@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@VodafoneUK Why do @VodafoneTR help us get robbed?! My dad's monthly bill is almost thrice high because @VodafoneTR cannot protect him. They apparently help some company called "content board" take money from people's accounts. And they ask for extra money for digital protection!

@VodafoneUK getting broadband activated and need to change my activation date. I’ve been told a new order would have to be set up so I’ll miss out on the £75 voucher reward I should’ve received. This isn’t in the t&cs and I’m changing it well before the 48hr cut off. Can u help?

@VodafoneUK Seriously Vodafone pay me a consultancy fee and I will save you ££££ because you are wasting srs amounts of money with this inefficiency. Still tempted to invoice for the time so far (which in part was spent filing a complaint in the hope it would register as an issue to fix).
