    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service to my wife and I has been awful! You kept her on hold for 45:00 on Wednesday, only to then be told they could only speak to me?! All I want to do is upgrade my broadband and change my address but so far you can’t seem to grasp this. Please sort.

    @VodafoneUK Utterly useless customers service after such a good start. Easier to cancel the upgrade as the S22 ultra is just a headache that clearly isn't fit for purpose in its current state!

    @VodafoneUK Yes but nearly 10%? Not acceptable under any circumstances regardless of contract tc&cs. This will end badly for network providers that do not fix tariffs for contract duration.
