@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@Gogs_D @VodafoneUK @time_turner23 When our VOIP was down 2 weeks ago they did exactly the same. Sending links and telling me to restart. Took me 2 hours to find out it was a national problem.
