Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

Devdut Pal (@devdutp) reported@VodafoneUK I don't think so because previous month as well they didn't solve my voice and data issue which was there for 10 days and that issue got auto resolved finally. This time as well same attitude from the team. No response.
