@VodafoneUK l’ve just updated the app on my iPhone 6 running iOS 12.5.5 (iPhone 6 will not be updated to later iOS versions) and the app will not open. I had a similar issue with a costa coffee app some time ago and they reissued the app with a fix.

@VodafoneUK As if that some how helps me ! Unless of course that was a really bad pick up line ? Then I was told that someone else was looking at my fault and then today I was told by your advisor Max, who turns out is the only person who is actually in touch with whats going on .....

@VodafoneUK tried calling to complain a few times about having no/poor internet pre bank holiday & got put on hold, then cut off. I was told I’d have to pay a fee to leave the contract (even though you don’t deliver your end of the contract as an “internet provider”).

@VodafoneUK absolutely awful service! Your agents keep disconnecting me and I can only presume it’s because they don’t know how to handle the query! Incorrectly increasing my plan going against my t&c’s?!

@O2 wasted an hour on your instant chat to change my tariff - told new tariff would start last Sunday - guess what? It didn’t. Your customer service is actually worse than your pitiful 4G coverage. After two decades I’m done giving you my money. Hi @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK You guys repeatedly say that when I tweet. Even your CEO department are looking into it and can't understand why you're sending me threatening letters and text! I can't take anymore of the abuse you've given me since the watch burnt MY wrist in December& it cost me £256 to cancel
