    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

    Power cut this morning, internet providers infrastructure damaged, it meant falling back on @VodafoneUK for data services. If I lived in the artic circle, or the Sahara Desert, I’d get it. I live in Surrey. How can you be this apocalyptically bad in 2026? It’s disgraceful.

    @VodafoneUK your incredibly helpful in store staff have to suffer with an incredibly slow system. It really devalues the service you offer and I’m sure demotivates the staff

    @realmocktheleft @VodafoneUK I ****** Vodafone off 15 years ago, I was working in Perth Australia and forgot to turn data off. Never used it because I bought a local SIM. Got back to Portugal and hit with over 1k bill. Bastards

    @VodafoneUK 30 yr customer.. no more. I refuse to support a company that support ILLEGAL immigrants, criminals entering this country, attacking men, women and children and enabling them to do so with free phones/sims, same phones they've been filming their rapes on. #traitors
