@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@JamieLRennie @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK Unstable network since Dec in London. When network is down had 2 buy PayAsUGo go with another network in order 2 stay connected or ring you! Complain left ignored since 15th Dec and now want 2 charge me £450+ to leave! I spent £150+ WHILE I have to pay Vodafone too!

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK confirmed on going network issues and issues with their own system. They refused to refund the additional data and credit 2 ring them WHILE their network is down.That’s £150 spent in ADDITION to Vodafone monthly fee! And now won’t let me leave unless I pay over £400!

@VodafoneUK Total robbery! Network is unreliable in London since December! They confirmed that they are having technical issues. Yet they won’t let me leave unless I pay over £400+ termination fee! Stay away, save your sanity!
