    Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    @VodafoneUK am very annoyed. Persuaded by cold call from you to change plan, told it would take a few hours, 24 hours later I still have no phone signal. Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK No landline since day 1 of my contract with Vodafone. You have not fulfilled your side of the contract so presumably I can cancel my contract? Then I will follow up with legal action. I've saved all the chat logs full of lies and false promises.

    Hi @WeAreOpenreach, We're supposed to have an engineer visit between 8am and 1pm due to our @VodafoneUK WIFI not working and our landline being disconnected without our consent. Do you have a contact number we can call in case they don't turn up please?

    @Eli28251741 @VodafoneUK I agree. I'm deaf and been without service for a month because they refuse to email or text me. They tell lies, fob me off but I bet I still get charged! Absolute sham of a company.

    @BDA_Deaf Please help! @VodafoneUK are denying me service because I am deaf and don't use BSL. They say their engineers cannot text or email, only phone calls which I cannot do. Been without service for a month. Is this legal?
