  .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

  @VodafoneUK @TfL You forced broadband and home phone package onto an elderly customer with dementia who was only trying to get their mobile number switched to a new sim card having lost their phone! You managed to switch all services over just fine, but FAILED to sort the original issue out!

  @VodafoneUK There is no 4G data available in Roslin, Scotland, EH25. I reported that online on Wednesday. Two different neighbours both phoned 191 today and reported it, but were told there is no problem. There is a problem.

  @VodafoneUK How disappointing, I've been a loyal customer of Vodafone for over 9 years. Called for a new deal and they just read out what was offered to any new customers on the Vodafone website. Great stuff.

  So in reading the last email from @VodafoneUK again, they state that there is a fault on the line and that even if we were to switch providers the fault could remain. Am I a genius or is the obvious solution for them to fix the fault? Maybe even place a new line of necessary?
