@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

So annoyed @VodafoneUK broadband!Ours has gone down spent an hr on the phone trying to sort!Rep didnt put us hold so can hear them getting annoyed and say”oh for Godsake” get a call back to be hung up twice on as they have kids running around in the background!Still no internet😡

@VodafoneUK activation for new broadband service supposed to be on Wed 5 Oct, still waiting today is 7th Oct. Sent Twitter messages backwards and forwards, still no luck! Beginning to regret that I changed providers.

@GeorgeMonbiot Hi as of today we have exactly the same problems that you had with your mother's account. @VodafoneUK have the death certificate but still refuse to cancel the account w/o speaking to the account holder who is elderly. We are even named on the account but still cannot cancel.

@VodafoneUK It’s not about the reward not being for me. I’m asking if what you are doing is actually morally acceptable? You are charging people MORE for a service and disguising it as a deal during these hard times? Is that not tricking them?
