@VodafoneUK dealing with customer service would give anyone a stress heart attack. Abomination! I agree a contract for £19 you send me contract for £27 I spend an hour on phone 5 different people get nowhere. it’s a scam by time my statement comes cooling off period is finished

@DrImpaler @VodafoneUK They have no technical support at all, unfortunately like most broadband providers, I know what the issue is, they fixed it before, they have to fix it again, but over 2 hours later they don't even understand it or log it

Well @VodafoneUK what the hell are you playing at. U told me my broadband is up for renewal. Phoned you 4 times, & wasn't able to upgrade because the basket is down. Been told I'll have a 📲back, its been 3 weeks now. I know we are all working from 🏠, but come on #jokeofthemonth

Why am I actually paying for @VodafoneUK broadband? Supposed to have 70mbps speeds but every night for the last week it drops down to less than 5. I'm working from home, if I don't have decent Internet I won't have a job!

@VodafoneUK can you help my parents? Both are long standing customers and since their move, Vodafone’s coverage is shockingly bad. I’ve switched them to WiFi calling but they are still missing many calls. This is essential for their safety. Can you provide a booster?

@VodafoneUK can I just ask why I was sent out a phone that wasn’t new when I have paid for a brand new one? To do this is fraudulent and underhanded behaviour. I have been a customer for years and have always received good service until now. This is not acceptable! Answers please
