    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, thanks for the reply and I got it sorted, and then after network issues with both talkmobile and id, I'm back at VF. I've no idea why I had talkmobile issues but not VF when it's same network, I guess TM gets a basic cheaper version. Grass is greener eh

    @VodafoneUK Thought so. So one of your salesman in your Hemel store has mis sold a rolling contract to a 70 year old woman. He informed her it would cancel after 30 days. Top salesmanship right there.

    @VodafoneUK My mom has been trying to get a pack number or something for the past 4 hours and has been in contact with support for the past 5 hours, she is a full grown women in tears stressed as she is trying to run a small business with no phone..the stuff I’m reading is absurd

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for your response, I tried ALL the methods in you DM, I spent over THREE hours yesterday trying to convince your colleagues the problem WAS NOT with my payment methods before they discovered YOU had closed due to low usage – leaving my 80yo sister without a phone!
