@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Are @VodafoneUK EVER goin to look at and act on the absolute shambles of a network they provide?? The app is (how can I put it….) **** , and that’s a nice way of putting it!! The reviews on the App Store should be bring their attention to this but they don’t seem to give a toss!

@VodafoneUK morning your signal is awful in Kent. I commute daily from Ramsgate to London and I rarely get any signal. I'm stuck in a contract when I can't use the phone. Is there any way I can get out of the contract due to the poor coverage?

How poor is @VodafoneUK customer service. Migrated my number from my contract to Pay as you go without permission and 3 hours later still not fixed. 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK your 4G in Beccles in Suffolk does not work. It shows on my phone as having 4G but says no Internet when I open Google etc. Other people have said they have the same issue. Ongoing now for over a year and customer service just keeps telling me it is fine. It is not.

@VodafoneUK help please! U.K. contract with you, in Ireland - data roaming is turned on, no bars in place. Phone is showing Vodafone IE and 4G but won’t connect to data or even send text messages.

@VodafoneUK It is impossible to get through to your customer service - after each long list of options, there is nothing to direct you to a human being. I cannot resolve my problem online and they cannot do it in store. How do I get to speak to someone?
