lol when @VodafoneUK disconnects 6 contract phones over a mistake, then cannot reconnect them to the point where NON of them work properly, then expect you to still pay the bill.... Yeh, bounced between 3 departments and no one can fix it, not paying a penny, sorry :)

@kellykidd84 @VodafoneUK Kelly. Text CALL to 7726. You'll get a reply asking for the number you wish to report. Reply with the number in question. You can text the same number with the word TEXT if you get Spam texts as well. If everybody knew about it we'd get a much better grip on this problem.

@VodafoneUK How do I talk to a person on the phone? I’ve been a customer for over 20 years & my contract runs out next week, I want to renew but all I can do is talk to your ridiculous, time thief chatbot for hours. Business must be good if you can throw away customers like me!
