@VodafoneUK online chat with Vodafone to ask if I could cancel a contract which my father had who has passed away, of course for £300 despite me having 4 other contracts also with them. Surely will be looking elsewhere when they all end now. £300 at a difficult time to someone🤮

@VodafoneUK I got put through to the customer retention team but they didn’t really offer me anything. They couldn’t even give me the contract I was previously on which was all I wanted plus a new handset.
