  Shocking service from @VodafoneUK staff keep putting phone down when we ring. In store staff tell us they can’t help us to ring up. Online chat tells us to go in store. Ridiculous! No phone since Wednesday. We simply want to transfer e sim to a new phone.

  @MartinSLewis I have I moved to @lebara from @VodafoneUK this week. Vodafone didn't offer a good deal so now I am paying £3 a month for 3 months then £7 a month thereafter Saving £7 a month. My number moved over without any issues

  @VodafoneUK There seems to be a fault with your FTTP migration system. Tried 2 migrate 2u last week. Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.

  @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?
