@VodafoneUK That won't help unfortunately as he will need an advocate present to make sure he doesn't get taken advantage of. From experience That is what the Vodafone team will do if they are not supervised by an advocate. This is the second time the shop in Bishop's Stortford has done this

What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

@VodafoneUK my partner is tearing his hair out with the absolutely shocking customer service. Just been on the phone for 45 mins and agent said she was taking her break now and will phone back later! I suspect not. So angry 😡

Hey @VodafoneUK how come I am struggling to get a 4g signal on both my iPhone’s despite restarting both devices most of the day I seem to have one bar on 3G!!!! Finding it very difficult to work on 3G!

@VodafoneUK Thank you. Unfortunately the contract is more than 14 days old and the vulnerable person needs someone else to be able to see that details of the account and help sorted it out. Leaving them to deal with Vodafone sales staff is what has caused this problem

with speeds up to 150MPBS b)That there is 5G is planned for the next three months. I was quite impressed with @VodafoneUK service as they delivered the unit the next day morning at 8AM, plugged in, and couldn't get anything more than 40MBPS, which is what I already at home 2/9

@VodafoneUK @BexJosephs_xx Same here, just reached out to you about it. The Pen Tester in me can't help but feel like something (cyber crime related) has happened at @VodafoneUK and they're just not divulging! The way these numbers are targeting other 07769 numbers feels very trial and error like 🤔

@HInkpin @VodafoneUK And it wasn’t just a little fault on the line either. It made our internet stop working for 10mins every 15 mins or so. I rang multiple times and every time they just point blank refused to send an engineer out. So we were paying for internet we never got to use. Had to use data.

@VodafoneUK Any idea why I keep getting cold calls from mobile numbers belonging to your network? 07769224668, 07769226648, 07769226249, 07769223553, 07769226784. When I answer they just hang up, it's been going 3 days now! FYI; I have an 07769 number, but with diff network now.
