    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK Internet connection booked 25 th January ....to date zero connection! Is this how you treat a pensioner fairly reliant on the Internet? Customer services so frustrating "yes it will be working" you said on 3 occasions but it never is!

    @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK Can you please fix the error which means I can't login and setup a new Voxi account. Rather than tellinge jaut to wait 48-hours to request an account cleanse. #Help

    @VodafoneUK Honestly the worst network provider. Trying to charge £1000 a month, then cutting off our service, then when contacted about it, they cancel the account entirely. Don’t care about ya customers whatsoever.

    @VodafoneUK Nope, just my phone. Been doing it for well over a year. And every now and then have issues. But this time not getting slow connection I lose connection for a second but that crashes everything. Now I work from home contact center I speak live to people.

    @VodafoneUK mobile internet has not been working since last night, but no issues mentioned on the network status checker...is there anything happening in SW16 area?

    Bought a new screen protector and camera screen protector and THEY SUCK. I hate my phone but I'm locked into a £37pm (!!!) contract with @VodafoneUK until Nov 2023. That's the earliest date I can upgrade. After being a customer for over 10 years, this is such a slap in the face.
