It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK It’s already with the “highest” point with Vodafone, I’ve been told no one else can help regarding this and you have the privilege of taking up to 56 days to do anything at all. My next step is legal to get my money from you

@VodafoneUK @speckyninja The tone of that response is pretty poor. Maybe it would be wise to take the work experience kid away from your twitter.

@GeorgeMonbiot @JoTownsie Everybody with a @vodafoneuk account should change providers as soon as possible. Hit them where it hurts, in the pocket. I left Vodafone years ago because of poor customer relations

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We had issue with their Spanish entity when we lived there. Signed up and massive issues with installation, took months to sort out and refund. Never again

@VodafoneUK No offence but my account is on a friends and family basis. Even the Vodafone executive who arranged my F&F could not seem to help. Something about data protection.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone Australia isn’t much better. Had a bad experience with them years ago and won’t ever go back.

@VodafoneUK What is your bereavement policy? How do you support relatives of deceased account holder?

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Customer services is non-existent in the UK. Companies don’t spend any money on it, it’s mostly on script and all revolves around making the most money possible, instead of serving customers. Was having this exact conversation with my wife yesterday. It’s disgusting.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We had the same problem with Orange a decade ago, demanding a death certificate I’d sent to them twice. They were incredibly apologetic after setting debt collectors onto a dead woman, but the damage was done.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Why doesn't one of your customer service people phone him, you set of c**TS!!
