@CeriJane @VodafoneUK They are an absolute joke. I was shouted at (!) by one of the team. Awful. Just awful.

Have just spent an hour in the @VodafoneUK customer service loop with their awful bot system and awful telephone system. I've had a contract since October and been charged . They've never activated the simcard and I've tried for hours to get them to activate it on many occasions

@VodafoneUK For the public record, @VodafoneUK, would rather my wife and I love several hundred pounds in wages, than have me collect a temporary device from their store in the morning, to return when they fix my internet.

@O2 I’ve done this about 15 times. It’s multiple postcodes. It’s not specific to one location. You can’t fix it. What would be ideal is if you could release us from our contract so we can go back to @EE or @VodafoneUK who have provided us with much better coverage in the past.

@VodafoneUK, it's now been about 10 days since I first reported a problem with my broadband where I intermittently lost the connection. 4 days ago I was told it would take up to 72 hours to fix. A deafening silence since and you're ignoring DM's. & my landline is broken too.

@VodafoneUK It's disappointing your customer service is a shambles and your systems don't work and that customers spend hours trying to contact anything with a pulse . It's disappointing Vodafone can charge for 7 months and not activate a SIM card . I won't hold my breath it's been 7 months

@VodafoneUK 2 hours 30 mins and still no further. Asked for a manager and all in a meeting apparently. The issue is my wife’s data speed is capped at 10mbps and we wasn’t told this when taking out the contract. We were told it was unlimited. So I want what we were sold.

@VodafoneUK I have another 13 months of my vodafone contract left. Due to ongoing problems with broadband and telephone line, am I permitted to terminate the contract without any financial penalty?
