    @VodafoneUK That didn’t seem to work for me earlier. It just gave me the link to change plan. I resignedly changed my plan via the app but I didn’t get the service that I wanted. I guess I’m just making the point that it should be easier to speak to a human.

    @VodafoneUK Why Vodafone is loosing its customers In India? Its a simple answer, where ever i go VI signal is zig-zag. If i be in the house there won't be signal. If I go outskirts no signal. This is where VI have to focus to turn to profits, Until un VI won't go in profits.
