@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK I could sit in the same spot and stream movies without a hitch before April this year Callum, now it’ll take an hour for a simple messenger text to send. Wouldn’t be so bad if I could get out of my contract that @VodafoneUK are in breach of but once you’re in there’s no way out.

@VodafoneUK so can't wait only another month to get off this awful broadband, I recommend never use these, constant line dropping off, customer service none UK, only solution they offer switching off and on, change the filter and the port

@VodafoneUK you have left my elderly disabled parents cut off from phone landline since 4 august. They have no mobile signal. Hours my poor mum has wasted trying to get a response from you. Nothing. No repair. No help. No comms. Just blame to BT who own the line. Please sort this
