    @VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

    @VodafoneUK I am not going to lie for a company the size of yours your online account portal has to be the worst I have ever seen I tried to upgrade my broadband speed and I have to phone up if I wanted to speak to someone I would of done that in the first place.

    @VodafoneUK So this is how it works. You make a complaint on Twitter. Customer service team responds after a few minutes to DM. If you’re not by your phone at the moment they reply they disappear and we’re back to square one. What is wrong with this organisation. Vodafone Simply Doesn’t Care

    Currently on my naughty list... @lufthansa who think ignoring refund requests for first class tickets is acceptable. @HyperopticCS who refuse to acknowledge the issue is with the circuit and not my equipment (ps guys I work in IT) @VodafoneUK who still owe me a call 1/2

    being a software Engineer with Vodafone @VodafoneUK as your ISP in Egypt is sort of a Nightmare I subscribed on the last 22th of October the internet only worked for 4 days and never to see it again! it is been a month and Vodafone Egypt is only telling me we are working on it?

    @VodafoneUK for the last year or so my Vodafone signals for data in se London have been bad. To the point where I want to leave Vodafone forever. I’ve been doing Speedtest and it shows my nearest tower is in Watford other side of London. Is that my closest tower?

    @VodafoneUK you guys have the worst call service ever. Having problems with our service. Having to speak to an idiot only to be transferred and to be on hold for 20+ min And vodaphone is purposely capping our internet speeds we pay for 76 mbps and we are capped at 47 mbps

    9 days @VodafoneUK and still not transferred my number over despite having pac code since day one! Another 4 hour wait for customer service beckons.
