@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

@ASDA new phone service with @VodafoneUK is an absolutely rip off. The cheapest package is £20 where as previously I could just add a couple of pounds which would last me a long time as I don't make calls or use data.

@VodafoneUK hi I wondered if there was a problem with the network. People can’t hear me sometimes when I’m on a call. I’ve been to Apple about my phone and it’s not that. I’ve just got a new sim but still having the problem. Please help

@VodafoneUK No signal or no usable signal in Bh89tq. Been like this for months. I have complained many times but nothing has been done. I’m paying a lot of money for a very poor service! We use to get 23/24 mbps before Christmas. But now struggling to get 2/3 mbps
