I always think about getting fit but I always think I’ve got no time or not enough money. My son said to me yesterday I could go running or exercise in the garden, there’s no excuse really, then I saw #VeryMeRewards offer £1000 to start a new resolution @VodafoneUK. No excuse!!!

  • pauljbarton Paul (@pauljbarton) reported from Chinley, England

@OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!

  • JulieIves4 Julie Ives (@JulieIves4) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

    @Andyscott01 @JonJlydiatt @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Couldn’t care less if it happens with every network. With what’s going on it shouldn’t happen

  • andyhersh Dr Andy Hershon (@andyhersh) reported from Glossop, England

@VodafoneUK rang re son’s contract. Paid off phone 3 months ago, but of course no one thought of letting us know. Gone SIM only now, but no thanks to your poor Customer Service who seem very pleased to say nothing and take my money @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

  • n1rjeetsingh Nirjeet ✒ ਨਿਰਨਂਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ (@n1rjeetsingh) reported from Macclesfield, England

  • MDOG_Manchester Manchester Dining Offers (@MDOG_Manchester) reported from Manchester, England

@oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.

  • TommySull1 Tom Sullivan (@TommySull1) reported from Mellor, England

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards My New Years resolution is to drink a minimum of 3 litres of water per day, which will ultimately entail more bathroom breaks.. meaning more opportunities to skive at work 😅😁😁😁 #WorkingHardOrHardlyWorking

  • hydebear Andrew Eddowes (@hydebear) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK so someone at your end cancelled our NowTV sub on Red Entertainment - when we go to re-add it, it's not an option and the folks on chat aren't very helpful. Help please!

  • MiguelGilbert24 Miguel Gilbert (@MiguelGilbert24) reported from Manchester, England

After 2 days of getting messages from @VodafoneUK promising to sort my account out and take the charge off and get back to me, it’s still on and heard nothing since yesterday afternoon. Poor Customer service

  • MiguelGilbert24 Miguel Gilbert (@MiguelGilbert24) reported from Manchester, England

  • MiguelGilbert24 Miguel Gilbert (@MiguelGilbert24) reported from Manchester, England

@Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didn’t pick up ...

  • sassak Omar jack kassas (@sassak) reported from Congleton, England

@VodafoneUK least annoying call ever from one of your service advisors probably should be training the rest of your staff 👍🏽 thanks Calli

  • oscarmarkaz Karen Driver - Member Pioneer (@oscarmarkaz) reported from Glossop, England

@halsall_rafa @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @BBCWatchdog Promise to call back but don’t, phone line shocking, complaint still not answered in 4 days should be 48 hours my blood is just about at boiling point right now

  • NL_DannyW Danny Williams (@NL_DannyW) reported from Stockport, England

    1) It’s bad enough that my Mum has had a @VodafoneUK📱delivered this morning by @DPDgroup_news in #Stockport which she hasn’t ordered! Highly concerned that another #DPD Delivery Driver then attempted to recover it about 20 mins after. He was clearly #Fraudulent so unsuccessful.

  • CharlySlade . Charlotte☁️ (@CharlySlade) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

So whilst other companies are doing all they can to help out whilst myself & millions of others are furloughed & taking paycuts, @VodafoneUK instead text to say that my plan will be increased by 2.5% from April. Thanks alot you snakes 🙂👍🏼

  • andy4321 Andy Collier (@andy4321) reported from Stockport, England

    @VodafoneUK I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. It's impossible to put down!

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jack_s1102 Jack Smith (@jack_s1102) reported

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK 2nd day with no Internet, not being able to work and no response. Can cancel my contract and get set up with another provider in less than the purported 5 days it takes to look into the issue

  • ScottyHayter Scott Hayter (@ScottyHayter) reported

@Alanscarry @VodafoneUK All I’ve done is what I’ve been told. Have screen-grabbed every conversation and am now in month 2 with another provider, yet have never used that number. I need to keep my existing number for work and for an important personal matter. Tomorrow, I’m going to the Ombudsman.

  • AyubLaly Ayub Laly (@AyubLaly) reported

@VodafoneUK Absolute joke of a company, never ever go with them for broadband if you want to keep your sanity and not waste hours and days of your time.

  • L03L03 Loe Loe (@L03L03) reported

When I made my complaint I made it crystal clear that I wanted them to investigate what could have happened. But all I'm being told by @VodafoneUK is sorry u were misinformed. So my suggestion was they listen to phonecall recordings which they say they make of every call.

  • L03L03 Loe Loe (@L03L03) reported

Just to know @VodafoneUK can treat people like this in the middle of a pandemic let's me know this conpany has no morals. And they will never get a single red cent out of me again.

  • ianbriggsy ian (@ianbriggsy) reported

@VodafoneUK I received 2 texts from you today, saying that I've been "asking to" turn on wifi calling, are these texts just being sent out to everyone automatically? because I never asked for this to be activated on my vodafone account.

  • ScottyHayter Scott Hayter (@ScottyHayter) reported

Has anyone ever had issues with getting a PAC code/NUC code from @VodafoneUK? I’m close to making a formal complaint and taking my case to the Ombudsman. If anyone reading this has any advice, please DM me. I’ve never ever dealt with an organisation like this before. Horrific

  • paulatohill Paula (@paulatohill) reported

@VodafoneUK 6 phone calls to you and 4 weeks of promises and my daughters broken iPhone 11 still hasn't been collected for repair. The worse service I have ever received. A 13yr old in a pandemic unable to communicate with friends in a crucial time. Absolutely appalling!

  • ZENHALONDON Zenha (@ZENHALONDON) reported

@VodafoneUK I didn’t know managers could refuse to speak with a customers if the customer asks. Brilliant service 🤯

  • ScottyHayter Scott Hayter (@ScottyHayter) reported

@jordanjamesr @VodafoneUK They aren’t doing it. Issue is; I had a Voda PAYG temporarily in ‘19. On 6/8/19 I sign 2 year contract. £60/month. Every month I get ‘your £60 bill due’ text.... but also get ‘your £426.19 bill is due’ because unbeknown to me my PAYG tariff is still running too! Not my fault!
