    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    Honestly cannot believe that @VodafoneUK booked an engineer to come into my home, WITHOUT my consent! They made an appointment, had the guy show up at my house, meanwhile I haven’t booked a damn thing or told anybody that it’s ok. Incredible.

    Anyone else in South Kensington area have issues with their mobile data ? 4 bars of signal, but no mobile internet @VodafoneUK . Not good enough for London !

    @VodafoneUK so I signed up 26 Jan for fibre you took over in Feb lost my phone and bband all I have is intermittent 3g my mother has dementia and a sos talisman and relies on me, everytime I call c/s they pretend to care but nothing ever happens this just isnt good enough HELP

    @VodafoneUK I have had enough of not being able to use my “UNLIMITED 5G DATA” anywhere. To the point I’ve been on my setting trying to use 4G instead. And it’s beyond terrible. I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER SIM. fix it

    @MatthewMarks42 @VodafoneUK I tried to upgrade & after going through everything to choose a phone & airtime, get the discount code it said error call customer care. Tried twice used 2 codes up. Too late to ring customer care, that's when I rang the next day and gave up.

    Why is the service in South Kensington so bad ? My mobile Data / internet still isn’t working after 4 days ? How much longer will this problem last for ? @VodafoneUK
