Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

There was a time I was so impressed with @VodafoneUK service I was trying to get my family & friends to join. BUT dealing with trying to cancel my mobile broadband and get a refund has been hell the past 5 days. Total of 9hrs on calls 15 hrs on live chat. It's exhausting

@VodafoneUK You sent my personal information via the post to the wrong address (wrong town and never connected to me!). Surely a challenge for GDPR. Still waiting for you to 'investigate' and get back to me. What's going on? Do you advise that I ask the ICO what to do?

@VodafoneUK Been with Vodafone for over 20+ yrs. Never had any problem nor service issue. Every provider will have complaints because everyone will find problems. Most issues derived from customers not knowing what they're doing and feeling entitled. Read your contract, sign if happy ?
