Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

@VodafoneUK We’re having continuous issues with our broadband and landline, we’ve spoken to customer services countless times and they just keep saying there’s issues they’re working on and promise to get back in touch but we just don’t hear back.

@VodafoneUK - this is the first time I’ve ever called out a company publicly but your customer service has been SO TERRIBLE I feel I have been left with no other option. I placed an order for broadband over a month ago and I am still waiting for activation.
