    I am so fricking done with @VodafoneUK I have 3 contracts with. I have recommended them to people and on one contract I have had issue after issue. This customer service person is the rudest of the lot!

    @VodafoneUK How much do you charge per minute for calls to your customer service centre?? Forced to make a 2hour and 9 minute call which cost me £82. £50 credit to account for the inconvenience doesn’t even cover it. I despair.

    @VodafoneUK I have just spent 2 hours and 6 mins to the Customer service centre to revert back to my previous plan due to being given false information by Vodafone 2 days previously. I challenge the CEO of Vodafone to listen to that call and tell me that is good customer service.

    @HeatwaveHans @virginmedia They're a joke mate. Got a letter from @VodafoneUK saying they can do me broadband for £19 for 2 years, but not able to get though to these asshats to cancel and move to different provider. Saw someone tweet that they get tv,phone and broadband for £52 p/month.
