Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

@Valvaliantthor7 @VodafoneUK They’re absolutely terrible. Think I’m moving to EE when my contract runs out. Right now they’re trying to charge my mum £1000 a month (it should only be about £300) and they’ve cut my SIM off because she’s obviously not paying £1000… abysmal.

@VodafoneUK it has been 3 days in the last 6 days that I've had 10 % packet loss for 3-4 hours. I've asked some other Vodafone customers and they have the same problem as well. What is wrong with your service? you guys are literally the @Mobinnet of the UK.

@VodafoneUK hi Vodafone well it's coming close to a month with very weak to no signal I wonder why you tell customer it would take 7 days maximum to repair yet here we are nearly a month later can I say you have a great service and I couldn't be happier 🤔🤔

Hi @VodafoneUK I'm having trouble doing the trade in tool on the app.Spoke to you last night and was told to go in store & I have 2 weeks to do it but I've just had a text saying if I don't do it in the next 48 hours the credit will be removed.I can't get to a store till Saturday
