I did and yet again they need to speak to the account holder when it's already on account that I have FULL ACCESS!! I will keep posting this so more people see how bad @VodafoneUK really are!

Expensive, but solved my connection issues out. Their router is a pos. Wan side disconnections was apparently my WiFi in the house according to their technical support, even though they screen shared and saw the logs showing wan drops
