    Bah. All I would like is a number husband can ring to speak to someone @VodafoneUK who can write our email down correctly. That's it. Not difficult. My head hurts with the difficulty of getting this simple bit of information. #CustomerService

    A new low from @VodafoneUK My phone was set up to have ZERO extra charges this was removed. Then 1 text sent by mistake from abroad that this cap would have blocked cost me 67p per letter. RIP off. Customer focused Service non existent

    @VodafoneUK So now I'm told its £5.00 a month rather than £8.00 so you are stealing £3.00 a month from me. Its not been discounted properly. Your service is disgusting.

    Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

    @VodafoneUK worst service I have ever experience. Impossible to actually speak to someone. Go through web chat to complete upgrade then told right at the end a system issue has occurred and to contact again tomorrow! Probably also been credit scored. Will be going elsewhere

    @VodafoneUK what are you doing to my account? You’re supposed to be reverting my plan, refunding flexi fee, and applying compensation for a complaint. But instead my plan is showing 2GB data (instead of 72) and £100 plan cost instead of £31? 🤨

    The whole @VodafoneUK web experience and app is just awful- you'd think upgrading or re-contracting would just be simple. It's clearly not had any UCD what so ever. So a phone call it will be, as it has been for the last few years and I think a change of provider is on the cards

    @VodafoneUK Your broadband service is shocking, supposed to be getting 60mb speeds and only getting 3mb, reported it a while ago and it’s only got worse since then, just attempted to call about it and just a recorded message saying you are unable to answer my call
