I've now spoken to 6 different people none of whom have been able to help me. I did not ask for my direct debit to be cancelled.

They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much! I'm absolutely livid at this whole situation.
