@VodafoneUK Currently have no 4G/3G or any other kind of signal - can’t make calls/send texts/use data. Taken sim out and put back in and switched phone off/on still no joy. TOBi is also no help. Please advise ASAP

@VodafoneUK your complaints team have still not dealt with the problem of unlocking my phone since 15th Sept. last person told us to get it unlocked illegally and Vodafone would refund us the money !!! Your Customers Service is disgusting. Now time for the ombudsman @CISASUK

@VodafoneUK I just tried chatting to your agent about upgrade. Noticed that some of the deals we're better with other providers. Would Vodafone match it due to upgrading. Got told how could I be loyal if I was looking at other providers. Bit rude.
