@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK Great sentiment but since going to fibre my broadband and home phone line is appalling, unreliable, patchy service, have spoken to experts who can see my system dips in and out but the voda system tells them it must be something in my home environment!!!Avoid Voda at all costs.

@VodafoneUK When will your IT b fixed? Even stupid wee Tobi is knack’d. (Their look is designed for the under 5s, right?) Tried phoning but keep getting bumped off; “Our team is not available” after an hour ‘on hold’! 4 days in a row. Hope someone’s got a mobile to read this.

@AmandaHolding @VodafoneUK Poor you, I've only had 15 months of it and I'm at my limit. They do absolutely nothing about it, despite numerous conversations. Used to be 30mbps now it's never above 2mbps on 4G. They're throttling even though I'm on the most expensive contract. And they lie.

HELP @VodafoneUK I’ve been on the phone for over 25 mins whilst your operative tries unsuccessfully 3 times to divert my landline to my voicemail of my mobile no. Why does this take so long every time I request this? Why doesn’t the ONMC APP work any more?
