Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

When you cancel your @VodafoneUK contract and check your final bill and they haven’t cancelled it.. Quality customer service! Few more hours on the phone tomorrow. 👍🏻 Cheers #Vodafone

@VodafoneUK N900 was a great device, it's the route Nokia should have gone ... Other than that, the Moto V3 was a fantastic piece of design, blighted by awful software.

@VodafoneUK is there a reason why my phone hasn’t been dispatched, supposed to be delivered yesterday but not even left the warehouse. Customer service palms me off and each one tells me something different 😒 absolutely shocking. Just be honest with your customers NOT HARD
