Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

@VodafoneUK I did report it at the very highest level. Sadly your “process” on SIM Swap fraud tries to make the customer feel it’s their problem rather than acknowledging the gaping holes in your own security systems. I’m happy to reveal your flaws here if you like?

@VodafoneUK Help!! I have called several times and don’t seem to be getting anywhere. Each time I call It takes 50mins trying to get through to be told the same thing over and over! My Ord no is WEB-0001000017377035. I’ve had enough!! I’m close to cancelling instead of renewing!!
