@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone to your teams in the past week and the only solid answer I’ve been given is ‘reset the router and it might work in a few hours maybe?’ I shouldn’t have to chase a service provider in circles to provide a service I pay for.

@VodafoneUK Well, I think it's quite obvious that they don't. She needs a simple PAYG where you pay only for the call. You don't seem able to offer that, or any offer of a credit to her account. Very poor service.

@VodafoneUK urgent issue. Three network numbers cannot contact my Vodafone number. It is saying it is unrecognisable, yet they can text me. I can ring Three network numbers but they cannot ring me. Maybe some routing files were not transferred over from Three mobile to Vodafone?
