Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

  • RapidBI
Mike Morrison (@RapidBI) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@VodafoneUK It's an sms that is only accessible from the Vodafone network. I do not have a vodafone mobile, but you still send a SURVEY expecting a reply!!

KingKoopa (@colincooper363) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@VodafoneUK can someone explain to me on here, not in DM why you can’t cancel an order that is incorrect due to you and I now have to wait 6 weeks to get the incorrect item before I can return it to have to then reorder the correct one?

  • NatalieBrereton
Natalie Brereton (@NatalieBrereton) reported from Exeter District, England

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

  • RapidBI
Mike Morrison (@RapidBI) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@VodafoneUK Typical of your poor systems, I was respond g to a human question in DM & a robot replied!

  • chrisgullick
Chris Gullick (@chrisgullick) reported from Borough of Torbay, England

@VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

  • mobilemandan

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

@Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK @vodafone your company policy of providing these to invaders of the UK in France is a terrible decision. A lot of these economic migrants will go on to commit awful crimes in the UK, we must not be doing anything that encourages or assists them.
