So now it's 10:40 next day and still waiting @VodafoneUK to contact Karen. No email as promised, no call back as promised (again) shocking service 😠👎🏼 as she works as key worker in the emergency services she will be unable to take a call from 3pm. Can't be any more polite!

Well @VodafoneUK It’s one of 2 things here. Been on hold 4 nearly 25 mins to be put through 2 cancellation team... either they’re very busy dealing with cancellations or they have policy 2 let u wait and hope that you hang up. 🤔

@VodafoneUK This annoys the hell out of me, I specifically told you in my Tweet that my phone does not support WiFi Calling. You haven't listened! I followed your link, and as expected it said there were no results for my handset and WiFi Calling. Also, it's affected not effected.

@VodafoneUK Funnily enough I'm perfectly capable of checking the coverage in my area myself. All I have to do is turn of the SureSignal, at which point I get no signal at all, inside or out.

@VodafoneUK That's the exact same tool that I just sent you a screenshot of in my Tweet!!! As shown, your service provision in my postcode is atrocious. The only thing keeping me with Vodafone is my SureSignal. Once you stop supporting that, I'm leaving.
