I wouldn’t even mind if I got a good signal at my home address, but I don’t. Never mind eh, you’re still making your money. Don’t worry about the millions of us struggling to cope now

Alistair Heron (Al apple) (@Al_roar) reported from Wivenhoe, England@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).
-
Dan Sloane 🇺🇦 (@SloaneEsq) reported from Felixstowe, England@VodafoneUK That's correct. It's not a major issue, but you have a problem with the hyperlink included in the email.
-

Steve Townshend (@steve_townshend) reported from Colchester, EnglandBeen with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.
-
Lizzie Jane 🎭 (@LizzieMizzie_) reported from Elmstead Market, England@VodafoneUK the battery on my phone is going, my contract ended a few months ago, I think. Can I get an upgrade over the phone or would I need to go into the store when they’re reopen? I can hang on until then. I have an iPhone SE.

left blank (@leftblank111) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Disgusting company. Came on to my property without permission, ruined my garden (im not a customer) then took almost 6 months to resolve their damage! Im not on their mailing lists despite asking nunerous times to be removed, and the door knockers come monthly
-
Adrian Rogers (@AJRAllModCons) reportedHey @VodafoneUK - can someone contact me? Four years ago you cancelled my contract because you had no signal in my village. I’ve been to borrow money today for the first time in 40 years. I have no credit rating because you say I owe £890 from 4 years ago. I’ve spent 6 hours
-
Elle 🌸🗽 (@hellosunshine52) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’m so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine how hard all this is. For your info with regard to your issue - virgin media have just been fined £28m for preventing people ending their contracts. Perhaps talks to the culture internally that you are describing
-
HENRY BAKER (@rizzles066) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK i recently left virgin media they are not a good service provider when trying to end the contract, try getting help with family member or even a lawyer or cab which are very good
-
Max Point (@Max_Point23) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.
