It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK @markjohnsonhome Dear @VodafoneUK tell this **** to shove it. I'm a customer of yours and a shareholder so if you cave to this kind of idiocy you can wave goodbye to both.

@VodafoneUK @markjohnsonhome If you withdraw your advertising then I will withdraw my business account. If you don't believe in pluralistic media, but do believe in cancel culture and bending to the will of woke bedwetters then I won't spend hard won money with you. Bye.

@VodafoneUK I'm afraid that you cant claim it to be a "free service" - it was included in the service scope offered at the time of contract. It would not be possible to receive the service without paying a monthly/PAYG fee, as such it is directly linked to a customer fee.

Hi @VodafoneUK I'm a bit confused. I'm at the end of my contract and looking to upgrade my phone. Why are all your upgrade deals really poor value for money compared to buying a new contract from a third-party retailer?
