Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

My sync speed is 39 but my actual download speeds when tested is around 7mb! Absolutely shocking and they aren’t In a rush to give you what you pay for!
