@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

@VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

Don’t ever use @VodafoneUK broadband!! I updated my address in Jan when I moved. Barely been able to connect since. Turns out they didn’t change my address. Their solution was “just cancel the contract & go elsewhere” Cheers, I’ll just work from the hotspot on my phone!

@VodafoneUK Tells me good coverage with 4 bars darkest red colour. The problem is I was fed this line by current provider and you would probably laugh if I told you to use internet indoors that I have to hang phone OUTSIDE in a ziplock bag on washing line & tether to an old computer?

This so called @VodafoneUK complaints advisor goes to me he doesn’t know what the procedure is to transfer my number and I should contact the other service?? I then asked to speak to the manager and apparently i need put in a request to speak to them???

@VodafoneUK To be honest, I'm not bothered about 5g and just need a half decent unlimited 4g plan that I can actually make use of. Currently signal is so poor I'm lucky to use 25gb on my 100gb plan
