    A new low from @VodafoneUK My phone was set up to have ZERO extra charges this was removed. Then 1 text sent by mistake from abroad that this cap would have blocked cost me 67p per letter. RIP off. Customer focused Service non existent

    Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

    @VodafoneUK why is it taking three months to get the trade in sorted for my daughter's phone??? You owe us £192 value, £8 off each week. Grantham branch. Please sort, if we owed you it we'd be in trouble by now wouldn't we.

    @VodafoneUK , i have been treated unfairly and over billed for the past 2 months. Paying 233 pounds for calls and over 180pounds is simply outrageous. I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?

    Don’t believe a WORD of what @VodafoneUK say when they offer to ‘help’ whn you are struggling. They don’t! They charge you for late payment and send you straight back to square one.

    Lovely technical advice from @VodafoneUK with a local mast ‘under maintenance’ a whole village suffering. And they want me to reset all network connections losing all Bluetooth/wifi passwords. And it’s will only take 3-5mins of my time. It’s a mast issue not device issue.

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???

    @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?
