@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I congratulate you on your push to become greener however the biggest pollutant from your industry is tech waste!! Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste

@VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph one of your agents put down the wrong address and instead of disconnecting my neighbours line you cut off mine. Now without internet, can’t WFH & need to pay for fuel. I’m not even your customer! Fix this and repay my fuel costs/compensation please.

@O2 with all due respect, your phone service is absolutely ******* horrendous. No 4G in Bristol although I live centrally and my phone constantly tells me I have no internet connection. It’s such bollocks considering how much I pay a month. @VodafoneUK can you help me?

@VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

@VodafoneUK Thx for the reply. But this has been the case for years & having both main north/south rail arteries so poorly served is a nonsense. Even a system of low power relay masts on-track would allow a signal to be maintained for longer than the few minutes currently! & never mind 5G!
