    @MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

    @VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

    @VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

    @VodafoneUK had a business line down all day and you just keep putting us on hold! This is atrocious service. Need it back up who do we report a Vodafone business line with Level 4 cover that should have been working by now!!! So in breach of contract its a joke..... #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK an elderly friend recently got an iPhone on contract from you. She has since been diagnosed with macular degeneration. Contacted shop where she got the contract but they said there’s nothing they can do as it’s just over 30days. She cannot use phone. Could you help?

    @GeorgeMonbiot @KlemesherA @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with Vodafone when trying to cancel an account they just do not seem to be able to except that you do not want their crap service , they would not stop the direct debit so i had to , then they pass the so called dept to a agency who I refused to deal with.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My friend had a fairly similar experience with another company. It’s awful! Especially if the company concerned does not have a bereavement team which I think is so important! I have a contract with @VodafoneUK 😕

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I have a bad debt for a Vodafone contract I cancelled 10 years ago. For years I kept getting different Debt agencies after a debt I could prove I paid. Didn’t do any good. Never been back to Vodafone. EE is better. Dead relative, pop to a shop, show certificate. It’s cancelled.

    Hi @vodafoneuk. I live in a rural area in Scotland & increasingly often I can't make or receive calls or texts on my phone when in my home area. If I try I get message "not registered on network". Have tried restarting phone etc, no effect. Am on contract with you. Suggestions?

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I’m with Vodafone. When my mum died last year, I switched her account over to me, which I had no problems with thankfully. British Gas on the other hand sent debt recovery team after me, even though they had never tried to contact me themselves.
