@VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

@VodafoneUK Thank you but no. It's not your problem. The mobile signals are 💩 here. Losing signal, internet is down to BT not keeping out lines dry. Signal, mobile & TV is due to the power station, lots of transformers, pylons all interfering. Just a 💩 area to live
