arlene allan (@allan_arlene) reported from Largs, Scotland@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

I've cleared Google apps cache (all apps actually), made sure phone is charged and even upgraded my home WiFi and I've repeatedly restarted phone. Can you do anything to help, please?
