    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

    When you cancel your @VodafoneUK contract and check your final bill and they haven’t cancelled it.. Quality customer service! Few more hours on the phone tomorrow. 👍🏻 Cheers #Vodafone

    Don’t believe a WORD of what @VodafoneUK say when they offer to ‘help’ whn you are struggling. They don’t! They charge you for late payment and send you straight back to square one.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve just spent 55 minutes being put on hold by your incompetent C/S and then cut off! Am am eligible for 6mths free Discovery+ offer but when I sign up for it it says I am not a ‘pay monthly’ customer. I AM A PAY MONTHLY CUSTOMER!

    Lovely technical advice from @VodafoneUK with a local mast ‘under maintenance’ a whole village suffering. And they want me to reset all network connections losing all Bluetooth/wifi passwords. And it’s will only take 3-5mins of my time. It’s a mast issue not device issue.

    @ThingsByNik @VodafoneUK Apparently they are doing some work on the mast in Rainhill village which might be affecting it. Mine has been poor since I switched 6 months ago. It’s practically a dead signal when I’m in Dentons Green watching FC St Helens. Disappointing

    @VodafoneUK I'm having issues with s crypto wallet that was attached to a mobile number I use specifically for crypto. Vodafone turned the phone off due to 90 days of inactivity to which I was not aware this happened. I need an email address I can send my requirements to.

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

    @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK A service included in my plan is not usable in my roaming country, with zero instructions or warnings.This is misleading and unacceptable.Customers should not be paying for services they cannot use. Please explain or provide compensation.

    @VodafoneUK Do you have a customer service complaint email address for any manager? Or are poor customers just left at the mercy of overseas call centres that are no help? My phone has not been working since last Friday evening. Can you provide an email address so I can write a complaint and explain the events? I am also pursuing this with the regulator.

    @VodafoneDestek Are you aware of this situation? There is a team in Türkiye that has not been able to manage its field team for 17 days and cannot provide a solution to the problem of your customer who wants to receive internet service in Kartal.@VodafoneUK @VodafoneIT
