@VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

@VodafoneUK I’ve raised call and got closed I want to check my rights in general. I ordered new phone and air time plan. The phone was dispatched by DPD and never arrived. I had a photo of a random office reception that it was left and received by Paul. This wasn’t me in the photo or anyone

@VodafoneUK It is disappointing, isn't it? I'm aware that you can't deal with technical issues via SM. If your Tech1, Tech2 & broadband *expert* team can't fix it, I very much doubt the social media team can. That won't stop me posting daily to highlight @VodafoneUK and their incompetence.

Advice, please. @VodafoneUK sent out my new Iphone13 ordered 17/02/23 I was due delivery to my neighbour (required someone in) on 19/02/23 by DPD. This was never delivered to me and the photo is not of my neighbour or their house. Why am I liable? Consumer rights says not?
