24th Nov! Shambles and no closer to sorting!
