@VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

@VodafoneUK just wondering if you’ve ever heard of scams by email.. clearly not when you send emails to customers from random domains we’ve never heard of before! And this WAS a genuine message as it matches all my account info up perfectly (I just activated my SIM 10mins ago)

@VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK, how hard do you make it to cancel an order that you couldn’t fulfil in your stated timeline? Your agent said that the request to cancel had been submitted and it would be done within 24 hours, yet days later I’ve received a text saying the order is further delayed

@VodafoneUK Hilariously, I queued for 40 minutes, a woman in Belfast answered, couldn't make her system work, said she'd call back, and never did. Isn't that vodafone all over? Got any ideas of what I should do?
