    Bah. All I would like is a number husband can ring to speak to someone @VodafoneUK who can write our email down correctly. That's it. Not difficult. My head hurts with the difficulty of getting this simple bit of information. #CustomerService

    @VodafoneUK So now I'm told its £5.00 a month rather than £8.00 so you are stealing £3.00 a month from me. Its not been discounted properly. Your service is disgusting.

    @VodafoneUK I've been waiting for a manager to call me back for 9 days after being told it'll be within 48 hours! This is already regarding a complaint I've made. Absolutely disgraceful service!

    @VodafoneUK Well they weren’t rude at all to be honest, but that’s certainly what it felt like Harry. When I said I would have to shop around, they said “Good luck” What everyone is going through at the moment, I was saddened tbh.

    @morris_maxine @VodafoneUK What a way to treat a key NHS worker. How is she meant to respond to an emergency work call out when she can’t receive or make calls?? Literal lives depend on this. Absolutely appalling.

    @MostlyChloe @VodafoneUK Yes phone support isn’t the best. Contacting via social media or live chat is your best bet next time and you should get a better experience

    @bt_uk I used to before moving to @VodafoneUK to ironically save costs. They are blaming you for my issues, but I don’t really believe them 🤥

    @AdzCrawford2003 @VodafoneUK I bought it via Vodafone’s online shop with 15GB data already on it. Have finally managed to get the phone number for it...after being on the phone for 3 hrs to 4 different people over 2 days. Terrible customer service.
