@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

@VodafoneUK very upset and cross with service from you, we are never using your services again. I was a loyal customer since 2017, went to upgrade to Super WiFi and you have cut me off and cancelled my telephone line. I now have no phone or broadband and can't get my old number.

@VodafoneUK Then why are you open at all? Every service you offer can be done over a phone or online. I don’t see the point of this decision, it unnecessarily makes the consumers life more difficult.

@virginmedia any chance of you providing high speed broadband in SK7 area so I don’t have to put up with the terrible @VodafoneUK broadband for much longer? #day3ofnointernet

@VodafoneUK I see your service is STILL complete trash. Disconnected 3 times in the last fking hour. I'm not going to DM you. Not going through your brain dead chat support system. This has gone on since the start of the contract. You're garbage. Just know that.

standard @VodafoneUK policy for support calls to put you on hold for 15 mins and then just cut you off. Customer service at Vodafone is totally useless.

@VodafoneUK BT are telling me that VF need to submit a ORDI, and that VF need to do it as I don't have an account with BT but have been with VF for 15+yrs. The VF customer service rep I spoke to said they can't help and that it's BT who need to sort it. 2/2

@VodafoneUK 3 months to get £857 in insurance payments back to 2017 for devices I no longer have. Never told how to cancel and assumed shop cancelled. £40 compensation offered. Ofcom and FCA are next people I’m contacting.
