    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK rang 4 times this week, on hold 3 times for 55mins+ then just now for an hour and 12mins and still no answer. Shocking service, sort it out 🤯🤬

    When you cancel your @VodafoneUK contract and check your final bill and they haven’t cancelled it.. Quality customer service! Few more hours on the phone tomorrow. 👍🏻 Cheers #Vodafone

    @AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK You need to be take responsibility an be held accountable for unacceptable behaviour by your staff in Customer Relations who purposely ignore customers and are discriminatory to people with disabilities and illnesses.

    @VodafoneUK your 03333040191 call number is frankly a joke. I was directed to it through checking local signal status, & none of the options are appropriate and then it cuts you off. Great service. Thanks
