Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

@VodafoneUK I've got an issue with my broadband dropping out and going slow when it's not dropping out. Openreach have been out already and said there isn't anything they can do. Why woukd someone want to access my phone camera for that?
