    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK Why do you only get customer service interest when you tweet or threaten to cancel. When I click submit on an order after entering payment, that's when Vodafone should jump and make sure that the order is fulfilled and the customer happy. Your processes are poor and inefficient.

    @VodafoneUK way to treat NHS staff Vodafone! Have been with you (with NHS discount) for 2 years. Renew contract with discounted rate.. Apply... Receive reply "no discount for you..because you have a business account". Which you set up!! Dishonest. Underhand. Missold. Thanks a lot
