    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

I jealously watched someone make a wifi phone call from an underground station. Can I cancel my contract early?

    @VodafoneUK We've had trouble with our Internet over the passed 2 months, endless calls to you & we were promised a call back from your care team in regards to compensation - 3 weeks later nothing! So sick of this Vodafone, you've lost a customer once our contract is up!

    @VodafoneUK you’re customer service chat app is rubbish. Agents thst you chat to are very good, but now second time I have been booted out of chat through no fault of my own, only to have to start from scratch #poorcustomerservice
