    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

    @VodafoneUK over the past 2year my monthly bill with you has been £107, my broadband is out of contract as well as my mobile. I’ll just take my money elsewhere as I’m not even getting decent customer service from you.

    @VodafoneUK Why are all methods of contacting you not working? I want to cancel my landline/broadband. Your 'web chat' page just shows a spinning icon, the 'My account / contact us' page is 'Loading.. please wait' and the 'my account' page says "There seems to be a problem".
