    Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

    A new low from @VodafoneUK My phone was set up to have ZERO extra charges this was removed. Then 1 text sent by mistake from abroad that this cap would have blocked cost me 67p per letter. RIP off. Customer focused Service non existent

    @VodafoneUK why is it taking three months to get the trade in sorted for my daughter's phone??? You owe us £192 value, £8 off each week. Grantham branch. Please sort, if we owed you it we'd be in trouble by now wouldn't we.

    @aegisdesign @VodafoneUK You'd think the law wouldn't come in to it. @VodafoneUK didn't install the service, I spent hours over many days trying to find a solution, it failed. You'd think "yeah, ok, we let you down badly, all you're asking for is we delete your data, it's the least we can do"

    @hughegthompson @VodafoneUK Trying our Now internet. If they manage to provide the service we are signing up for that's a lot better than Vodafone did. If they hadn't made it a fight getting it working it might have been good. Now I'll wait out the period they have exclusive use of the city fibre network

    @VodafoneUK Have given over 6 calls to your complaints line with out any closure. Was even sent a message stating an manager will call to resolve the issue last Saturday at 1pm, however as expected, no-one called. #NoOptionButLegalOption

    Hey @VodafoneUK the signal in our area has been getting worse for some time and is currently unusable. I have been checking the ‘Network status checker’ and it’s been saying there’s is an issue for months without any progress. This is not good enough! #vodafone #poorsignal

    Situation with @VodafoneUK - they failed to provide fibre to the door service promised, it took many, many hours to get to the point where I just had to give up, now they're insisting they can keep my personal information for years. I got nothing but grief. They keep my data.
