    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    managed to talk to a person on @VodafoneUk all issues were resolved,I now just need to speak to a REAL person from @AmazonHelp who are not as efficient , very unhelpful and totally useless,so about to waste more time.

    Giving up on trying to pay @amazon will now try to pay @vodafoneUk again ,if they cant help i can always use the money to find another broadband provider.
