    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @VodafoneUK you are a complete disgrace you left my 82 year old father without a landline since Friday. He had a bad fall today so his fall alarm didn’t work as his landline does not work he was found by us 3hrs later and is now in hospital. You have fobbed him off since Friday

    @VodafoneUK worst company to deal with, avoid at all cost. Different issue each month, twice a bill was taken out this month and both wrong amounts. Been with you for ten years and just treated like rubbish. Roll on august when I can go else where!!

    @VodafoneUK hey there. Are there issues in KA19 7RN today? Have gone from good 4g and a full bar to 1 bar and barely any internet. I need the data to work while in a rental! Status checker not loading for me. 😔

    @VodafoneUK part 1. absolutely disgusting service! Was meant to be connected to your broadband service yesterday, no connection all day. Called and was told service needed to be rebooted. Waited again, nothing happened. Please read part 2.

    @VodafoneUK Very-very poor internet speed W13 0HL, Moved here 04.07.2022. 3G has 3/5 bars but less than 1 megabit of speed and dropping sporadically to "no connection'. 4G/5G appears 1-2 times an hour and has 1/5 bars, no internet at all in 99%. Anything can be done here?

    @VodafoneUK called again as still had no Internet, to be told that the agent had cancelled our service and we have to wait another 2 weeks to be connected! Absolutely disgusting!
