    @VodafoneUK Don't trust this company. They are taking money from NHS workers and not supplying a service. They are under investigation by regulators,dont waste money on these scammers.

    So @VodafoneUK, I wanted to change the email address on my account. After going through 3 login screens, and 3 sets of 2FA codes to get there, I discover the "Change" button doesn't even work. 👏

    @VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @VodafoneUK Are unprofessional,unpleasant and are very happy to take money and not supply a service. Under investigation,by offcom,they are not what they seem. Customer care staff are rude and unhelpful,they find it amusing they are ripping people off.

    @VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.

    @DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @VodafoneUK Well I'm glad it doesn't bother you George but as part of a growing group it seems odd to send a vegan recipe that is intended to include egg and I have to swap things in and out of. Yet again we're made an afterthought and if we raise issues we're dismissed. Thanks but no thanks
