    @VodafoneUK why is it taking three months to get the trade in sorted for my daughter's phone??? You owe us £192 value, £8 off each week. Grantham branch. Please sort, if we owed you it we'd be in trouble by now wouldn't we.

    @VodafoneUK For some reason my 4g backup also isn’t working…not sure what the point of it is then. Hope you’ll be compensating customers for this outage, especially since you’re about to put everyone’s prices up by about 15% !

    @VodafoneUK Why aren’t you notifying your customer proactively via email or SMS? Hoping the reported impact looks less the more people don’t know and don’t bother to use socials to report?
