@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

Honestly @VodafoneUK please sort out the network errors, this is like the third major issue I've had with you this month and this one isn't even localised, people all over the world are having NAT type issues on @PlayStation and other streaming platforms completely crap service.

@VodafoneUK My router is not working went off about 9.30pm and refuses to come back on at all. No human available and trying to communicate with Tobi is worse than a toddler after it's eaten its own weight in sweets

@VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph one of your agents put down the wrong address and instead of disconnecting my neighbours line you cut off mine. Now without internet, can’t WFH & need to pay for fuel. I’m not even your customer! Fix this and repay my fuel costs/compensation please.

@VodafoneUK I have done all of this and the end result I was told I was not connected to your service of 900mb which I was already angry at as I am the only house on a street of 30 others all in line of sight 30! Not on vodafone 900mb availability and now nothing at all! Not even 80Mbps!
