    Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

    @VodafoneUK I made a complaint about the above issue and am waiting for a response. I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much! I'm absolutely livid at this whole situation.

    @Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Their communications have been appalling, they know this is a major outage yet treat every complaint as an individual fault, "fill this out and we'll investigate'. They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

    @VodafoneUK It hasn't changed. It has said it'll be completed by 8pm on the 10th....5 days without a usable service! I'm on lebara which runs on your network. My wife is on Vodafone. Why aren't you automatically refunding paying customers for not providing your contract?

    @VodafoneUK Shall I still send my festivals through then? Someone with the same issue said all they had to do was call and get it unblocked. The call I made nearly 2 weeks back did result in a partial fix but was escalated and the next day it seemed like some work was carried out

    Anyone in the @dayz community got a problem accessing @Nitrado_EN server and a solution? Just one single server I’m having issues with. Tried calling @VodafoneUK 3x and no help. Think they deliberately misspell Xpert so they can say they’ve never claimed to be broadband experts
