Think I’ve been done good and proper!

Trying to ring to fix it, told phones are too busy, try the live chat, the live chat tells us to ring. No answer again and again. So I ring the same number and pretend I want an upgrade, straight through💰💰

I’m here regularly and the performance is so dire that you can barely use the internet let alone WhatsApp (regardless of time of day). iPhone user with 4/4 signal and 4G.
