    @VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @VodafoneUK Hi April, I managed to get this resolved. After being hung up on several times and then on hold for an hour, I decided to go through as a new customer and was spoken to within minutes. Strange that 🤔

    @VodafoneUK My elderly uncle took on Vodaphone services what a nightmare. Absolutely no idea of customer services for the elderly who just want a service.I have to constantly spend hours sorting out vodaphone's mess up. live 3 hrs away!am very angry

    Hey @VodafoneUK not able to save to @SquarespaceHelp again. Happens regularly with your 4G network. Switching on a VPN solves the problem so it’s definitely on your side.

    @VodafoneUK Another week, not working from home courtesy of Vodafone broadband. Wonderful. I have daily deadlines to achieve and cannot with yr useless service. I've just switched to Sky fibre broadband instead of waiting for grey blinky lights on the hub.
