    @VodafoneUK Why is it that in one part of the HU5 area of Hull, the signal and mobile data speeds are phenomenal, yet a couple of streets away, I struggle to make a phone call and what I'm actually paying for!

    So now it's 10:40 next day and still waiting @VodafoneUK to contact Karen. No email as promised, no call back as promised (again) shocking service 😠👎🏼 as she works as key worker in the emergency services she will be unable to take a call from 3pm. Can't be any more polite!

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is an absolute joke. Charge for data on a device connected to wifi and not being used. Credit back the charges then take that back bcos I wish to complain. Utter disgrace

    @markjohnsonhome @VodafoneUK 🤔 Would you have liked to stood at my sons incubator at 3 months old in 1994 and they were properly tested one's i let him have 5 days after he had them and certain it was them caused his body to shut down due to sepsis 🤬 calling me anti vaxer?
