    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneUK won't be renewing with you lot again. Rubbish network. For months I have to complain about charging me extra on my bills then it's sorted, only for the following month the same **** again. This time I've been charged £20 extra. Do you think people won't notice?!

    Vodafone must choose its representative carefully, in the recent period, the selection is made on the basis of who accepts the lowest salary ... so we have seen a current period of the worst customer service periods in its history @VodafoneEgypt @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

    Never again will I take out a contract with @VodafoneUK. From being charged twice per month (one for an inactive contract) to now having my line cut for my current contract🤬🤬🤬🤬. I’ve spent the last 3 weeks on the phone to them and there has not been a resolution😡.

    @LondonYon @VodafoneUK Yes I agree, most of the places I go to, I just get a poor network. Some few locations, Ealing Broadway, London Bridge, Canary Wharf. @VodafoneUK. It’s just terrible.
