    @VodafoneUK why is it taking three months to get the trade in sorted for my daughter's phone??? You owe us £192 value, £8 off each week. Grantham branch. Please sort, if we owed you it we'd be in trouble by now wouldn't we.

    A new low from @VodafoneUK My phone was set up to have ZERO extra charges this was removed. Then 1 text sent by mistake from abroad that this cap would have blocked cost me 67p per letter. RIP off. Customer focused Service non existent

    Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

    Partner is having a nightmare with her @VodafoneUK accounts, she has multiple contracts and can't merge them all under 1 login, check support redirecting to phone support who are redirecting to chat support... can we get a human to talk to please rather than artificial dumbness.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

    @VodafoneUK having double checked availability on a phone call with customer service, I drove to nearest store to buy a mifi and PAYG Sim, to be told they could only sell me a contract and w/couldn't tell me who had one in stock. Not good enough. Time wasted.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss & your experience. Virgin media are just as bad. After I had informed them several times of my father's death they continued contact & even sent a letter to my father acknowledging a complaint! On the other hand Churchill insurance were amazing @Churchill

    @O2 I’ve already messaged you earlier today. In some very rare occasions I’ll get 4G but hardly ever. Also it’s not a fault with my phone, my wife’s SIM - who is on @VodafoneUK - works flawlessly. Your shambles of a network, however, is useless

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So many companies showed such kindness after my mum died in Feb 2021 and made things as simple as possible. Far and away the worst was @VodafoneUK who caused unnecessary angst that went on for months. Thank you for bringing it to light. I assumed it was just us.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Genuinely never found a worse company to move from with my Internet service, incompetence to the highest degree from top to bottom, never mind try and deal with canceling with a death of a family member. Hopefully this starts something with them as it's shocking
