I’ve tried to get through to your sales line numerous times and all I get the option to do is chat online!!! All I want to do is UPGRADE and your phone system is horrendous, I’ve never found it so difficult to speak to a human when I want to upgrade. @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK
