    @goodspiritunltd @VodafoneUK If you call customer support and get through to Egypt it will work 💪 for them. They will sort it out. You just have to wait 48 hours for the transaction to reach UK. When this fails you will be told that your phone needs a deep clean 👌 which takes 72 hours. My story. HONESTLY

    @VodafoneUK can someone explain to me why im being asked to buy a new handset or pay for a repair on a phone that is faulty!! Been faulty since I got it and ive gone through this many times on the phone to your “customer service” advisors.

    @VodafoneUK service levels reach an all time low. Last response from Social team was 14hrs ago. The promised call at 12:30pm today never happened. The constant lies and lack of service is beyond appalling. My tech issues have been going on for 2wks #badservice
