This caused 3 hours of phone chat and the only ‘solution’ available to me was to cancel my contract for the 2nd phone and have a pay as you go one 1/2

Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. Unfortunately the contract is more than 14 days old and the vulnerable person needs someone else to be able to see that details of the account and help sorted it out. Leaving them to deal with Vodafone sales staff is what has caused this problem
