    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service. Slow speeds, continual drop-outs for the last 6 months - and after half an hour on the phone to their complaints team, the line just cut out. Livid is an understatement. Ofcom it is then. Aaaargh!!

    @VodafoneUK ı deplore your Turkey bureau. It has been maybe 6 months that I stopped using my prepaid line. Now he wants a 6-month invoice because you passed me with an invoice. We searched for gray, he said,we agreed to change the bill for March and continued. lie.never happened.

    @dualcyclone @VodafoneUK Hey they have been pretty good tbh until this time around. Been with them for about 2 years and never have down moments. Just wasn’t easy to get hold of them this time around to sort my home move. Could be a WFH thing, but once I got hold of someone he was great.

    @VodafoneUK broadband outage from 12 to 2am last night in SE London. Colleagues had to cover my work. There was zero help from my ISP, and zero help from any of their apps or bot. There was no one I could report the issue to. Totally unprofessional Vodafone.
