    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK I am a new customer going on 3 weeks. From day one my broadband levels has been poor. I have signed up 2 your fastest packet 63mbp and I am getting a max of 19mbp but mostly around 12mbp. You are a greedy network that oversubscribes 15% discount doesn't cut it.

    @VodafoneUK I haven’t had a contract for about 4 years now , and I just got a letter from debt collectors for £17 , and I called you to cancel my contract , and you did , and here we are , useless crap company , I paid everything at the time now u wanna send debt collectors😡

    @VodafoneUK No reply’s even they blocked my family on fb to avoid helping us each person asks what’s wrong anx we know 100% it’s on the system all our details anx the scam but vodaphone continue to scam us 😢it’s that bad they have lost us some contacts for work we have nothing

    A word of advice, never use @VodafoneUK for broadband. 24th Dec engineers were booked, no show. Useless customer service. Rebooked for 29th, turned up on 28th but couldn’t complete the job. No show on 29th. WTF is going on?!

    @VodafoneUK your service sucks! Been waiting 4 days for my Vodafone PAYG no: 2 be ported across to my Vodafone Contract no:. Zero service on either mobile & no help from your call centres. What exactly am I paying for? If this isn’t fixed, I’ll be going to the ombudsman!
