Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

Just had an email from @VodafoneUK telling me they’re an award winning network Yeah if that award is Shittest Network of the year. EE’s 4g is five times faster than Vodafone’s 5g

@VodafoneUK customer service and overall experience dealing with Vodafone Uk is shockingly bad, a call system that is not fit for purpose and anyone with a ounce of customer service experience would see that. 2 hours 3 calls and still no voicemail. Chatbot broken 21st century??
