This caused 3 hours of phone chat and the only ‘solution’ available to me was to cancel my contract for the 2nd phone and have a pay as you go one 1/2

Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. I’m trying to speak to a human to set it back up again but they won’t let me speak to a human as I have an overdue balance and it keeps diverting me to an automated collection service. Maddening.

Despite them being aware of the issues; never even bothered to text or call back
