    When you cancel your @VodafoneUK contract and check your final bill and they haven’t cancelled it.. Quality customer service! Few more hours on the phone tomorrow. 👍🏻 Cheers #Vodafone

    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

    @VodafoneUK is an absolute disgrace. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, I have 5 lines with for my business and pay over £200 per month, I’ve had no phone network for over 5 days, beeen to the shop twice, an excess of over 8 hours rining customer service 1)

    @VodafoneUK - we signed up to a new contract with a new phone. Not ONE WORD about the delivery of the new phone (I'm moving on from a housebrick!) but you've started charging us the new rate for the non existent phone - what next - do we cancel the whole shooting match?! Poor.

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

    @VodafoneUK My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    @VodafoneUK ur operatives are very useless n so unhelpful. Asked to activate roaming and for nearly 36hrs still no service. I give up on u guys

    @VodafoneUK your customer service and dysfunctional relationship to @BT Openreach is disgraceful. Farmed out to chatbots and offshore call centres. No continuity. No accountability.
