.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@VodafoneUK Thanks but I think you've missed the point. You're promoting something as 5G ready but then restricting the speed to that of 3G! And I currently get 90+ Mbps download on my 4G device / service anyway!

@PirateOrg It looks like there are some issues with @henet on network routes from the UK, primarily impacting VodafoneUK users. We're working on routing UK traffic around this, and should be able to restore connectivity for our users soon.

Been trying to get broadband with @VodafoneUK it’s been cancelled 4 times now and every time it’s a different reason … not the best experience for a first time customer..
