@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK switched Broadband to you 3 weeks ago. Wife and kids now hate me as the WiFi is awful, drops out all the time and the router range is about 4ft. I wish we had remained overpaying @TalkTalk. At least the internet worked when they were ripping us off.

@VodafoneUK I have been going in circles with your ridiculous customer service process, all I want to do is give you more money by upgrading. I ring 191 and it tells me to talk to Web chat. I talk to Web chat and it tells me to ring 191. What an absolute farce. Even My Vodafone doesn't work

@VodafoneUK I’ve upgraded my phone and received it. No issues there. I’ve agreed a trade in for my precious phone as I’m on the 12 month upgrade. I need a package sent out to send my previous phone back to Vodafone. I’ve been unable to speak to anyone and TOBI is useless

wow. 25 mins waiting on the phone with @VodafoneUK they try to put me to the right department, and then they mute me and hang up on me after 35 mins on the phone. Unbelievable. Their operators are not really helpful #customerservice #holdon #notgood
