@VodafoneUK I’ve called 191 numerous times a day for 4 consecutive days & an auto msg is continually telling me they’re unable to take my call!I’ve been having issues with my new plan for a month now & it’s still not been sorted!! Please could someone help me/ this is ridiculous!

@VodafoneUK what on earth is going on with the broadband today. Mrs working from home lost half a day trying to reset the router and troubleshoot. All it would have taken was a message to users to notify there was an issue. Internet still down at 21:40. What am I paying you for?
