.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

@CromwellStuff Yep, tried to park in Canterbury , could only get a 3G signal which wasn't robust enough to buy a ticket online ( oh and @VodafoneUK say they are switching off 3g too) whilst 4g has really really poor coverage in the city

@VodafoneUK are a bunch of scammers. I topped up to renew my bundle and they took my credit claiming I sent or received an SMS. FALSE. These geniuses have spent hours and hours of work for justifying not giving me back £1. ONE STUPID POUND. THIEVES.

@virginmedia customer for 20 years. Bill gone up from £29 to £58. Cannot do anything unless I'm a new customer, it get better rates so happy for me to disconnect and go elsewhere. Thankyou @VodafoneUK for getting me a great deal 👏👏👏

@VodafoneUK Just tested baud rate; it is restored to what Vodafone had promised. This is most satisfactory. However, Vodafone denied service for over two weeks, and wasted a great deal of my time, Mark. I shall require some agreeable compensation for this regrettable episode.

@VodafoneUK Lol, what you think I have been doing for last 6 weeks? Train your tech team as they only know how to do hard resets on router. Refused to change router, can't leave contract even I reported the issue on 2nd day of contract.Just going in circles, a total waste. Avoid VF broadband
