    @VodafoneUK thank you for the upgraded iPhone which arrived today. The thing is, there wasn’t a plug inside. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue, but the connector has changed.

    @VodafoneUK the battery on my phone is going, my contract ended a few months ago, I think. Can I get an upgrade over the phone or would I need to go into the store when they’re reopen? I can hang on until then. I have an iPhone SE.

    Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    Been with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

    After 24 years with @VodafoneUK it may be time to leave. New phone kept getting hot and didn’t hold charge had to be send away they sent a ‘new’ one as the problem would take too long to fix ‘new one has same problem no apology or offer of compensation for inconvenience caused

    @VodafoneUK Red, and when I try to connect through my phone it says I need to connect the internet lead. I've tried resetting, it hasn't worked and I've made sure all cables are plugged in. The website doesn't work to run a broadband check, the app is also the same. It's been off since 1am

    @VodafoneUK I requested an unlock code but received an email saying Vodafone cannot provide one as you didn't sell me the phone. I've gone to Carphone Warehouse where I bought the phone but they are adamant they don't unlock phones. The network has to. Can you help?

    Hi my @VodafoneUK mobile will not ring my elderly parents talktalk landline ?? My parents mobiles also Vodaphone won’t ring their landline either !! Why is this ?? My sister is on EE can get through fine. It seems there is an issue between Vodaphone mobile & talktalk landline

    .@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup my Internet was working, sign up for another 2yrs & now its stopped working, what are you doing? Nothing needed changing other than new 2yr contract, nothing needed activation, so why is my Internet dead, factory reset not the answer. Find a solution!
