@VodafoneUK Thanks have tried but this isn’t really answering my question. Im just being sent to a webpage. It’s Broadband and we’ve been down 7 days - and had 5 calls each taking 2 hours to get through to you. For the same answer. Just been on hold 3 hours and no one has picked up.

@jensealey @VodafoneUK @TalkTalk That’s sounds about right! According to Ofcom, it’s the new providers responsibility to move your number. I’d suggest that if you really want your number and Vodafone won’t guarantee then cancel the contract with VF

@VodafoneUK hi folks, what’s happening with the signal in Renfrewshire? Especially the Linwood/Paisley area (PA3) and some of the Johnstone area (PA5) just seem to be getting worse. There’s a total blackspot in PA3.

@VodafoneUK Yes I did sign up for the update. There’s always a problem with your network. It was only a few weeks ago that there was an issue with Twitter, and before that there was a previous issue in this area. Soon as my contract ends, I’m off to EE
