@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!
