@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK what an utter shambles of a customer service. I have been waiting a month to transfer my number from pay monthly to pay as u go. Everytime I ring I get moved to person to person and don't get anywhere. Never experienced something so bad! How do I sort this!

@VodafoneUK You are driving loyal customers away been a loyal customer for years but due to the way you have changed how upgrades and extra lines are done you are pushing customers away i have paid £100 + a month for years and never missed a payment yet i can no longer upgrade or add a line

Wasted 3 hrs waiting and finally discussing our poor wifi with @VodafoneUK refused to let us leave the contract early without paying £118! It's not fit for purpose! Booked sky broadband on line all sorted in 20 mins and they will pay £100 compensation for the leaving fee Vodafone
