    @VodafoneUK You took money for years for an account you couldn't find. It took me 4 hours to speak to a human being who was barely able to stop taking money until I stopped direct debits. Your bill was almost impossible to pay. I made an executive complaint that was handled badly

    @VodafoneUK Ahh ok, so even though I finished paying for my phone. I'm still paying the full price & I have to manually change it to pay SIM only on my current phone? Will the price go down if i do this? As im happy with my phone at the moment :)

    @amyhart1707 @VodafoneUK Contact Apple with serial number or even Vodafone and they’ll be able to lock it. Tracking it is down to you on Find My app on your iPhone, Amy x

    @willgoodwin12 @VodafoneUK Nightmare. I was sold a sim-only contract on a ‘sim-swap’ basis as I wanted to keep my number, but later found out it was for new customers only. Lots of promises when I complained which weren’t followed up - so disappointing, particularly as I’ve been a customer for 23 years !
