Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK But how is it possible for the network to go down so often? Surely there is something wrong with your maintenance? Also, when I chatted with your customer service, they told me the signal in my area was "really good" (even though I checked the status on the website).

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Absolutely disgusting just sat down had a proper look at my direct debits and my monthly bill has gone up by £17 over the last nine months I was paying £57 a month now it’s £74 a month how can you justify a 30% rise in nine months???????
