@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK That's great but if I'm not on the jubilee line? I'm a woman who travels alone a lot and you've removed connection to help, and a feeling of security. No notice, no reduction in bills? (in fact prices went up) it feels a bit underhand when you hold so much usage data.

Hi @VodafoneUK Your online help is failing me. I have spent 1 and a half hours trying to resolve the fact I cannot access data and I am back to the 5th time being asked for my name and mobile number. Aaarrggghh!
