Systems down. I shall take my contract elsewhere as I am up. I'll just cancel direct debit. Take this as my leaving notice.

They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.
