@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

@VodafoneUK why is your service so awful!! Been messed about since 1st Dec with broken promises and the latest is my fibre connection was installed yesterday but no router was delivered! You activated my connection and I can't connect to old broadband now can't work from home!

@mrsflynny @VodafoneUK I wish you Luck. They were so Arrogant in the way @VodafoneUK dealt with my problem and as I have Already said they really don't care that I will change to a NEW Provider. Again as I have said THEY ARE TOO BIG AND THE CUSTOMER NO LONGER MATTERS.

@VodafoneUK Same as everyone else, and every time I’m outside and try using the internet on my phone it NEVER works, also when I get a new phone it’s always £70/80 contract when I’m by the deadline to send it bk always see a much better deal and half the price with other networks 😡

@VodafoneUK You should make "vodafone connect" bundles as prizes. Your service is all about connecting people together, so providing trips, free phones, Internet and other things to get people to connect should be the prizes. if I won the prize I would just want to pay less for my contract..
