    @VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

    @VodafoneUK @EE They knew i was misadvised and I spoke to someone called Abraham, was on the phone for 1hr 17 mins and 26 seconds, on hold for 20 mins and no one called back, and now waiting to get through to someone for 55 mins after being told the queue would be between 5-9 mins what a #fail🙈

    @VodafoneUK please don’t join them. They’ve made me cry and wait on hold for 3 hours. I’m actually bawling my eyes out. They’re terrible. Still waiting on hold mid mental breakdown and they have the same three ******* songs on loop playing. And your little tobi can kill itself
