    Why can't @VodafoneUK get things right!! On top of rubbish BBAND, they messed up our phone tarrifs 3times and now after 3 goes of the sorting the FREE entertainment package, they charge me for it and it STILL doesn't work!!😠 #time4achange

    To all following the @VodafoneUK #Vodafonedown saga, no broadband since Friday, no engineer looked at it until Monday, Thursday b4 we get an update (not a fix) cancellation process started, but only when I can phone, phone ruined in the process. Thanks @VodafoneUK

    So, @VodafoneUK is terrible fixing list so far: ❌ be able to make calls longer than 30mins at a time ✅ Be able to put people on hold ❌ Be able to send and receive SMS on phone when watch is connected to mobile network ✅ Be able to fully use the My Vodafone app,see bill etc

    @VodafoneUK any ideas what would cause my phone to struggle loading websites when I’m on 5G? They eventually load, but take much longer than I would expect for a strong 5G signal.
