Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK In retrospect this also means I have avoided roaming charges. Other customers would 1. not realised they were being shifted to bad value plans; 2. unaware that if they left it a few days (there was a 30 day deadline) they would also incur roaming charges on their "new" plan.

@VodafoneUK Hi Thomas, Something went wrong, this action can not be completed. Having spend 2 hours on phone to V today it appears problem because previous tenant still has Vodafone contract on the property which is preventing me from setting one up and claiming offers. Please help!
