@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@BW400CN @swlines @VodafoneUK Well if you cannot connect onto the network or wi-fi, they will not be able to contact you on any number. Meanwhile if you can connect a redirect may be possible, but then there could be a charge for the caller.

@VodafoneUK I like your plan/product but could you not do the whole calling with exclusive offers sales pitch? I can't really process things over the phone, it feels scammy that it's exclusive and I can't read anything about it, and it makes me so anxious I want to cancel.

@WEWANTGLAZEROUT @VodafoneUK Vodafone used to sponsor us and as part of that they installed a number of repeater cells in the roof of the stands. They are clearly visible as flat rectangles pointing down. Hence Vodafone works at OT. I see people reading stuff online with ease. Whereas my EE never did
