@DanTheManOnline @VodafoneUK I can’t stand them. Forever messing up my billing, awful customer service and poor offering of products. Then they want to talk to me about ‘loyalty’ discounts like I couldn’t get the same offer elsewhere as a new customer. Sickening!

@VodafoneUK @chris_riIey This information is incorrect. I've just been in an extended chat with customer care and was passed to a "dedicated tech team member" who told me it was a problem at YouTube end and they would SMS in a few days when resolved

@VodafoneUK Was fine for a few days, then awful again (inc. now). Somebody, somewhere has either unplugged or cut through something important! (S2, Sheffield city centre. 4g/Vodafone).

@VodafoneUK Customer Service is appalling!!! Been waiting 3 weeks to get my phone removed from black list then the call got cut off and a pathetic voicemail left to tell me to check the website! Not acceptable when I’ve been a long standing customer for a long time!

@DanTheManOnline @VodafoneUK They call me, tell me they want to offer me a upgrade, then tell me I have to pay extra upfront costs. My data is forever droppin out but you want to ask me for more money for something I didn’t ask for. CHEEKY BAD!!!
