Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@Matthew_Wright @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK You should, but when we tried this with Vodaphone, who are awful, I couldn’t receive calls for 3 months and then my number somehow got given to a PAYG, so I received all their calls. Quite an education were those calls! Nightmare for our business.

@VodafoneUK What i see is that this is an issue that has been going on since 2017 and still no changes while your competitors (at least Three) are providing unrestricted NAT.. perhaps it's time to consider moving my contracts to a different service provider.

@VodafoneUK All of that while your staff in the Harrow store kept my phone in store from 19th Oct and didn't send it for repair until 2nd Nov and blatantly lied to me and the insurance company. You need to fix this as as I'm now more than frustrated. Horrible customer service!
