Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

@DPDgroup_news @VodafoneUK Thank you for messing me about all day. I have a broken phone that was meant to be collected today. A whole day sat in for the driver to log that the parcel wasn't ready for collection when he arrived. Would have been nice if he bothered to arrive!!😡
