arlene allan (@allan_arlene) reported from Largs, Scotland@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

I’m going to report Vodafone to OffCom as it’s staggering how bad the service is. I’m not ringing up again and waiting another 3 hours to be told they help again!

V has failed to terminate service two months after it confirmed in writing that it had done so!! @cedrsays
