    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    So it appears if you forget to upgrade your phone on time the monthly payment goes up exponentially with @VodafoneUK.Time to leave after 20 years!Poor customer service plus their system always ‘crashes’ if by any chance one does get connected.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I had an issue with my data not working, I got in touch with someone on here and they reset my plan which solved the issue but from checking my app it’s showing I’m going to be charged double this month because of it. Can someone help, thanks x

    @VodafoneUK Trying to order a vodafone contract via @fonehouse but keep being told Vodafone keep rejecting my application. Fonehouse said they cant do anything, as its a Vodafone issue. Can you guys PLEASE fix the issue? Or ima have to move network
