    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK I think your missing the point. Some customers like to ho into a store and buy things. You never know what else you might buy!!

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    Great customer service from @VodafoneUK sorting out my Ukrainian 🇺🇦guests free sim that was not working. Popped into the Pontypridd shop and sorted in minutes well done 👏.

    @VodafoneUK can I just say how much your service and company have gone downhill in the last 2 years. Broadband activation was meant to be Friday, now you’re trying to leave me until 9th June?! #disgusting

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is abysmal. I’ve never known service as bad as this. I’ve been told to wait 24 hours for an account reconnect since Wednesday of last week.

    @VodafoneUK can’t seem to connect to WhatsApp, just constantly says connecting, all other internet based apps working fine. Issue from you guys or whatsapp?

    Problem still not fixed. Have had to buy WiFi in airport now. Aswell as get charged another day for data I cannot use @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Gone through the appeals process as got declined adding an extra handset contract because of credit issues which is absurd and the appeals process is completely pointless and waste of time.There are no issues with my credit and have been a loyal customer and recently renewed WiFi

    @OnePlus_Support hi, my OnePlus five is still going strong but @VodafoneUK tell me I need to upgrade as they are shutting their 3G network, which mine uses for texts and calls. Can you confirm if that's correct please?

    @VodafoneUK I assume it will also decline when renewing so loosing another customer!
