Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

JUST DIDN’T BOTHER TO SHOW UP - no call, nothing. Re-arranged for today - NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN. This is GARBAGE customer service!!!!
