    Day 9 (straight) with no internet. Seems to be a @WeAreOpenreach issue but @VodafoneUK don’t communicate the issue and simply spout platitudes and business waffle. DM’s are hopeless

    So @VodafoneUK City Fibre have dug up my pavement and installed a Toby box but the best you can offer me is the same VDSL service as I already have at £2 a month more. I signed up with Vodafone three years ago on the promise of full fibre. Did I make a mistake?

    @VodafoneUK Over the last week Ive been told that I can be upgraded for free, upgraded if I pay extra, I will need an engineer to install the internet, I won’t need an engineer & that I can’t get internet full stop from you. WHICH ONE IS IT & HOW IS THIS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE???!

    @VodafoneUK hi, my wifi was supposed to be installed this morning, however there was an issue and the engineer said he would be back later today with someone else to help. he has not come back yet, is there any way to check up on this?

    @VodafoneUK I do! The engineer checked the connection, found it was a little bit slow and ended up resoldering a loose wire in the box outside. He could've just installed the socket and left it there and I would never have known. But he took the time to fix it, which is appreciated.

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK We have, but your network is curre unstable, as last week proved when it was down for 2.5 days. You need to get your infrastructure sorted before we will touch CityFibre again.
