Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

1 year of utterly crap broadband from @VodafoneUK (max 10mbps) where I was blamed, BT openreach were blamed & my house was blamed, despite me telling them it was their router. Guess what, I got a new router from Zen and everything now works perfectly.

@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

@VodafoneUK Hi Simon. This appears to be a troubleshooting guide on wifi issues. Since I had issues streaming live and pre-recorded, I have connected the TV to the router via the Ethernet cable and the problem has persisted. I have spoke to multiple operators and they have said it’s a 1/2

I’ve spent 12 days being polite… So I now officially declare that @VodafoneUK are a useless load of shite who can **** right off. Problem fixed after 12 days, 3 hours later, my internet has completely died again. Thrown the cunting thing at the wall and cancelling direct debit.
