  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My 88 year old Mum was in hospital 6 weeks, Dad called her every day until Virgin Media cut off his phone without warning. Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

  Hey @VodafoneUK, why are your networks aggressively throttling/dropping UDP packets today? Can't even maintain a basic secure connection without the network completely freezing and flatlining. Fix your routing tables or local mast congestion. Sick of paying for bricked connection
