.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@VodafoneUK Hi Liam, I’ve seen that page before. It doesn’t really address the hoax/scam call problem - scammers don’t register with TPS I’m afraid. Sky Call Shield answers the call, asks the caller to identify themselves, then announces them to me. I can accept once, accept always or block.

Oh joy usual service for a weekend from @virginmedia a broadband service that keeps dropping out and has poor speeds when working. Still only another 20 days and we getting something that I hope will be more reliable @VodafoneUK and most certainly cheaper.

@VodafoneTR is the most miserable service provider. I have to get eSim but I couldnt find it in any VodafoneShop. Vodafone TR cant say which shop have it. They expect me to go every single shop in pandemic times. It's just a QR Code! @VodafoneUK
