    Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

    Right. @VodafoneUK Iโ€™ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. Iโ€™ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

    Just want to thank @VodafoneUK for the unrequested changes made to my account and their inabilty to be contacted at all. The worst customer service in the country make sports direct look the best and thats saying something.

    @VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

    @VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Tim, I have completed the form and will wait to see what happens! It would have been so very helpful if your customer services phone line had known this information rather than telling me I was required to top up the sim before it could be unlocked.

    @O2 with all due respect, your phone service is absolutely ******* horrendous. No 4G in Bristol although I live centrally and my phone constantly tells me I have no internet connection. Itโ€™s such bollocks considering how much I pay a month. @VodafoneUK can you help me?

    @VodafoneUK please please can you sort out your network around BS5 in Bristol. The signal for anything has pretty much been unusable for the last 2 weeks for anything. Some downtime is expected but it's beginning to take the mick.

I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

    @VodafoneUK your broadband is appalling. We pay for 150mb/s fibre. I've barely been able to write a word document today for work. Now we have TV saying theres a problem with our network. We will soon be leaving before the end of our contract.
