    Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

    @garpunkal @VodafoneUK Same here. Known issue apparently but they’ve not fixed on the app yet. Only way to access account is via desktop.

    .@VodafoneUK Do you want to stop "satisfied" broadband customers from becoming "dissatisfied" broadband customers? If so, provide a customer-facing service status page and save use all — Vodafone included — a lot of wasted time and effort.

    @VodafoneUK My name is obvious, and the date of complaint entering the portal are clear in the screenshot, I assume the complaints department can search. Why don’t you refer the query over to them, or are you also trying to hamper my efforts in getting an ADR letter to go to the ombudsman?

    @FreddieHotSpot @VodafoneUK I switched to Sky last year and its been really reliable. The one time i had a problem with it they sent someone out that day to fix it 👌🏻

    @VodafoneUK Since we are locked down how about rewarding us with a subscription to Sky Tv, Netflix, Amazon Prime and if there’s enough left over Apple TV 👍 #VeryMeRewards
