    @VodafoneUK The chat bot has failed more than 20 times to ‘route me to the right team’ it takes 25-40 minutes to do so and when I get cut off ( inevitable as signal so bad) the quick reroute takes the same 25-40minutes

    @VodafoneUK Bit of advice please as cannot get through to your store. Battery Refresh test in Dec - failed couldn’t get into store to fix until New Year. Re-tested this morning and now it is passing ?? Thankfully have screen shots of Dec fail.

    @VodafoneUK Really Asma? Because I finally ran out of data and got a message saying it's £4 for 1Gb, £20 for 5Gb. Not that it matters, because I'm told I 'dont have the right plan' to buy extra data. Does anyone at @VodafoneUK @vodagonegroup know what they're doing? What a **** show.

    @VodafoneUK I asked to convert from my sim to an esim. The process started straight away and I have no network coverage. This wasn’t made clear and I now have no phone for 24hrs! Is this correct?
