    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

    @VodafoneUK Beyond annoyed with this company never had any problems for the past 6 years I've been with you. My contract ended yesterday but when I try to upgrade it said credit failed. I have no debt and I'm told to wait 90 days to try again. I'm paying £67 amonth for 20gb data

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

    @VodafoneUK is there an app issue? Everytime I try to look at my upgrade options it gets to pin page then crashes 🙈🙈

    @myPhilTaylor @VodafoneUK Yes, it's every time it switches network. You can lock to one rather than let it flick to the strongest.

    @VodafoneUK what on earth is your customer service. Tried upgrading in the app, please speak to us, had to restart upgrade, charged the big fee from earlier attempt, disconnected twice now from chat when about 2 complete and 39 in queue now!spent 3 hours & will be charged twice!

    @VodafoneUK Oh Chris bless you. You don’t get it. I’ve sat in a queue for over an hour Thursday and Friday using 191. And chat is an absolute shambles. I’ll just cancel as you don’t want me as a customer. Not your fault but Vodafone don’t care about customers in the slightest
