@VodafoneUK @reincarnatingme Likewise. Actually being ignored now. They start the customer process and then avoid it so you have to start all over again, and again and again. 3 x months in now and 6 x hours worth of phone calls - to achieve ?? Yep - nothing !

@VodafoneUK Had your fibre package installed Tuesday. Internet fine. Landline not worked since have spent four hours on phone trying a remote fix. Installation was botched need engineers back to property. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK do not care about customers. Haven’t been able to use my phone because of “maintenance”, they keep lying, saying it will resolve. In emergency I can’t call/message which is a safety risk. They trying to coerce me into closing the complaint because of goodwill. Fix up!

@VodafoneUK tried phoning but lines are busy. Automated service hung up on me as I want to lower my bill (out of contract) and not upgrade. Your online chat does the same. Will have to cancel instead.

The usual dreadful experience of the @VodafoneUK call centre. 90 minutes, 4 people and 2 robots to get a simple quote. Dread to think what would happen if I had a problem.
