@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK this is farcical. I have deleted cache, deleted android app, tried on PC, Imac Macbook and IPhone. All devices have twitter images down on Vodafone internet and mobile. All work OK on neighbour's BT broadband. The problem is with Vodafone not our devices.

@VodafoneUK 4 days now, and still can’t see images/videos on Twitter when using your 4G connection. Reinstalled app and restarted phone twice. When are you going to have a definitive fix for this issue??
