    @VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @KieranRTP @VodafoneUK Rubbish! I was with then for ten years! When I finished with them they take a month to close the. Account down and I gave 28 day letter to close it! They didn't and I ended going Inn shop they closed when I said I'd take it further! If no joy contact your Local trading standards!

    Why is @O2 customer support so hard!? I just want to speak to a human being and put a limit on my children's bills 😡. I'm with @VodafoneUK , they're much easier . They could be switching at upgrade time !
