  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  Diabolical service from @VodafoneUK . Recently upgraded to a new plan that was then cancelled in error through no fault of my own. Had to set up brand new order at higher price then to be told activation date will not be until 28.04 Currently without any broadband. Leaving now

  @VodafoneUK There seems to be a fault with your FTTP migration system. Tried 2 migrate 2u last week. Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.
