    Hi @VodafoneUK ... OK, so I reached my data limit and M-- from your customer service team rang up and asked me if I wanted to add a bigger data packet to my plan. Does this affect how I'm charged for roaming, if I do? He said not. I'm unconvinced. Isn't this a contract change?

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service - Broadband due to fitted 19 Oct - router received and confirmation letters and emails. Now told order is cancelled and no one can tell me why.

    @VodafoneUK Already in flight above your level. Quite frankly the service you have provided is the worst I have recieved in all three of the UK, US, and Australia. And for my sins I have dealt with ISPs in all three. Your service has been so far exceptionally low quality.

    @VodafoneUK You could help by canceling my contract Mark. I'm sim only, why in the name of god would I want to be tied to a contract Vodafone sneakily imprisoned me with in an email. I accept in hindsight I should have read the tons of emails that I deleted without opening We live and learn
