    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

    Does the UK have the worst network coverage in the world? @ThreeUK and @O2 @VodafoneUK I have used all these 3, always rubbish. No network at all in Nottingham. Always slow, internet calls don’t go through, and showing 3G every time even outside their stores. iPhone 12 user.

    @VodafoneUK Today’s update: Tried to get the Vodafone internal order reference for one of the many orders that have been allegedly placed. The one I was given was allegedly raised on 13th February. It still hasn’t been despatched. Wow ! No broadband since 8th Feb and no solution in sight.

    @VodafoneUK Unfortunately, 2 weeks of 'broadband support' hasn't got me hooked up to the Internet yet with empty promises of call backs and a lack of experience/knowledge to resolve the issue. Looks like Vodafone slipped up and kept my old account running at the old house. But of course...

    @VodafoneUK The signal is there but you can’t call or accept calls, messages undelivered in the centre of town such as Keswick. Customer care doesnt care at all. Last time I spoke with somebody who didn’t even know where Lake District is. 2/3

    @VodafoneUK Ok Tim, I ve been with Vodafone for over 10years. Your coverage in North West is terrible. While other providers offer stable 4G or 5G you have barely 4G - in most of Lake District none. Each July and August is another bug in the coverage. 1/3

    Hi @VodafoneUK - have had a very interesting 5 years as a customer of your very expensive (and now defunct) One Net service - and Broadband, neither of which worked, which along with poor customer service further compounded the frustrations experienced by my team & I.

    @VodafoneUK No thanks,been though your entire company form call centre to some guy who says he's a director,I spend over two hundred pounds per month with yourself.yet you make me out to be a lair,when dpd have obviously taken my items,and your staff just laughed it off.. Shocking service
