    Trying to justify your BS reasons for a 5.4% price increase for broadband or trying to move us onto a ‘new’ 24 month tariff. Disgraceful @VodafoneUK You dont even offer full fibre optic so why would i pay more either way? “support the rise in our running costs” - BS!!!!

    Not the experience I was hoping for in changing provider @VodafoneUK - in fact, truly awful. No one can tell me when this will be resolved either which doesn’t fill me with confidence.
