@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK How do I get someone to fix my broadband? The connection has been up and down all week & its made wfh and every Teams call very difficult. Thankfully only one of us wfh this week. Dont suggest BBPro because there is no VF mobile signal here to provide any back up :(

No internet all day again, @VodafoneUK. Reference number not recognised on your 0800 tech2 team call. Online chat wouldn't accept the case, offered no support, and sent us back to the phone number saying to quote the unrecognisable code. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
