    @VodafoneUK I’m on my last nerve with your home broadband. Can someone make contact with me before I start to make an official complaint and move my services elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

    @NickNairn @VodafoneUK @DodsterSwim was with them and had a problem with internet put up with it for a year and then changed to talk talk now no problems

    they won't connect us until the 14th... Two weeks after the agreed date! Tell you what, I've never been a @VodafoneUK customer before and I won't be again or recommending them to anyone. They're mistake that they are refusing to fix.

    @VodafoneUK hi, I will ask again is the 8% rise, down to bad financial planning, will we get shares in Vodafone as we are building your infrastructure? Are you just cashing in on the situation? 8% please explain, what are your profit margins and have they fallen to 5% explain??

    @Mr_MC_73 @VodafoneUK Vodafone will just fob you off and say that they are exceptionally busy. It doesn’t stop them from still mis-selling and falsely advertising the service as ‘get instantly through’ when they know this isn’t the case.

    Took 56 minutes to cancel my contract with @VodafoneUK what a bloody joke. Could of been done in 15 if the advisor was constantly skirting around my request to cancel and trying to up-sell. No I don’t want another 24 months at a marginal discount for an awful service. #phones

    @VodafoneUK I have just upgraded to Vodafone Superfast and all devices connected 1st time. My issue is that Sky Q box keeps telling me it can’t connect to router or internet. I’ve seen all sorts of issues but no idea how to fix this. Called support but got cut off after an hour.
