  @VodafoneUK Potentially the worst network in the U.K.! Been without broadband for 4 days now and had engineer no shows and 0 help from customer service. Got made to buy a repair part to prove it was broken when it wasn’t even the cable that’s the issue !! Ridiculous

  @VodafoneUK You've sent me a bill despite me having left Vodafone in February,I tried phoning but your automated system doesn't cover my problem and your TOBI chat has been hanging for 20 minutes,how am I supposed to sort this out
