Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

@VodafoneUK after 45 minutes on hold to the Wi-Fi xperts team, I have given up. Please put some form of reporting in place on social media so your customers can see where they stand. It’s a bank holiday and it is being reported that thousands are without a service they pay for.

Just spent half an hour trying to figure out why my broadband isn't working on @VodafoneUK's website, before finding out via random people on Twitter that the whole network is down. Why wouldn't they update their website with this info? 🙄
