Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

I've been messaging #vodafone for the the past 2 weeks trying to get my internet fixed because they it keeps cutting out and so far nothing has been done and I am still getting a very bad connection. @VodafoneUK Please stop wasting my time and money!

@_Baeanne @VodafoneUK @bt_uk I had the same issue you would either get an appointment next day or in a few days... They were quick with doing mine and getting me another appointment... Reason why they wont do it is because it would take them around an hour to sort their equipment
