@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

Ah I was blaming @Twitter for issues but it's @VodafoneUK issue. Why won't twitter load @VodafoneUK ? I tried on different network and it loads and asked friend so must be a you issue.

Why is Twitter not loading proper unless I’m on WiFi? @VodafoneUK , I’ve got full signal, did it last night too, so I did an apple update earlier. Now I’m at work on 4G & it’s still broke?!?!
