    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

    I am not usually one to go to social media however. I was due to go live with @VodafoneUK broadband on the 4th May. ONT is live and ready to go however my router does not work. After 5 phone calls to customer service’s it is still not working. I have been told multiple times it

    @VodafoneUK So nothing to do with Gov guidelines then. so as a customer we couldn't complete what we needed to do in case another customer wanted to enter the store at the same time. Good to know as a customer others are more important. At least we've got that clear.

    @VodafoneUK Quite a few on wifi with no drop outs(slow loading at times) and another console through an adapter. Disconnected all too test but same thing happened

    @VodafoneUK as @VOXI_UK is part of you, I want to PORT out of Voxi into Vodafone but Voda is not accepting my PAC code. I guess cus you're technically the same network I want to move to Voda because of an offer on an 18 month sim only plan! Help please?

    Can @VodafoneUK please remove their #false #advertisement of #ipadpro2021 available for pre order when its not available. Wasted hours for customers who cant upgrade or buy online, through customer service and their internal system.

    @VodafoneUK Network issue at BA15AJ. Data doesn’t work on 4G. Strong signal but nothing loads at all. It’s the same on my grandpa’s phone. We both have iPhone.

    @VodafoneUK Why on earth are Vodafone bothered about #mentalhealth when they cause so much anxiety with their appalling customer service tactics. They have lost my phone offered £250 for the replacement when the nearest equivalent will cost over £400 I have been waiting over 3 months.

    @VodafoneUK Nah go to you switch. You'll get a better sim only for less than half the price and guess which network? Vodafone but not available to Vodafone customers.
