@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Wish I tweeted. Good to know social media holds more importance than a person's human experience. I had the worst experience I've ever had with a company in my entire life sadly. HAVE A NICE DAY!

  • AdamLeggott Adam Leggott (@AdamLeggott) reported from Leeds, England

So @VodafoneUK, I wanted to change the email address on my account. After going through 3 login screens, and 3 sets of 2FA codes to get there, I discover the "Change" button doesn't even work. 👏

  • ianburtyfrench Ian Burton-French (@ianburtyfrench) reported from Embsay, England

@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

  • Jake31804 HYPE LAD 41 (@Jake31804) reported from Leeds, England

@DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

  • andymcgann21 andrew mcgann (@andymcgann21) reported from Leeds, England

@VodafoneUK tonnes of trouble connecting my Apple Watch to your network despite paying the extra £7 to do so!! Hours of messing with your technical team over chat and still no nearer! Can somebody help

  • xlozzax Lauren Lear (@xlozzax) reported from Harrogate, England

@VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

  • johnnyianson Johnathan I'Anson (@johnnyianson) reported from Leeds, England

@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

  • Tjrx1_ Juniior🥶 #StayHomeSaveLifes 🔴 (@Tjrx1_) reported from Bradford, England

@VodafoneUK Hi guys. So my contract is finishing end of this month and start of this month I rang the customer service line and said I wanted to cancel my contract and asked for a pac code because I wasn't sure what to do. Now I'm thinking not to use the 1/2

  • harveysond Harvey Sond (@harveysond) reported from Leeds, England

@VodafoneUK disappointed to receive a text on the day of an expected delivery without a future eta. Shocking service and kind of disingenuous sale

  • JariLouhelainen Jari Louhelainen (@JariLouhelainen) reported from Bingley, England

@VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

  • _laticfanatic :O (@_laticfanatic) reported from Leeds, England

  • Logical1966 Aaron (@Logical1966) reported from Keighley, England

@VodafoneUK hi guys, I've requested an NUC code 3 times first on 10th of June and the last time your service centre requested it on 30 June.. I've still not received anything.. What can I do to get this?

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • mulletmas Mark (@mulletmas) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK In the end, I had no recourse but to cancel my DD, and they sent the heavies after me. 5 years later, I was still suffering from credit repercussions. End result? I make it my business to deter everyone I can from signing up with them or staying with them. +£60, -£1000s

  • matman321 Matthew Sirr (@matman321) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Three are the same. I took a contract out with them but the phone would’ve taken too long to arrive so I cancelled the contract and never received the phone. They kept harassing me for money owed each time I explained and then they sent debt collectors which cost me a mortgage!

  • JackieG1967 Jackie Groom (@JackieG1967) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @virginmedia were awful when my dad died. After cancelling his mobile time and again, last chap asked would changing to pay as you go be better in case he changes his mind!!

  • allanm2020 Mu💙 (@allanm2020) reported

@VodafoneUK as a current customer, I have been made aware of how badly your company has been treating the relatives of deceased customers (even those who have PofA). I would like to see a notification that you intended to amend this practice. Or I will terminate at next renewal.

  • magiclorne lorna tiefholz (@magiclorne) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had an awful experience with @talktalk when my mum’s husband passed. There should be set regulations for when customers die, it’s bad enough to deal with grief after a lives one dies without having extra stress from phone companies.

  • EMILYPRIME EMILY JANE PRIME (@EMILYPRIME) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK On a pot I’ve note @tescomobile were incredible when I had to sort my late aunts estate. Everything was cancelled then and there and nothing was too much trouble. I have since moved to their network because of the service I received in store by actual humans…

  • ejwilt96 Hava Vildt (@ejwilt96) reported

@VodafoneUK tweeting you after discovering what you have done to poor @GeorgeMonbiot and family. What the hell? Public apology and policy change NOW please.

  • tma285 TeeMaa (@tma285) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK 2/ you can’t speak speak with a rep in the UK and even when you get through to one, they have also be socialized to be rude and unhelpful. I am really sorry for how you and your family have been treated and I hope you can get a resolution soon. Thanks for the PSA on how bad

  • SandraDEUK Sandra Smith (@SandraDEUK) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @TalkTalk are the same, we asked them hold whilst we moved my fathers account and they started debt proceedings. I’ll never use them again

  • Philipwriter Philip Latham (@Philipwriter) reported

@VodafoneUK Hello. My Wife has an account with you for a dongle. She needed to cancel it and went into your Shrewsbury store to do it. They told her that she could so she did. You have now charged her for non payment and breaking a contract. That doesn't sound fair to me. Philip.
