Hate that huge corporations treat their customers like idiots. You think that they would have heard of and looked at @UswitchUK before talking to customers about upgrading their contracts @VodafoneUK Took 4 attempts to get to an online chat to reach that conclusion.

@VodafoneUK can I suggest urgent training for your managers who told me that if I wanted them to help I must not interrupt or they wouldn't help? I was trying to give them the correct information. I don't appreciate being patronised by a male manager thank you.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Amazing how long it is taking you to fix "My Vodafone" website glitch - PAYG dashboards wrongly showing customers in substantial arrears (not just an individual a/c issue - but general) - also no announcements about it, & no explanation of WHY it is happening.
