.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

@VodafoneUK I had asked for help many times - it took forever to get some help - hours waiting on a payphone and using a friend's wi-fi - my DM's here usually took 12 - 24 hours to get a reply and then it was strangely hard to find my account! Vodafone let me down in so many serious ways.

@VodafoneUK traded in my old mobile for what should have been £60 but they can’t confirm receipt of the phone and no payment received!! Not to mention mixed information from your telephone advisors. Really bad service, I am so disappointed as a 5+ year customer of Vodafone

@VodafoneUK why when I attempted to talk to someone in a online chat, I was basically told if I am not happy with the service and pricing that I should leave the network. Don’t feel like this is how customers should be treated, as I am a loyal customer I feel this is unacceptable
