If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

They told me that I'd have to go to a store to cancel a service I took out online... Went to store, got told this is a phone shop not bb... Phoned eventually got cancelled. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.
