@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@andrewellson @NoContextBrits @VodafoneUK Vodafone as well. They are a joke. I have been to other countries that have 5G in valleys and on top of mountains, but they can’t handle getting a one bar signal in Wales.

@VodafoneUK Hi. I called into a Vodafone branch and enquired if my contract allowed US calls etc. they assured me it does. Then nothing all week. Same with my friend. However the 3rd person in the party was with another provider and had no problems. Cheers
