@VodafoneUK That’s a terrible deal. I can get it for £850 over two years with unlimited everything. That’s £35 a month with no up front free. Your deal costs £1181 over two years... 🤬

@CatyUpATree That's exactly how I feel after 3 days, 4 hours on hold, 5 phone calls/live chats & 7 texts from @VodafoneUK trying to get a PAC code wh. will enable me to leave them for another network (cos they've enforced changes ripping off long-standing PAYG customers)!!

@VodafoneUK Could you please tell me if your pledge is to keep your customers connecting, how come a friend who has had a new phone , is still waiting 3 weeks after a new contract and can’t text or ring anyone. Apparently a cloud issue....... not great at all 😌😌
