    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    @VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

    @VodafoneUK It's an sms that is only accessible from the Vodafone network. I do not have a vodafone mobile, but you still send a SURVEY expecting a reply!!

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK well done for have the best worst customer service. I have been pushed from pillar to post and then when I am down to 1 in the queue the chat ends all because I want to cancel one of my contracts. Is being refused to cancel a contract even legal ?

    @VodafoneUK l am a Red mobile client in Turkey and l can not even ask my customer points to be calculated. I always face with system error ( sistem hatası ) even at Vodafone Yanımda application. For over 2 months @VodafoneTR @VodafoneDestek can not solve it. Any suggestions?

    Been with @VodafoneUK for 8 years and utterly disappointed by their upgrade offers. I can get the iPhone 13 pro with @TheO2 and @EE for far cheaper even being a new customer.

    Very disappointed with @VodafoneUK customer service. Faulty smart watch after 15 days, 25 mins on the phone, can't sort. Referred to app which says go in store: no time to go in store which is 54 mile round trip. Quick to sign you up but rubbish to sort problems @EE next time.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried that, but I received the VEA discount last time and can’t see on the link, if the employer is still signed up to this. I called customer services and after 24 minutes on the phone, they couldn’t help.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve already spoken to an advisor who couldn’t help. Having to transfer the number to another provider and then back to Vodafone. It’s ridiculous!
