    1) It’s bad enough that my Mum has had a @VodafoneUK📱delivered this morning by @DPDgroup_news in #Stockport which she hasn’t ordered! Highly concerned that another #DPD Delivery Driver then attempted to recover it about 20 mins after. He was clearly #Fraudulent so unsuccessful.

    @Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didn’t pick up ...

    @OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!

    After 2 days of getting messages from @VodafoneUK promising to sort my account out and take the charge off and get back to me, it’s still on and heard nothing since yesterday afternoon. Poor Customer service

    @NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.

    I live in the uk. I pay 30 pounds a month for my phone bill on Vodafone. I'm 23 yo but Vodafone blocks access to website over 18 every month. Now they cant answer because ******* hell to **** with my day was ok to take my money was ok #vodafoneuk

    @ThreeUKSupport My partner is on webchat and they are saying they’ve done all they can, have to wait for a call....we’ve been told this numerous times over the weeks and never actually received a single call! All we need is the bloody PAC code so she can leave Three and move to @VodafoneUK !

    Anybody else in Bridgend suffer shockingly bad speeds from @VodafoneUK? My upload speeds are better than my downloads... Living 1 mile away from the exchange in town, it's absolutely embarrassing, fobbing my wife off with lies about engineers attending when she phones up...

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Just six hours ? That’s an easy call 📞. My husband or I can spend that much time daily , to try to find help. We are not techie, so it gets even harder if it is TV, computor or cell phone. We are screwed ! I can’t get apps on my phone. No body wants to help me

    @VodafoneUK My laptop keeps failing to see the router. If I reset to factory settings it sees it for a while then it drops off. Phones still connecting but often with poor through speeds.
