Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

@VodafoneUK I’m being bombarded by spam/robot calls every day from different 7785 numbers. I’ve had 7 already today. Besides blocking these individually, is there anything Vodafone can do to help with this?

Hey @VodafoneUK . My WiFi keeps dropping out, the phone line does not always receive incoming calls & it takes hours to talk to any of your team on the phone. Can you please send me a new router so I can fix all these issues that you've caused?

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Contacted Vodafone 3 times to say the modem doesnt work and they are refusing to send a new one. Keep testing the line and saying they've fixed it. Problem is not the line. Seriously sick of the incompetence 😡 #vodafone
