@solbloke @EE are terrible for signal in our area. If I want to make a phone call, I have to stand at the top of my stairs! Regretting moving away from @VodafoneUK, always had signal with them.

Wow. Thanks for nothing @VodafoneUK - disconnect my broadband this morning because you've accidentally cancelled my account, and offer to "fix" the problem by signing us up for a more expensive monthly reconnecting us in two weeks. Completely useless. 😠

@VodafoneUK Ok , I try to contact with all Vodafone customer service numbers in Egypt but there is no response and finally the recorded message told me that all customer service employees are unavailable at this moment and they hang up the call then close it

@VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK this issue still isn’t resolved. I’ve contacted support and I’m chatting on the Vodafone forum. I don’t seem to be getting anywhere with this issue and I’m not the only one who has this problem.
