@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK Noticing some network performance issues. Signal shows 4G/5G but not actually connectivity. Cannot browser or use internet based apps. Switching to 3G works ok. Using Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite in London E3. No reports on your signal checker to show issues.

@VodafoneUK why have I had a random notification to say you’ve disabled my 4g and when I turn my WiFi off there is only 3G. Also your Tobi bot on the app is crap.

@si610 @VodafoneUK I had to leave in the end. I actually tried to get an upgraded service and it was so painful a process I gave up and went to @TalkTalk which so far have been spot on. No outages and seem less transfer.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone, I like your network. But your giving me not allot of ground to stay. Especially when you had more attractive tariffs for new customer and not current customer.
