Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Calstock and nearby locations:

  • IJN3 IJN (@IJN3) reported from Plympton, England

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

  • MammothCards Mammoth Cards (@MammothCards) reported from Plymouth, England

@VodafoneUK I think your missing the point. Some customers like to ho into a store and buy things. You never know what else you might buy!!

  • huxham Paul Huxham 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 (@huxham) reported from Plymouth, England

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

  • PlayerReadyVR PlayerReadyVR (@PlayerReadyVR) reported from Plymouth, England

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

  • jediknight1971 Jedi Knight (@jediknight1971) reported from Plymstock, England

@VodafoneUK called customer service to sort a problem out, 5th phone call and still not sorted #nothappy

  • HorizonPlymouth Alan Stokes (@HorizonPlymouth) reported from Plymouth, England

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Winston99896235 Winston Smith (@Winston99896235) reported

@VodafoneUK @WalkerMarcus @GBNEWS Cancel gb I’ll cancel my twenty year old business plan.

  • majordogeball Major Dogeball 🥷 (@majordogeball) reported

@VodafoneUK @WalkerMarcus @GBNEWS Bloody appalling. Whoever wrote that needs some training on ethics. GB news is legitimate venture that just interviewed the chancellor and is bound by the laws enforced by ofcom. It is not up to woke nutters supported by stupid companies, to stifle legitimate ventures.

  • kathy121255 katefitzpatrick 🏆 (@kathy121255) reported

@SuzanneEvans1 @energylevel @VodafoneUK Then I will cancel my Vodafone when it expires

  • SilkCutBlue Janny Woman (@SilkCutBlue) reported

@VodafoneUK @WalkerMarcus @GBNEWS Ah well, will keep the 2 phone accounts (mine for work and the cheapo no frills emergency one for d-in-law)... for now and watch what you do. Moving the car insurance is enough of a nuisance without also switching phones.

  • wansteady Andy Fawkes (@wansteady) reported

@VodafoneUK @kilburnhils @TfL Why not? Why take this service away? 4G is tiny part of the network.

  • UKrOK4 UK_r_OK (@UKrOK4) reported

@VodafoneUK @stopthecoup1 GBNews is a legitimate channel governed by rules and regs. Companies, like Vodafone, who cave in because of threats from a handful of woke zealots lack courage in the face of the mob. But, you fail to recognise 95% of your customers would not agree with such a pathetic response.

  • teesminer TeesMiner (@teesminer) reported

@VodafoneUK @WalkerMarcus @GBNEWS A mature response would have been to ignore the Twitter activists, monitor GBN and then decide to continue advertising or not. I have been a Vodafone business customer for over 20 years and if you would like me to go elsewhere continue as you are.

  • JonesMarkHardi1 Jones Mark Harding (@JonesMarkHardi1) reported

@VodafoneUK @WalkerMarcus @GBNEWS but you support BLM... you pointed to me last year... i still have the tweet.... which i will use to cancel you culture next august

  • FurryHaze Non entity. (@FurryHaze) reported

@VodafoneUK we've also been passed between around 5 departments/support staff. Have spent around 3 hours on the phone to you so far today without making any progress. How is it not possible to reconnect us sooner as it is a result of your own mistake?

  • Neilcharles1450 Neil 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@Neilcharles1450) reported

@VodafoneUK @WalkerMarcus @GBNEWS Fortunately after that reply I won’t have to cancel my contract with you …..ooops sorry am with 3
