    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @GregClinker @darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK I worked for BT from 1966 to 1992 installing exchange equipment and it was the best job in the world. For the variety of the work and for the loose management that allowed us to almost write our own pay slips. You'd never believe it. Privatisation was inevitable Thatcher or not

    @VodafoneUK rubbish service - visual voicemail not working. Follow your website instructions to call 191 which then tells me to use online chat and terminates the call!

    @VodafoneUK Vodaphone have been saying they sending me correspondence. I never receive it. I have just resolved an issue from last August and everything has been settled and paid - account closed. Is someone able to help me get confirmation today?

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service. Slow speeds, continual drop-outs for the last 6 months - and after half an hour on the phone to their complaints team, the line just cut out. Livid is an understatement. Ofcom it is then. Aaaargh!!
