    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Thanks very much to @VodafoneUK and my #VodafoneTreats for cutting my network signal off, having to call you 23 times to remedy this since the 14th and your call centre saying they will call me back but not. Oh and it would be sorted by yesterday... #MerryChristmas
