    @VodafoneUK @maroitoje Since transferring to you last month I have suffered the most appalling service and broadband technical support I have ever encountered. Your company is entirely useless. My advice: NO ONE should sign up with vodaphone unless you want head bangingly bad service. DD cancelled.

    @VodafoneUK woman on phone was nice enough - but cant resolve the issue. Your systems are really appalling. I want a refund of my last two months with you. I have spent at least 6 hours dealing with this now.

    @VodafoneUK I'm afraid that you cant claim it to be a "free service" - it was included in the service scope offered at the time of contract. It would not be possible to receive the service without paying a monthly/PAYG fee, as such it is directly linked to a customer fee.

    @WilliamLuXiaomi Do you test your chargers for safety? Mine blew up and according to @VodafoneUK many customers have had the same issue with over heating chargers. Yet your Customer service refuse to deal with this.
