Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

When you cancel your @VodafoneUK contract and check your final bill and they haven’t cancelled it.. Quality customer service! Few more hours on the phone tomorrow. 👍🏻 Cheers #Vodafone

@Hyperoptic Joined Hyperoptic last year, so far excellent service & my contract is coming up next two months. But if they sell out to Three, I will dump them. The same goes with @VodafoneUK with chatter about Three & I've been with them since mid 80s, to date.
