@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried this Jay and I’ve been sitting for 1 hour with no further reply. Today Vodafone we’re suppose to call me back, nothing! In total I’ve spent 6-7 hours on chats or technical support. Who has time for this! I never had this issue with Sky broadband

Two weeks ago, my contract ended with @VodafoneUK and I decided to try an alternative network. I thought I’d try @giffgaff SIM only because I wanted to see if their network performance (O2’s) was better than Vodafone’s. (I’d also reduce my bill from £70 to £20 a month).

@VodafoneUK 4-5 unsuccessful calls with support re. my wifi issues, solution provided today was ‘move your office to the same room as the hub’ or ‘upgrade your acc. to get wifi boosters’ and ‘we don’t guarantee wifi coverage in your home’. If I had known before moving supplier!!

@VodafoneUK hey 👋 EE o2 3 all have 5G around my area with great coverage and quality but vodaphone has nothing can you help with why that is? Absolutely nothing close to a large town too. Research shows Vodafone worst for 5g coverage but why? #vodafoneuk
