    @JrRyan1919 @sport_simon @VodafoneUK You may find that customer service is manned by young people working in conditions that cause huge attrition rates and therefore an over-reliance on IT systems. I may be wrong of course. Call centres need a right good looking at generally.

    @WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK and still no broadband. Why are Openreach rejecting the request to activate my line. Its a switch. Broadband existed here not even 1.5 months ago. What is going on. This issue has been ongoing since 14th November 2018! I need broadband in my house!

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone signal indoors is poorest I have ever seen. Just bought a PAYGO sim for my son & there’s barely any signal near the front or rear of the house. Asked friends and family about theirs and their response was they’ve already moved to another provider, lol.
