@VodafoneUK Dear Hamza, this is hardly an excuse. I am already 1h20min on the chat as we speak and 24min on the phone and still not a solution. Also, when customers wish to downgrade it should be fine! I don't want to be interrogated as to why I wish to change nor have upgrades forced on me.

Why am I paying for a service that doesn't work @VodafoneUK how many more times do I have to complain. Never have service half the time but you take the full price every month.
