@VodafoneUK @sanjlal Lol When I phoned to get support for the lack of internet (router showing connection) I get a message telling me to go to the website. Fine if you have any mobile coverage, which we don't. Let alone 5g

@windsurfingfish @VodafoneUK Try unplugging your telephone line from the router. It likely hasn't switched as the router is successfully connected to the Vodafone broadband network.
