@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK Already spoken to them hence the tweet. How will setting a static ip address solve a lack of wifi signal, you can clearly see from the picture the issue.

@VodafoneUK I have now been waiting a week for my fault to be rectified! (FLT11433785) I've only been with you for about 3 weeks and never had so many issues! If no contact tomorrow I will be cancelling due to breach of contract under the consumers right act! It's unacceptable!

Got a free movie on @VodafoneUK Very Me regards this week. It's took me about 3 hours over 2 nights to get it to run. I can see why Chili movies gets such **** reviews.

@VodafoneUK Guys - I've been trying to get one number set up for over 2 weeks for my @madebygoogle #PixelWatch. It won't work because I have a failed one number connection showing as a ghost connection from my temporary number before a number port to my account. Please help!

My @VodafoneUK internet speeds have always been, let's say... lacking. I pay for unlimited max and always got less than 3mb/s down But since upgrading my phone I've been getting about 8mb/s which is a somewhat good improvement I guess but all the other networks all offer 1/2
