    @VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

    @VodafoneUK So today all the devices in my house are connected to my router with great signal. However, two devices are now connected to the router but unable to see the internet. They are both mobile phones, and so they are eating our data allowance. We need a fix.

    @VodafoneUK Can't connect to home WiFi, and can't send/receive sms's. WiFi working for everyone else in my home. Is there an issue at the moment?
