Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@RobaFett1898 @VodafoneUK Same here, gfs on EE and don't have many issues, I on the other hand on Vodafone, have constant issues with poor signal I'll be leaving Vodafone for EE next once my phone arrives, and I'm out of contact too, plus I got a cheaper deal with EE

@VodafoneUK Home wifi is with another provider and being resolved. Issue was with using my mobile data to hotspot to my laptop and get me out of a hole. Ultimately had to resort to another network provider so all sorted, and will bear in mind at contract renewal.

@VodafoneUK never been I been so disappointed. What a joke. You do not know the meaning of ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’ after many yrs with you I stupidly started a new contract in Dec, because of the shocking service I cancelled & yet you took 2 payments, it is impossible to get a refund

My firm’s tech support blame network provider, so I call @VodafoneUK . They say no issue with them, it’s 100% the VPN I’m using strangling the speed of the network. Uh-oh 😟
