@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

Don't waste your time with @VodafoneUK broadband. That's the 2nd time I was scheduled for an engineer visit that has been cancelled without me even knowing. Been waiting a month for this service to start now

@VodafoneUK waited all day for a no show engineer to come and fix our internet on Monday, and have called four times since to book a new appointment, every call has ended with a promise of an email with a new time, but received nothing, everytime. Please assist,this is ridiculous
