@AppleSupport @VodafoneUK hi guys. Sorry to keep bothering but the issue still isn’t fixed despite trying everything i can think of. I have another phone call with apple support today but after 1h on the phone yesterday we couldn’t get it sorted. Logged out of all my products 1/2

@VodafoneUK hi Vodafone, why do you charge for the SOS service on your network? I set it up to help me feel safe but sent it by mistake the other day. I have now been charged 8 pounds. So I've turned it off, potentially something I may need one day. SOS messages should be free

@VodafoneUK Good luck getting through, can't upgrade on the app and website because they are and always have been terrible, buttons just don't work to go to the next stage, requested call backs to be called back and instantly hung up on, phoned sky mobile as they are cheaper and got through
