DaisyJane (@daisy_jane35) reported from Grantham, EnglandBah. All I would like is a number husband can ring to speak to someone @VodafoneUK who can write our email down correctly. That's it. Not difficult. My head hurts with the difficulty of getting this simple bit of information. #CustomerService

Sean Peel (@speelster1973) reported@VodafoneUK Thanks Amy. I've managed to sort the problem...kind of. The error occurred each time I tried to keep our existing number. When I tried selecting a new line, it worked fine. Not ideal but it got around the problem 👍

ed francis (@pompeyhedge) reported@TilehurstCobble @VodafoneUK They share masts. We have the same issue, on both O2 and Voda(can't)fone

Kate Graham (@k8souphead) reported@VodafoneUK I am never going to have anything to do with @VodafoneUK after their appalling customer service and treatment of me, charging me for one calendar year, for an item they never delivered. They refunded me after I found the delivery note, which itemised the SIM only. No apology! 🤯

Tim Gambrill (@TimGambrill) reported@VodafoneUK 2 hours on the phone and you still can’t fix my connection. 2 days later still without a signal

Andrea Rolle (@AndyyRolle) reported@VodafoneUK this is ridiculous! How can I ever enter into a contract with you if it’s this difficult to cancel the plan? And the only way to cancel my plan is by calling Vodafone but no one answers the call? Would happily go into the store and cancel but that is not an option.

LUKΞ (@_lukeadcock) reported@VodafoneUK I’ve been completely screwed over by the Vodafone trade in system and a number of events has now led to me losing my trade in discount. Person on the phone last week said it was sorted, but clearly not. Please help

Rebecca Hold (@BeckyHold) reported@VodafoneUK [3] I only ever get Indian call centres who refuse to put me through to someone who can help. After listening to HOURS OF THE SAME ADELE SONG I am continually fobbed off. I also tried to sign up to a different fibre provider yesterday. Order rejected.
