    @VodafoneUK Any issues in IP14 as I have had emergency calls only for 24hrs and then no incoming calls. talking to friends also on Vodafone they are having similar issues.

    @VodafoneUK 3/3 after I was passed to pillar to post, I was suddenly unable to pass DPA as VF have incorrect details for me. I’ve been to a store previously to fix this and had to go AGAIN this weekend to sort it. This aswel as the very argumentative rep I spoke too has made me very unhappy.

    @VodafoneUK 2/3 I chased this up on Tuesday and again was told that it would be escalated to a manager and that I would receive a text that night. Again nothing. I received a call on Thursday from VF asking if I want an additional contract because I’m a “valued customer”.

    @VodafoneUK I was asked to visit a Vodafone store and I did and they said they can't do anything... @VodafoneUK you never fail to disappoint with your services. Be it India or UK..

    @VodafoneUK 1/3 I have sent a complaint. Long story short, I used the chat service to inform Vodafone that I am struggling to cover the cost of my contract and was informed I would receive a text within 24hrs from a manager with a possible resolution. I did not receive any such text.

    @VodafoneUK But if it's 33 days for example, it's tough luck for me even though I can't predict the actions of a foreign trade war. I've let Vodafone off in the past after letting me down & not offering an obvious simple solution, but this really will be the last time now. Had enough

    @VodafoneUK There hasn't been a sufficient statement yet, it seems apparent that my P30 Pro won't be getting the Android Q update as would be expected for a flagship device, and resell values are plummeting. As a loyal customer of over 5 years I'd like to know what solutions are on offer.

    @VodafoneUK There has been no service in Stanhope County Durham DL13 2UE for 2 days as the mast is not working and despite reporting it still nothing has been done! It needs fixing as a matter of urgency as this is a rural location and many rely on the mobile network.

    Disgusting @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup .. despite repeated **** ups every month on my bill #Vodafone policy is to give one £15 goodwill gesture per 6 months ~ even though it is the same mistake month after month. All #vodafone user’s should check their bills very very carefully

    @VodafoneUK One customer service assistant on webchat said she had requested a reimbursement from her senior colleagues and had given them notes on the case. We were told we’d hear from them in 24-48 hours about the refund. That was on Tuesday. We’ve heard nothing.
