    Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK .I’ve been a loyal customer for years and apparently I’ve used 7gb of data in 24hrs and been charged £150 for this, I’ve been told that the tech team class this as “normal usage”- my normal usage is less than 4gb a month! 😬😡#beyondangry

    Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

    @VodafoneUK got to be the worst customer service EVER. trying to enact legal power of attorney. Made my mother take documents into store. Then made me take them in only to be told need to EMAIL them and will take 40 DAYS to sort. #badcustomerservice

    Just on call to @VodafoneUK about a charge to my account - £17.61 monthly for 24 months - for a device I never received and have never used. They’re claiming I’m ‘still in commitment’ for it though, so no refund. Check your accounts, people! Fraudsters.

Network coverage is getting worse, reintroduction of roaming charges, and they're such a cheapskate they won't even pay for data coverage on the tube, like every other major network does.     @VodafoneUK there was a young lady dealing and nearly finishing with a customer and swa the same agent ( Sam ) seating at that far distance and I just wanted to avoid him as from my cold experience with the previous day
