@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK absolutely the worst customer service that I’ve ever had to deal with... on your 08080057320 number.. get absolutely nowhere with your agents 😡

@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK what’s happening with your network? All my Curve trackers stopped working yesterday, told by live chat yesterday that you’re working on it. Down for almost 24hrs already. Poor.

@VodafoneUK Livechat doesn't work it's just a bot. Asks lots of questions then says will send security text, never received a text so it's pointless. So I spent 1.5 hours on phone and you are refusing to help and telling me to call another day..so how many hours does it take to get thru?

@IamScottishDave @VodafoneUK Random question. Does your Bluetooth speaker work? Got my treat box today too and I can't get it to connect to my phone!

@VodafoneUK I did, and this was your reply…I'm sorry, we couldn't understand that. Pick one of the options below - that'll give us an idea of how we can help.

@VodafoneUK I guess what's unfortunate is that the people that were using Suresignal probably live in an area with slow network speeds, so are left in a similar position to that pre-Suresignal
-
John Carlyle-Clarke
(@johncc) reported
@VodafoneUK @keithdsmall 100% agree, WiFi calling is not a good replacement for Sure Signal. Texts aren't great and sometimes the phone won't show WiFi as an available network for calls even when connected. Also switching back GSM (e.g. when leaving house) often causes call drop.

@VodafoneUK PLEASE can someone contact me about an upgrade. I cannot log in as it says the phone number I have provided is not correct when it clearly is. I cannot get through to anyone on the online chat & help desk doesn’t go through either.

@VodafoneUK how come my signal has been awful all day? I’ve not been able to use my internet at all until I’ve come home on wifi…
