    Hi @VodafoneUK when my phone is on 4G nothing loads or syncs (websites don’t load, emails don’t sync/update, can’t send images or voice messages). This has been going on for a couple of days now...could you help? I need my phone to function when I’m out of the house!

    @zhiroxx @VodafoneUK Same issue just spoke to them ... apparently they need to reset the Direct Debit ... although I’m just off the phone to them thinking it was all sorted but just received a text advising “I do not have a direct debit” ! Problem is at their end

    @VodafoneUK was explained in the web chat but the agent was more interested in finding out what my hobbies were. How can I just get this resolved happy to buy a new router as need it stable which I have asked for before but never resolved. Alternatively let me know your complaints process

    Hey @VodafoneUK why are you charging my fiancé for a service that she cancelled, and when she’s rang about the issue your representatives can’t find a record of the phone call and advise ‘’we will call you back in 3 days’’ pretty shoddy service if you ask me!

    @cplimmer @VodafoneUK Ahhhh, my bad. I just thought this was a really poorly timed publicity stunt, what with us hopefully coming out of lockdown soon and the kids being back at school. Seems they've been doing this for some time. Fair play. I blame my jaded skepticism

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appealing service from Vodafone!! Having to contact every single month to get my bill fixed cos they keep trying to bill me extra, every time they say its fixed and then the very next month the same issue! 4 months this has been going on - when will it end?

    @VodafoneUK Hi, no it hasn’t resolved it. My issue was the router Keeps loosing power rest of the time no issues, router gets very warm and then turns off have to unplug and wait then plug in again for it to work.

    @VodafoneUK It is working thanks. Point is that there was no scope for a proactive fix (even if the customer pays) in your processes. I had to book a “socket move” to get an engineer, otherwise Vodafone are happy to wait for it to break before doing anything about it.
