    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

    When you cancel your @VodafoneUK contract and check your final bill and they haven’t cancelled it.. Quality customer service! Few more hours on the phone tomorrow. 👍🏻 Cheers #Vodafone

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

    @VodafoneUK your broadband is appalling. We pay for 150mb/s fibre. I've barely been able to write a word document today for work. Now we have TV saying theres a problem with our network. We will soon be leaving before the end of our contract.
