Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

@VodafoneUK still waiting for my account to be fixed over 4 weeks after joining. Keep getting promised it will be sorted by back office and need another 3-5 days but never seems to be sorted. When are you actually going to fix the account?? Why is it so hard?

@toastybeard I had to use parts from my editing/Gaming rig for a upcoming video, then decided to dust put my pc, time just flew on past and now our @VodafoneUK Internet is being slow like a sloth, just oddly when the footy is on. God save us @SpaceX Starlink. Can't wait till its available.
