@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

@VodafoneUK The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 would be great. So much is happening from devices right now. Like homework, live lessons, reading, down time. My boys constantly need my tablet & using the small screen on my phone all the time is making life harder. #VeryMeRewards

@VodafoneUK I would want it to keep track of my comms with @VodafoneUK. Their chats never come to my email and the number of times I have called and been told there is no note of the previous call on their system is ridiculous. A bonus feature would be truth or lie emoji for agent comments!

@VodafoneUK Just spoke to 2nd line support on a poor quality line. Said she would run some checks (same as the other times). I waited with great excitement and anticipation that this expert lady would fix our problem. The line went dead.

Hey, @VodafoneUK , please fix some of the 'support' issues on your website. Currently using 2 phones; one shiny new one with *no* SIM & old one purely for calls. Tobi is useless, links to book technician call don't work

@VodafoneUK hey. We’ve just switched to a new provider of broadband, will you automatically stop our payments to you once that’s live or do we need to cancel our direct debit?
