    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK I have DM'd you. I have been keeping detailed notes of speed every half hour since it occurred yesterday. Constant 63mb download, 17mb upload all day apart from approx 8:00pm-10:30pm last week and from 8pm tonight when speeds drop to approx 10mb down and 2mb up.

    Just spent a miserable hour on line with @VodafoneUK . Christ Almighty, what a miserable experience. Rip off at every step. No wonder their share price is horrible - and I'm a miserable shareholder.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to get through to someone on your helpline to get my broadband moved to my new address but each time I’m having to give up after 30-60mins of being on hold. The bot is no help, that only tells me to call. How do I ever speak to anyone?

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre 30 days since ‘set up’ still no connection. Escalating complaints to Directors office means I can now only contact 1 case officer instead of any technician. She’s been off work. It’s like I’m dealing with a home spun company not a massive global network

    @VodafoneUK why can't I update my broadband plan online like my phone. Every now and then someone with a masked phone number calls me and asks for personal details which seems odd (I'm often driving/at work so can't Google the number). Ringing your help desk is a nightmare 🙈

    @Hutchnip @VodafoneUK Just down the road in Tring actually. First time experienced it yesterday when it did it from 8pm to 10.30pm. Then again today from 8pm (was fine at 7:30pm).....coincidence....I dont think so. Conveniently the cust svcs lines close at 8pm as well

    Just had the most bizarre message on my landline voicemail from @VodafoneUK (but who knows?) Not only am I no longer their customer but they asked me to ring them, presumably so they can put me on hold & answer at their convenience. The arrogance 🙃
