@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

Seriously shoddy service from @VodafoneUK this afternoon who reset my fiancés SIM, unable to make/receive calls an hour before important hospital appointment via telephone with NO explanation given this would happen. Appt now missed with little chance of rebooking any time soon.

@VodafoneUK You are a company who supports FRAUD after twice contacting you about the same incident, you have ignored everything, if you want free phones take out a contract with Vodafone and just use a random address they obviously don't check anything.

After an 2hours on the phone @VodafoneUK can’t fix my home WiFi because their signal is bad on the phone. I need my internet fixed ASAP. It’s been out since this morning. It’s internet via a dongle and the dongle isn’t working.

@VodafoneUK It wasn't even the main point of my post. My main point is the sky high prices I pay for being a loyal customer yet I go anywhere else and they deal is cheaper by a lot. I pay for a 5g deal and my City still hasn't got 5g. Its been 2 years and my plan ends in July.
