    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

    @EE awful customer service in every way imaginable!! Had to wait 3 weeks for my new phone now I’ve received an email saying a fortune 4 weeks! I am@so tempted to cancel and take the deal in @VodafoneUK at least Vodaphone appreciate customers

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded to pro broadband following a recent outage. Outage tonight and the 4G dongle kicks in (result). But it’s SO slow - like dial up. This can’t be right, surely? Barely enough bandwidth to even switch off my Hue lights. Tweeted using 4G on my EE mobile 🙄

    @VodafoneUK just got new car with android auto Noticed data on sim dropping heavily Is android auto data hungry even if only using mapping service? Was expect sone extra data use but not thus rate Any advice Vodafone?

    @VodafoneUK Your service is horrendous! It takes so long to get through to anyone and even then they are utterly useless! Worse company!
