    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    @VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    @VodafoneUK I'm on a contract with Vodafone and my phone has stopped connecting to the network. I was told max. 6 days when you collected it, then max 10 days. Now I'm just told 'as soon as possible' and that you can't supply a new one. Is this standard Vodafone service?

    @VodafoneUK why is it since the start off this whole lockdown last year you have started adding charges for late payments..... people having trouble paying and you slap on an extra £5 if its a day late. All that unpaid tax still not enough for your bonuses?

    Absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK. We booked an installation 6 weeks in advance. Sub Contractors arrive 23/03/21. They can't hook our house to the infrastructure, they need the correct equipment. We've spent ages trying to get a response from Vodafone why this hasn't..

    @stuartjbull @VodafoneUK Same. SIM only contract, wanted almost £100 yesterday off me to cancel. Asked for an upgrade, wanted £15 per month more than sky were charging for same deal despite me being a vodafone customer for 10+ years. Shockingly bad customer service with exorbitant prices
