Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

What happened to @VodafoneUK customer service? In May my issue was resolved quickly and with no fuss. In Dec, spent hours on hold, been promised 5 call backs which never happen and my complaint gets shut without them even doing anything whilst I pay for a service I don't have.

@VodafoneUK Presumably "Chat" mode in Google Messages is disabled on the network? Google Messages just does not connect - at all.
