@VodafoneUK I currently have an amazing sim only deal with you. I’d like to keep that. My problem is my iPhone 7 seems to be on its way out. I was wondering if you had any deal on an iPhone (any model 8 or above)

@VodafoneUK The problem is hidden charges too what you agree on contract you get charged different rates to what was agreed somehow ! and it’s always more! When you become aware of the high rates charged you get a mere apology from the call centre you get a little compensation ie £10!

@VodafoneUK you need to improve your network. The data service while travelling from Harpenden to London on Thameslink is particularly poor up from Harpenden thru Hendon, being either atrocious or non-existent. It’s 2022 not 1982! Improve your network please!

@Rotmm @VodafoneUK Have you tried browsing and speed checks using a VPN to rule out DNS issues. Your ping would normally rise with throttling, but would appear normally for a FTTP line. I'd say the vast drop off would be a poorly head end on the local fibre node as more traffic is pushed through it
