Bah. All I would like is a number husband can ring to speak to someone @VodafoneUK who can write our email down correctly. That's it. Not difficult. My head hurts with the difficulty of getting this simple bit of information. #CustomerService

@VodafoneUK We have spoken to your business broadband team and the guy offered zero answers or solutions. It’s totally unacceptable to leave customers with no broadband and not provide a timeframe of when we can expect to have the service restored. We need this sorted ASAP. DM me

So, I took a new contract out with @VodafoneUK at the end of January already going up by £4 per month?! Less than 3 months in & they’re raising a fixed price contract I specifically stated needed to be at or lower than the amount I’m paying. Customer service?😡 @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Ok thanks, so just to confirm, I agreed the phone 2 weeks ago today but I can cancel up to 14 days after delivery. So should I cancel it tomorrow when it’s working or can I add it on today without the faff of cancellation & restart?

How can @VodafoneUK justify increasing my plan for an iPhone 11 with 48GB data up an extra c.£8 to £75 a month?! Been with them almost 7 years but I’ll be jumping ship. For context, as a new customer on @O2 I could get an iPhone 14 for £50 a month.

How are you going to rectify this @VodafoneUK ? I need answers. And broadband. And a way to speak to a person in your impenetrable customer service system.
