.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Been waiting for a month with no broadband for new fibre to be installed on Wednesday, logged in and says it's cancelled. I didn't cancel it. They didn't contact me to say it's cancelled. Wtf?! If they make me wait another month I think I will explode
