@VodafoneUK Joke of a company! Strugglin through furlough and been with vodafone over 10 years..i asked if i could get any help in reducing the monthly cost..point blank computer says no😡 i have 3 phones with Vodafone and will not be renewing..absolutely shock behaviour.

Totally disappointed and dumbfounded with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Have contractually binding text conversation re entertainment pack and it has been taken away from my account. No luck with customer services based in Egypt. Wasted 3 hours so far and they refuse to escalate.
