@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK Hi, we have had no internet for 5 days now and no sense from Vodafone except it will be sorted in 24-48 hours. We are now on 120 ish hours and still no home broadband. Very difficult to work from home. The home phone is very poor sound quality too.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK too expensive for what. I am a very loyal customer like most in here an you expect us to pay upfront and then over £60per month, who can afford that nowadays. I am due an upgrade and looked at this but no way I'm paying upfront for a phone, I can't trade in my phone

@VodafoneUK so I have had a big value bundle plan sent texts yesterday and had topped up for my next bundle to renew and you have charged me £1 to remain active as a customer- now I don’t have a big value bundle as a result
