@VodafoneUK been paying line rental on a dongle that I have never used, didn’t realise I had another line rental until I cancelled phone in July, now have bill for £29.97 because I didn’t cancel the 2nd line that was never used! Think I’ve been done good and proper!

I have used the @VodafoneUK online chat once a month since August to ask them to fix my bill. Still having issues and can’t get hold of them by phone. I don’t want to use the online chat because it’s obviously a waste of my time... @VodafoneUK can you advise me further please?!

My advice to anyone taking out broadband, do not use @VodafoneUK, awful service, awful customer service and they also aren't signed up to the @OmbudServices (Suprise surprise!). Over billing under delivering. #Vodafone #Frauds
