  @VodafoneUK Hey - our mobile signal services have been pretty poor recently, connecting to 5g with 1 bar, then having to go on airplane mode to disconnect, then connecting again on 4g, and that sometimes not working too - we're finding this consistently in maida vale area, london, but also on the move. anything going on?

  @VodafoneUK , i have been treated unfairly and over billed for the past 2 months. Paying 233 pounds for calls and over 180pounds is simply outrageous. I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?

  @VodafoneUK #youtube My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.
