  @VodafoneUK In my Vodafone app/ browser my contract mobile phone shows and my broadband, I’ve never been able to view my Apple Watch contract (one number) but doesn’t give details on contract end etc just as an add on to my mobile, is this going to be implemented seems weird.

  @VodafoneUK been with you guys for 20 years for phones. Another 24 month contract ends tomorrow. Ask for a good upgrade and deal you offer is awful. Literally every other network has offered a better deal, & better customer service recieved already. another loyal customer lost 👏

  @VodafoneUK He has no social media. He has never sent a text. Your bots have persistently blocked attempts to resolve this by not understanding the situation. You have talked to me up until now, why not further? I’m attempting to fix his phone so he can use it as he has done in the past

  @VodafoneUK - Customer of 20 years allowed to walk away without so much as a whimper from yourselves. Never in 20 years has my dad had a good deal from yourselves, even when I'm assisting him in finding one. Onto a new network with a better deal and better aftercare.

  @itskeithriley @ZalaComms @VodafoneUK We eventually found the issue was with the connection, so we went to a supplier who didn’t use BTs network as that would have had the same issue.

  @VodafoneUK mobile phone coverage in the LL54/LL55 area has been appalling for the last 6 weeks. Vodafone used to be the the most reliable network in the area, but I barely get 2 bars nowadays
