    @VodafoneUK I've been a loyal customer for 20+ years Upgraded numerous times. Now apparently I've failed a credit check to upgrade. Does my loyalty and fact I've always paid my bills mean nothing? NHS worker who needs a reliable phone but may have to go elsewhere!!

    @VodafoneUK I need to cancel an account. So i believe this can only be done via the app. I’m not happy with the virtual queuing system.

    @PepperPhill @VodafoneUK @vodafone Yes same here - even the DM moderator can’t help and suggested I ring Vodafone again. Back into ibis I go ! Seriously it just makes the decision to finally jump ship a bit easier when weighing up a new contract.
