Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

@VodafoneUK @dannykpowell I have just reported no dialtone on my landline and my internet speed is halved. Issued with a 6 digit fault reference number which is then not recognised when calling the telephone number provided by the confirmation text. Is this deliberate? Not a happy customer at the moment.

@VodafoneUK being a loyal customer since 2005 means nothing to you just done 2 live chats to be given the same info!!! Trying to reduce my bill due to redundancy not leave your network yet to leave I'd have to pay £1400 or to change plan pay £800 for my 3 contracts #leave2022

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your help yesterday. It didn't resolve the issue. Wifi calling activated but numerous calls still dropping out. Lots of people in the community with the same issue. Any more ideas? Thanks!

@VodafoneUK I have only one question. What exactly are your customer care operatives paid to do? Clearly it’s not to talk to customers. I have spent 7 hours on the phone to you this week and am yet to speak to an operative in that department. Ombudsman complaint now.

Hello @VodafoneUK how come there is no wifi provision on @TfL London Underground atm? I am trying to connect however the @VodafoneUK wifi network does not appear. PS written on the tube, tweeted frustratingly post-journey!
