    I’ve been having issues with @VodafoneUK since I moved in November. Last month got a bill for £30 when my internet is £21 a month. Got it sorted, promised this would never happen again. This month? £50! I’ve absolutely had enough of this!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, We pay for the unbreakable package, yet our booster does not work at all won't connect, which doesn't help the fact the Internet is crap

    @dalglir @VodafoneUK @firstdirect You can? No one ever mentioned that! Still if tell them each time, they'd "read the notes" each time. And then they'd (try to) insist I had to redo all the steps they'd had me do a dozen time already. And charge me £9.39 for phoning their complaints number. (Land, no mob signal)

    @dalglir Every company, all the time, always. This week I've spent over 9hrs waiting either on webchat or phone with @VodafoneUK , which makes them the worst yet. But none of them are good. Currently waiting for Vodafone on Twitter, just for the change. But @firstdirect are good though.

    @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK Absolutely shocking support team. I’ve been transferred from agent to agent multiple times. All I wanted was to move my existing Vodafone number to Voxi. How difficult can that be when it’s the same bloody network?

    @VodafoneUK I have been trying since the 27th January to have a working phone line and Internet. I have been lied too am still waiting for a manger to be in contact. Today is day 81 of having no services.This is how you treat loyal custumers.
