@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK Disgusting, self employed is hard enough with invoices being very sporadic, call to yourself to ask for help and delay a payment by 7 days to stop my lines getting cut off BUT now big fat NO unless I make part payment, I take it your call staff are on commission.
