    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK The app won't let me top up due to an error. So I called the number to do it & it said the is a technical issue & it can't top up my phone either 😞

    @turpywurpy @VodafoneUK fun fact: many years ago I was with Vodafone and my service stopped working. When I called them to find out more, I was told that I was paying to have access to the network but was not guaranteed that the network would in fact work and provide me with access to calls etc.

    @VodafoneUK Have just spoken to your customer services about top ups being down. Offered an IOU for £1. Said yes, then I have been billed £3.25. Why the need to lie about the cost?

    @turpywurpy @VodafoneUK @EE you can leave a contract each year when the service provider bumps up the rate along with inflation - it's a legal requirement for them to offer you the chance. maybe that's coming up for you soon? think that's how I got out

    @VodafoneUK You know what? I just checked Giffgaff and they can provide the service. Plus the have unlimited data for £35 not like Vodafone pay as you go that costs £40. I can’t keep wasting my time with Vodafone..
