    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

    @VodafoneUK I have an apple watch but I've no idea what is assigned to what, but may be that is what it is, so you could be right. The problem though is I'm trying to change passcodes etc, and everyone wants to send a pin number by text which isn't helping!

    @VodafoneUK I'm having trouble with my internet so I try to go on the app and have a look but it wont let me log in to my account with my password when I try to recover it it want to send a security text to a number I know nothing about

    @VodafoneUK Yes I have and they couldn’t help me, I have to call back Monday. I don’t understand why you can’t contact the store yourselves and get this resolved .

    @VodafoneUK I haven’t had any internet since yesterday becoming a joke at this point every time I try looking on your website it Directs me to phones My carrier is not Vodafone nor will it ever be if your customer Service is diabolical give me my wifi or I’m not paying my bill

    @VodafoneUK Got an S9 and stopped getting the SMS messaging via WiFi calling, with no cell reception how can I do my banking and stuff without going for a walk. Plus Vodafone send SMS codes TO ACCESS HELP which I can't get via WiFi calling. Got no hair left.

    @Adrianepdavey @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I left and went to EE they have an app system that is pretty descent and a local shop or I have problems the coverage is also good
