@VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph one of your agents put down the wrong address and instead of disconnecting my neighbours line you cut off mine. Now without internet, can’t WFH & need to pay for fuel. I’m not even your customer! Fix this and repay my fuel costs/compensation please.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I would try the CEO’s office. I had an issue with them a few years ago and managed to sort it with them. I found their email address on Google. If all else fails write them a formal complaint and go to the ombudsman if they don’t sort it. Good luck. Awful company!!!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is typical. It is very easy to sign up to a contract online but to end it you have to go through a call centre, wait ages, and then you get a sales team trying to get you to change your mind. If you can sign up to something online you should be able to cancel online.
