    @VodafoneUK Ok thanks you but why did uk customer services tell me I would have no problems and everything would be ok. I am very disappointed that no help agent advised me of the advice you just gave me. I have spent four weeks to get this advice

    @VodafoneUK No worries, already got a refund but I've never got in touch with you about it before and was curious. The seller is likely a scammer and already reported the fraud to the police. Any idea what can I do with useless paper press of a phone? Lol, cheers.

    @VodafoneUK Oh guess what at the last bell of midnight I was supposed to get the esim said the nice Bhamika from customer service. 1AM and no esim. Clearly a scam. Thanks Vodafone UK 🇬🇧 !

    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK One of many sadly! The worst is the phone call advising you off bank fraud & telling you to replace the phone & call the number on the back of your card! Who wouldn't think that was safe! Indeed they never cut off the line & are ready to take all your information . 1/2
