    @VodafoneUK Why is it that in one part of the HU5 area of Hull, the signal and mobile data speeds are phenomenal, yet a couple of streets away, I struggle to make a phone call and what I'm actually paying for!

    So now it's 10:40 next day and still waiting @VodafoneUK to contact Karen. No email as promised, no call back as promised (again) shocking service 😠👎🏼 as she works as key worker in the emergency services she will be unable to take a call from 3pm. Can't be any more polite!

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is an absolute joke. Charge for data on a device connected to wifi and not being used. Credit back the charges then take that back bcos I wish to complain. Utter disgrace

    @VodafoneUK Hi Liam, Yes I am. I’m trying to use my phone on the US and in two days I’ve discovered international calls were barred on my phone, which I eventually managed to sort out but have now found out I’ve got a Spend Manager limit I knew nothing about and it’s that I’m trying to fix.

    @VodafoneUK visited 3 separate stores to try and get some kind of answer to when my iPhone 13 Pro will arrive. One store told me it’s Apple supply chain, one told me your warehouse flooded (what? the one from 2009?) and one said it is a DPD delay. Terrible customer service

    @VodafoneUK so despite my attempts to cancel the contract and phone I received an email saying they are delivering it today to cap it all DPD have been to the wrong house and then said I wasn’t in. What an utter farce
