Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK Sign up for Broadband Pro they said! It’ll improve Wi-Fi signal they said!! Its ******* shite!! The booster won’t even connect to the router, and when it does it says connected for 30 seconds and ***** everything else’s signal up!!

@VodafoneUK Can somebody senior please help? My 80 year old Father has now been with out his pay as you go sim for over a week now. Vodafone have cancelled it. He has just lost his wife after 57 years and no phone to contact the family. We were promised Fri this would be sorted.

@VodafoneUK hi there, I just wondered if there is a reason why our home WiFi has gone from being very good to quite poor, we are not using it anymore than usual but some of our streaming channels are unwatchable & cuts out very randomly, it’s quite frustrating as you can imagine!
