.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

Casually waiting for some kind of compensation or a apology gift box from @VodafoneUK day 31 & phone still broke and every time I call or ring them I’m told we’re fixing it .. we’re in a god damn pandemic and the cheek of still taking £70 out my bank and I can’t take any calls!
