@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

In the shopping mall, phone battery running out and walked into Vodafone store @VodafoneUK . They let me charge my phone while on the comfort of a nice chair. Customer service is everything. Shout out to the Merry Hill branch!

@ayupitswill @VodafoneUK Vodafone are a bag of ****. My mum asked for a cap to be put on my lil brother's contract and they agreed to it on the phone but never put it on. So when he racked up a £1k phone bill they expected that she payed it. They record their phonecalls so don't back down and pay it.

@VodafoneUK what the hell is going on with internet signal in my area you advertising it as strong 4G yet im getting H maybe H+ if im lucky. Really un-happy seeing as i chose you for "great coverage" And cant call as technicians aint working

@VodafoneUK hi, we are having issues with our internet (since yest eve) & it is on one minute with really high speeds, the next it’s red. Flashing red. We haven’t changed anything - do you know why this may be? It’s difficult to WFH as calls were disconnecting today
