@VodafoneUK Hi. Can I raise an official complain about this Wilmslow store. I went for swim swap and they gave me some card too. But later when they found out about this issue , they have cancelled the sim swap and left wrong notes on account. I didn't not expected this customer service

@photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK It’s not just you. @VodafoneUK has the WORST customer services. Their IVR system stinks and even their website is awful - it’s either down or you can’t sign into it. They seem to have taken extreme steps to prevent customers speaking to anyone that can help them.
