    Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

    @VodafoneUK how can I make a complaint and speak to someone in the UK? I have had no internet for over a week now and open reach are doing a terrible job and I'm getting no where with Vodafone as well.

    @VodafoneUK oh dear.. not only do your chat team lie, you then offer compensation but never apply it to my bill & to top it off want to put me in a new 24 month contract because I’m moving house or charge me £60 cancellation fee, even though you owe me money. #Shenanigans #scam

    @VodafoneUK Dreadful customer service. I bought a £40 bundle that doesn’t work or give me data. I’ve spoken to four agents and been told different things. The last promised a credit, then hours later said they couldn’t do it due to “technicalities.”
