    @VodafoneUK It’s ok all sorted IN STORE but ur customer service on calls is shocking after 4 hours of calls the store sorted it in about half an hour I’ll never be back with Vodafone again not even a sorry from customer service @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I replied as you described. I gave my account number and name. Explain my issues and heard nothing!!! You have my telephone number - why on earth doesnt a manager pick up.the phone???? Can your customer service possibly get any worse?

    @SebSprick @VodafoneUK They didn’t even have the right fault for me - asked me if I wanted to change my number when the problem stated is that the engineer disconnected my supply to connect my neighbour. Apparently they cannot reconnect us until at least Tuesday! @VodafoneUK What are we paying for ?!

    @VodafoneUK Having broadband speed issues. Currently on hold to customer service, 35mins and counting! Got a problem with that speed too!🙄

    @VodafoneUK I want your broadband, but online checker says….no! I have Full fibre now. My neighbour either side of me can get your broadband. Forums say this is a common issue. Happily get service from other providers, but you are cheapest. You are missing a trick for custom!

    @VodafoneUK how come shetlanders have had no communication from yourselfs regarding the broadband outage and the progress of the cable being fixed? Had to wait an hour to speak to someone to get information regarding this. Absolutely shocking 🥴
