    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK We have had constant issues with our Gigacube since we’ve had it now but unfortunately we have no other options available. It is certainly an DHCP issue as restarting solves the issue temporarily until something new joins the network. I have devices on my network

    @CyclingEurope @AskPayPal @VodafoneUK If if you try to login to PayPal now they will send a security code, if you are on their page most phones let you paste it straight in. If you have responded with emojis you have potentially been charged for a picture message

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom What are you doing to protect us from nuisance calls? I get a steady stream of UK and international calls that interrupt my day. BT Call Guardian has stopped 100% of nuisance calls for years (they really do), you need to up your game.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I’m an existing customer. Would be interested to know why we have FTTP on our estate now and BT have been selling it for 6 weeks now but you’re not Customer services say you’ll be selling it but don’t know when. BT will end up with all the business.
