@VodafoneUK my partner is tearing his hair out with the absolutely shocking customer service. Just been on the phone for 45 mins and agent said she was taking her break now and will phone back later! I suspect not. So angry 😡

@VodafoneUK I now can’t make phone calls OR use my data. Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. Come on Vodafone, sort it out!

What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

Avoid them if you can, ive paid them for something I've not had and gave up trying to get money back, life's too short to be on hold with them 8hrs

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Vodafone are famous for their dreadful customer service, I thought “they can’t be that bad” and switched to them for broadband. I was wrong! I’d NEVER use them in future no matter how good any deal they offer is.
