Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.

Unfortunately the contract is more than 14 days old and the vulnerable person needs someone else to be able to see that details of the account and help sorted it out. Leaving them to deal with Vodafone sales staff is what has caused this problem
