@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK been on the phone for over an hour for the 5th time in the last 2 weeks. Trying to solve a network issue as I have a disabled daughter. Welfare issue as may have an emergency for daughter! No one listening. Awful customer service!!! 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK agreement for a new contract was miss sold by your salesman at Winchester branch who advised we could transfer the agreement at a later date. Now being told we can’t so a formal complaint will be lodged & will involve the Financial Ombudsman if not resolved properly

@VodafoneUK Thank you. I would be grateful if someone, anyone could help. I have lost countless hours on the phone trying to sort. Only to be told that it's being sorted....just shy of 3 months of broken promises.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I have a plan with 20GB data that has apparently run out for the month. There is absolutely no way this is true as when I checked a few days ago I still had 19GB. This means that i can't use navigation etc. Please help!
