Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

Massive shout out to @VodafoneUK who have not only left me without Broadband for 28 days, but now are not calling me back when promised or responding to my messages. Truly dreadful service and no sign of a resolution.

Finally today found out replacement had been sent to store instead of my home. No notification of this by @VodafoneUK customer services OR the #VodafoneReading store. Asked for compensation AGAIN, told by CS chat team I’d have to contact billing… 🧵

Honestly @VodafoneUK please sort out the network errors, this is like the third major issue I've had with you this month and this one isn't even localised, people all over the world are having NAT type issues on @PlayStation and other streaming platforms completely crap service.

@VodafoneUK I’m having huge trouble with my NAT type had your broadband for 2 years and I just renewed my contract I normally have NAT type 2 now every device that’s needs it it’s failing I can’t game or play online I’ve tried DMZ and port forwarding and resetting still no luck.

@VodafoneUK Is there network problems with your broadband tonight? I have no NAT type can’t game can’t play online can’t stream/watch twitch on my PS5 or Xbox Series X, My NAT type has always been Type 2 without a NAT I can’t connect and play etc.

@VodafoneUK Do not enter into a contract with Vodafone! They have THE worst customer service and basically tried to scam me into a device I didn’t want. I was told someone would contract me about my complaint I’m still waiting a week later. No wonder you’re losing all your customers

Hey @VodafoneUK if you search Twitter and sort by latest there's lots of issues with your home broadband service connecting to European servers. It seems to be an Amazon Web Service server issue. But you may want to follow it up if it's still bad in the morning.
