Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

Hi @VodafoneUK my mobile data doesn’t seem to be working even though I have 4G. I’ve restarted my phone, removed the sim, turned airplane mode on/off, turned mobile data on/off, reset network settings and still it only works with Wi-Fi. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

@VodafoneUK Credit where credit is due. After yesterdays horrendous experience of going round in circles, trying to resolve an issue, the lady I spoke to today more than made up for that! Didn’t get her name, but she deserves a ‘pat on the back’!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone were absolutely awful when I left them 11 years ago. They tried putting up all kinds of walls to stop me from moving to another network & then once I finally left them, I got annoying and harassing calls from them for a few months. There's no chance I'm returning to them
