Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

My main point is the sky high prices I pay for being a loyal customer yet I go anywhere else and they deal is cheaper by a lot. I pay for a 5g deal and my City still hasn't got 5g. Its been 2 years and my plan ends in July.

Amber 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈♿ (@MyselfBecome) reported@VodafoneUK But this guy actually listened, and while it took him a while (about 20 minutes of him putting me on and off hold), he collected info off me (again) and this time bounced me to someone who, with the details in front of them, was able to solve the problem in under 90 seconds.
