@VodafoneUK I called the number the chat bot gave me simply to be told to hang up and click a link to chat to someone. What is going on? Why can’t customers just simply speak to somebody anymore this is painstakingly pathetic and main reason for leaving. Absolutely had enough.

@TheReturnOfLCF @VodafoneUK @ee call centre staff nearly all WFH from home now, have done since about 2 weeks into April 2020. They are bang on with support and don't suffer from such issues. Being as they are a communications technology company and all that.

@evansson @VodafoneUK That is very frustrating I think you should contact a security expert I lost all my safe moon but @jcyberspy1 a cyber security expert got them reversed to my wallet after so many days of waiting for his support
