@VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

Utterly disappointed with @VodafoneUK - claiming to have the best network coverage is laughable! What is the point of unlimited data when you cant get network coverage to use it!? It's infuriating. Feel totally mislead and conned.

@VodafoneUK I have no service between finchley Road and Green Park. Another friend on the Victoria line mentioned the same issue. Didn't know I needed wifi underground until I had it, and now it's gone😢

@BBCTheOneShow Hey not sure if you dm me but I’m having issues with @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp , my broadband should of been switched on 2 weeks ago and I’m getting constantly lied to by Vodafone keep giving me 6 different activation dates , the date comes and they change it

@VodafoneUK I've had @OpenreachHelp attend to connect my broadband today, they say they have to install cabling over the neighbouring 2 houses and need permission first! This was never mentioned to me before. I have existing phone line and broadband with @Plusnet. Please advise.
