    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK amazing how easy it is to buy but so difficult to cancel. Go into ‘account’ then ‘upgrade or change’ - the ONLY option available is to upgrade - what happened to CHANGE? That’s a blatantly devious action. Went into a store - they couldn’t cancel my broadband dongle!!

    @VodafoneUK My iPhone shows 5G is full on and yet there is no internet. This is the entire area around Angel London/N1 - there is internet (albeit slow) when the connection drops to a 4G. Your customer service is clueless to assist.

    @VodafoneUK Internet down for almost 48hrs in our area,all neighbours affected (BT,Sky & Vodafone etc customers) This is the 3rd time in a month the village (PE7)has lost internet connection for an extended period. No info anywhere. Very unhappy!
