@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

On Thurs, courier tipped up at retail units - next to my house - photographed them & left with my package. Had to wait 24h to receive it. Today's delivery had the security seal being broken on the packaging. @VodafoneUK, @DPDUK will cost you business! #badcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK Your customer service is a complete bin-fire. I was promised delivery of a new phone by Saturday, and paid extra for next day delivery. Not even marked as despatched yet. 40+ minutes on hold so far. And your Chat-bot is useless.
