    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK customer for over 20 years, decided to upgrade. ent package not working, 6 hours on chat still not broke. Told me to wait 2 hours. 2 hours later & now no calls . 2 hours on chat & my account doesn’t exist. How bad can you be. My daughter needs to be able to contact me

    @VodafoneUK I know what is in my tariffs @VodafoneUK. The problem is that I have a UK and an international tariff and neither includes the Channel Islands. Particularly deceptive since Channel Islands numbers look like UK numbers. I'll just raise it with @Ofcom.

    Hey @VodafoneUK enough is enough. When are you going to fix the issues in the W6 area that you said were due to a mast upgrade? More than three weeks and counting of next to no service and over a week ago you told me it would take two days. #notgoodenough

    @VodafoneUK Broadband question. I'm in a new property with FTTP connection and I went with BT (big mistake) I've had nothing but issues, the landline they supply is digital voice that uses router which is no good if its not stable. What do you offer for FTTP connections?

    @VodafoneUK I am so disgusted, I got an upgrade for my husband today, put the sim card in the new phone and there is no service and says its not registered to a network. I ring vodafone to find out why only to be told it takes 24 hours to register, so now my husband has no phone
