@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK is it possible to request a new cell tower to look into please? We have very limited/no signal here, quite a popular holiday location with holiday park near by, and many residents.. It would hugely benefit from being added to the network if it could be considered!

What a ruse! On a call to @VodafoneUK after receiving a CCS letter for a bill they failed to send on an account that was closed 9/21 (final email stated balance £0) This has negatively affected my #creditscore for 30 days😡 Passive billing =standard practise. Complaint incoming

@VodafoneUK upgraded my usual way, then went to apply the NHS VA, I can’t, the way you do it has changed! I need to now use the 14 day cooling period, cancel and try again! Really, must be an easier way, we have 4 mobiles, never had an issue until you changed the process, WHY?

@VodafoneUK - Your customer service is shocking again....while trying to get a refund for a device I requested to be cancelled, I have spoken to @BT customer service - fixed a different issue - had lunch and a meeting and I'm still waiting for your advisors to move... shocking!!!

@VodafoneUK When I got home from work this morning it was back on, I appreciate it is something you don't like hear but basically I'm fed up of it now, never had some many issue's with my broadband going off, I have been with previous ones and at the most it went off was twice in 18 months!!
