Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

And this is before finding out that customers who have ordered after me have already had their handsets delivered. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup seem to have washed their hands of the problem and have advised me that it’s @DPDgroup_news problem now. Shambolic doesn’t cover it.

Why has my internet gone down again @VodafoneUK ? The man supposedly fixed it last month & it’s been intermittently bad but this afternoon it just keeps disconnecting 🙃
