    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK This is getting rediculous. Our broadband has been going down for the last two months and an Openreach engineer YOU sent out has confirmed an issue on the line. Yet every time we speak to tech support/customer service they "have no record of that conversation"

    @OpenreachHelp Yes, I spoke to the openreach engineer today and he informed me there was no reason put down for the delay till 21st. He had come to reconnect us but obviously there was no pole, so there seems to be a lack of communication in your company. @VodafoneUK giving no solid updates

    @VodafoneUK We asked to speak to a manager and the rep told us "there are no managers as they are all working from home". So how are we supposed to escalate our complaint?!

    @Steviedxx @VodafoneUK I know of at least three people who ordered the same phone config as me but after I did yet they have their devices already. Weird how two are trade-ins and one is a new customer though 🤔

    @VodafoneUK Your customer service absolutely stinks. You promise to call back & you don’t. You are charging us for a product we don’t have / want.We are awaiting a manager to ring us back AGAIN.They probably won’t AGAIN! I will go to ombudsman. Sort this matter out now @wlaing57

    @VodafoneUK But every time we try to get the issue resolved, your reps make promises, then when we haven't heard anything back for a week we call and are told "we have no record of having that conversation". Funny considering you "record calls for quality and training purposes"
