@easternsparkle @VodafoneUK It’s been a year, they couldn’t fix signal issue. I get 3G or Edge or no signal in my area. And the mast is less than mile away.

@VodafoneUK I need to talk to an adviser on the phone but keep being directed to online chat. Online chat did not solve my problem last time so I need to talk on phone about my account - Vanessa

@VodafoneUK Yes. It’s not just my phone either, I was discussing this with 3 friends on Vodafone last night. We have no 5G here and it doesn’t appear to be planned, there is barely any signal at all in town and if we do get any it’s very weak and often “E” not 3G or 4G

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Thanks for highlighting how absolutely awful Vodafone are, George. Will be staying well clear of them. Sorry you’ve had to deal with this whilst you’re grieving

@VodafoneUK This information needs to be made available, in writing, to all of your customers - not just those who use Twitter. And your ‘customer service’ staff in other areas also need up-skilling when faced with situations. I spent 90 mins on chat trying to sort and finally gave up.

@MrNickKnowles @virginmedia @VodafoneUK He's just been put on a training course with them, so far half have supposedly already left but come to take his first live calls, took over a hour to try and help them, but was unable to sort it for them, but they're getting inexperienced people to deal with these situations.

@VodafoneUK The problem is not that you occasionally send me a text. The problem is that you Spam your customer base without any thought. I have a basic phone on which I make about one call a month. It cannot do data at all. You keep pushing bundles & contracts. Stop it altogether. @Ofcom

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Just watched you on @GMB, Vodafone are rooting to the core in all aspects of delivery. They’ve been turning down the signal strength on masts to force people into 5g contracts and phone upgrades. Luckily, I realised that was going on and switched my mum to 3G to get her con….
