Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

If I contact you regarding an upgrade or extra service or anything that involves you taking more money I chat to someone with really good English. So annoying wasted a day
