    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Hi @VodafoneUK my mobile data doesn’t seem to be working even though I have 4G. I’ve restarted my phone, removed the sim, turned airplane mode on/off, turned mobile data on/off, reset network settings and still it only works with Wi-Fi. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    Fucksake @VodafoneUK trying to do a trade in for my old phone is a nightmare and now have to wait to re do it as you think my phone is damaged and there isn’t a single ounce of damage to it

    @VodafoneUK This must be an admin error as find it hard to believe you would knowingly take advantage of someone (elderly and long term customer) to this extent. So, in fact, rather than explain your error can you please just refund the overcharges.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK When my grandad died I went to his home to help clear it and the phone was ringing all the time- it was companies trying to get him to donate to charity. He had mobility problems and mild dementia. Every call he thought family, and risked a fall to check

    @VodafoneUK Hey Vodafone. I was due to port my number to you today. The old provider's SIM lost service around 8 hours ago but the new SIM still isn't activated. VF Text says this is done by 5pm. Any idea what's wrong?
