    @VodafoneUK why is it taking three months to get the trade in sorted for my daughter's phone??? You owe us £192 value, £8 off each week. Grantham branch. Please sort, if we owed you it we'd be in trouble by now wouldn't we.

    @VodafoneUK So now I'm told its £5.00 a month rather than £8.00 so you are stealing £3.00 a month from me. Its not been discounted properly. Your service is disgusting.

    Honestly do not go with @VodafoneUK absolutely atrocious customer service!!! Put my wrong addess for delivery last week and assured all week it was changed then surprise surprise delivery for today going to old address now telling me 24/48 hours to update this! Beyond a joke!

    @VodafoneUK Never open a Vodafone acct in Germany if you want internet service @ home. Is literally the worst company on the planet Vodafone is garbage with zero customer service in English they pretend like they don't speak one single word of English. VODAFONE IS RUDE GARBAGE
