    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK My pixel 6 stopped working yesterday after a month I took to the store I got it today & only was offered to get it repair up to 10 working days? No replacement,no compensation,no new phone (because u can promise this issue won’t happen again) appalling!

    @dannylund889011 @VodafoneUK I’m learning that. Cancelled a contract with them last year as it was mis sold after 6 hours. 6 months later got letter from bailiffs for unpaid bill took them 3 weeks to cancel it at their end. Now been over charged can’t get hold of them

    @hrvycc @VodafoneUK Yes the problem has all been resolved now, phone arrived and they contacted me and apologised, #vodafone redeemed themselves and I did post that lower down in tweets!

    @RClayton92 @VodafoneUK Funny that. I sent email after email to cancel mine WITHIN THE COOLING OFF PERIOD. Not a sausage except threatening emails telling me I owed them money. I've got the shite they sent, paid the bloody money on my head and STILL don't want the shite. Awful.

    @VodafoneUK absolute shambles 3days so far I’ve been trying to deal with your incompetence via an issue on an account, your telephone queue is atrocious and when asked to be put in callback queue, I never receive, social media reply’s slow and webchat no unavailable agents

    . @VodafoneUK Do I have to do a chargeback on my debit card to cancel an order - given you don't actually respond to phone calls, twitter messages, or any other communication mechanism - and don't deliver orders? (ie operate just like the worst scammers in the world?)

    @VodafoneUK What's the current queue time on your phones? I've been waiting nearly 15 minutes to cancel an order your colleagues can't be bothered to dispatch 7 days after the order was placed, so I can take my business elsewhere.
