Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

I've found a work around for now - turned off the 5GHz band on the guest network. Seemingly the issue with high channel numbers not being detected is a common with Amazon devices.

We are not techie, so it gets even harder if it is TV, computor or cell phone. We are screwed ! I can’t get apps on my phone. No body wants to help me

The online chat just goes through the same things and I’m told your engineers were working on a fault back in September! It’s still buffering when I try to watch a 30 minute show! HELP!!!!

I tried talking online with an assistant who wouldnt help me because I dont know the phone number and I said 4 times I haven't even recieved the phone to know, then wouldn't help even with tracking number!fingers crossed

Living 1 mile away from the exchange in town, it's absolutely embarrassing, fobbing my wife off with lies about engineers attending when she phones up...
