    @VodafoneUK I've tried... Passed over to customer services who keep saying 'it's in the contract', thus demonstrating their complete ignore of consumer law and the principles of mis-selling. They're trying to haggle over how much to repay me, but the amount owed is pretty clear. 1/2

    very disappointed @VodafoneUK. Customer Service not helpful & refused to let me speak to a manager. I’m a long standing Vodafone customer, been made redundant due to Covid and wanted some help to manage my contract,maybe a temp. monthly reduction, instead was given a sales pitch

    @HelgatheFurious @VodafoneUK Just seen your tweets, that sounds so frustrating! Ours is a housemove. Took a long time for V to find the issue, they kept fobbing us off! Now we have to wait another two weeks to be connected. They've sent us a mobile data thing, but it's not fast enough for conf calls.

    @MartinSLewis @Ofcom are you aware of a scam, I am being hit with miss call after miss call from unrecognised mobile phone numbers and you can’t call them back. It’s relentless. Last hour over 200 calls. @VodafoneUK can’t get hold of anyone for support
