    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

    @VodafoneUK No still got 15 pound in credit.I said I texted BVB15 & it won't turn it in to a bundle I haven't had this problem before usely when I text BVB15 I get a text back saying thank for your request for £15 big value bundle but haven't had that message this time ?

    @VodafoneUK On hold over an hour. Told to DM and now being ignored. All I want to do is set up my new phone. I think I will need to cancel and return device as I cannot use it

    @VodafoneUK 32 mins on hold... speak to 3 different service reps each of which have terrible VOIP connections and pass me on again before.... cut off. Nice work. Was calling to ask if you can stop charging me £90 a month when I paid the phone off 5 months ago.

    @VodafoneUK I would advise anyone that wishes to avoid stress and poor customer support to NOT MOVE TO #vodaphoneUK. I payed for two phones and two contracts last week since then no phones or sims have arrived and my number has been cut off.

    @VodafoneUK Hi there, I bought a pay monthly sim today in store. I only needed it for one month, the chap said that I could cancel it today. But my account isn’t registered, I can’t login and customer services can’t find it - so how am I supposed to cancel with 30 days notice?

    @kelseybytheway @VodafoneUK Website then over the phone. First time was glitch in system next issue was issue with line and no date of when to fix it
