    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK Do not buy from them…they said they won’t take my money till the order complete then took my money as the card info was entered transaction failed but the money didn’t fail and now I can’t get my money off them 6 damn days later…they lie to you online to get u to purchase🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼

    @VodafoneUK I’ve received a deadlock letter. Also last call was just embarrassing, I asked to speak to a supervisor several times as what he was saying was odd. I’m currently escalating via complaint services, I’m still awaiting confirmation of my subject access request too.
