Bah. All I would like is a number husband can ring to speak to someone @VodafoneUK who can write our email down correctly. That's it. Not difficult. My head hurts with the difficulty of getting this simple bit of information. #CustomerService

@VodafoneUK hi I’ve just finished setting up my new phone, but it’s showing no service, how long does it normally take to activate a new SIM?

@VodafoneUK - Abysmal Customer Service. After multiple issues with contract over the last 12 months and spending 5 hours over the last week on calls, instore and chat over the last 5 days to sort out esim Watch issues. Customer Relations team then just lie. Stay clear

@VodafoneUK if you phone me up to check my broadband fault is fixed on an unknown number then don’t be surprised I don’t want to give my security login details even if I could remember them. Simple question does not need this

@AndyClynch @VodafoneUK @ShitChester Seems to be getting worse - certainly noticed it more over the last couple of weeks. Poor.

2. The customer asks if @VodafoneUK is switching off 2G at the same time. He replies that they are. The customer asks if that is confirmed on their website. He says Google took him to the website and stated that.

So once again the @VodafoneUK sketchy 3/4G signal is happening in Aberdeen city centre, ironically in the location of your Aberdeen store. Is there a known issue at the moment?

I can’t believe how shite the @VodafoneUK reception is in @ShitChester. It’s awful! If you live in Chester, please don’t go for @VodafoneUK - you’ll regret it!

@VodafoneUK Hey @VodafoneUK. Still not sorted. Might be worth explaining to your staff that saying this will be sorted ‘for sure’ in 48 hours is a little annoying when it’s still an issue 4 days later. Pathetic customer services

@VodafoneUK Andy, I have spoken to your staff on a daily basis. The ‘story’ changes daily. (Story: most of it is fictional). Nobody is accountable, promises are broken on a daily basis. Find a senior manager to take this to, review the last 2 weeks calls - if they have the backbone to do it
