Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK, got the hard sell a few weeks ago and paying more for unlimited data on my phone plan. Ever since I can’t stream and takes ages to download on the internet. Pay more, but can’t use and get worse service 😤

@VodafoneUK has to be the worst network on earth. Even 3UK is not this bad. Imagine asking for a hotspot from another person with a different network in the same building SMH.

@VodafoneUK trying to get broadband reconnected because of a broken phone cable. We can’t contact you via the app because it only connects via WiFi (!), and can’t get past hold on the phones. Why so hard @VodafoneUK? Any advice to actually speak to someone!?!?!

@VodafoneUK is there still a problem with you dispatching routers? I’ve read lots on here and on various websites that you have a shortage and people aren’t getting their router before their go live date. Was going to switch to you but don’t want to if not going to get a router!
