    @VodafoneUK your 191 service is broken. It's impossible to speak to an adviser instead of being directed to a useless chatbot unless you say you want to complain. The message says waiting time is 1-2 mins. It's already been 15 mins and still waiting.

    @dannyholmes84 @VodafoneUK It's always the same!!! Especially with the new format Evo!! 🙄 I'm now due an upgrade and I'm even considering a network switch as the prices are too high
