Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@vodafoneservice @VodafoneUK steps, which is what I should have done to start with, rather than giving them plenty of opportunities to resolve the issues, which has only led to my time being wasted. Please look at other companies to use other than @VodafoneUK

I have spent the equivalent of over 15 hours on the phone & over two years of problems, despite promises, I have been led around the merry go round more than once. AVOID people, not worth the stress and hassle! Hence why I am now taking more formal
