@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

Lost afternoon trying to upgrade with @VodafoneUK. I’ve experienced poor service before but today was shocking. Thankfully I have the transcripts of agreement that they have now refused to uphold. Looking for a new network. Any recommendations?

@VodafoneUK Hands down my gf @natjstu. Not only did she move from MCR to LDN to live with me at the start of lockdown in March 2020, she has supported me every day since I lost my Dad suddenly in Oct. Her daily #RandomActsOfKindness mean more than words can explain. #RandomActsofKindnessDay
