Very disappointed by the attitude of staff in @VodafoneUK Bedford store yesterday. They couldn't have made it clearer that they didn't want to serve me as a wheelchair customer. As a consequence I didn't upgrade my phone with them and will find a new provider.

@VodafoneUK very disappointing customer experience. Contradictory advice from customer service about NHS advantage discount. None of your links work and am now left seemingly with a new phone plan with no NHS discount. Have been a customer for many years; this is very poor.

@emstoreyedits @VodafoneUK For the last 6 months I have spent hours on the phone to their customer service. To be overcharged AGAIN this month. Will be cancelling my contract when it ends in January. Worse customer service ever !! @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Think I've tried all of them now. Weirdly when I changed my nationally from British to Scottish I made some progress. All the way to the final stages when.... I need to 'please try again' (I did) or call customer service which will be closed. Not a great way to spend my evening.
