Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

@VodafoneUK I've waited on phone 15 mins and unable to wait any longer. I'm currently in a really horrible situation, am I able to suspend broadband service as I have nowhere permenant to live in a few weeks time, contract ends in August

@Paul__Walsh @VodafoneUK This scam text url takes you to a page that persuades you to install an APK on the device if it identifies it's an android phone. That APK is loaded with this Flubot variant that will then try to spread to other devices. Germany had issues with it last month and now UK targeted.

@VodafoneUK Hopefully it’s better than the normal broadband. Have had discount for a year as minimum speeds never met! Can’t wait to leave (but still 1 year left on contract) anyone know if I can leave early without fee since they have never provided what they said? 😭

@VodafoneUK I blame Vodafone - not a safe network and has a lot to do with the oversea call centres who compromise data. I have been subject to my phone and account being hacked.

@VodafoneUK can you believe the service that Vodafone have provided. I had DM them to find it is a automated message service that I am getting.I made a complaint to receive a message back saying I did not understand this. Still waiting for a call back since Thursday. POOR SERVICE
