@VodafoneUK Between the rare agents who act as if they're telling the truth, you'll most likely experience rude, uninterested, or professional BS'ers who promise the earth, but when the issue hasn't been resolved, you call back, you'll find the previous agent did nothing. They have 0 values.

@VodafoneUK Hi Dean, Sorry, I don't trust anything Vodafone staff says. I've opened a complaint with your customer relations team & they just try to fob you off, & expect you to wait until the issue is fixed with no explanation & no clear date to ongoing outages, I'll be switching providers.

@VodafoneUK I don’t like you auto opting-in customers when we say we don’t want it on our account just because your salespeople think they can slip it in without anyone noticing for profit - it’s fraudulent misselling. It also blocks things it shouldn’t, it’s terrible.

@VodafoneUK Before anyone signs up to Vodafone, I'd advise you to read their customer service reviews on the main Review sites. When everything is working its great, but should any issues arise, e.g. faulty cell tower, their CS will tell you any bs to get you off the phone.
