Hi your customer service regarding the order on my broadband was awful. I know people are remote working or whatever, but it was so difficult to hear what the customer service advisor was saying. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK where do I escalate complaints to as there was no manager or supervisor available when I wanted to escalate my complaint. After 2 hours on the phone and having a contract in my hands. To be told I have no contract and the new price is £7.29 more a month.

@VodafoneUK Once again Vodafone customer service brings me back from the abyss. Some of the several people I spoke to were brilliant. I thought about what they would lose if I were to cancel my contract. Thanks for sorting @vodafone
