@VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

Called @VodafoneUK requesting for authorisation code. Staff insisted matching deal, I found it not match, asking for code again. She hang up one me!! Worst experience!! She gave me a #fake name!! I called back 10’ later, no confirmed of her name nor record of her talking to me!!
