    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone to your teams in the past week and the only solid answer I’ve been given is ‘reset the router and it might work in a few hours maybe?’ I shouldn’t have to chase a service provider in circles to provide a service I pay for.

    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK utterly useless. I picked one phone on my order. Your email confirmation says different and only option is to cancel await refund then reorder? I only ordered 20mins ago and called as soon as I saw the error. Shambles service after 15+ years
