This was NOT made clear to me when I signed up and it was certainly not made clear to me that my current provider would it me off instantly leaving a massive (nearly 2weeks potentially) gap in service) not pleased @VodafoneUK, not pleased at all

@VodafoneUK Hi. Can I raise an official complain about this Wilmslow store. I went for swim swap and they gave me some card too. But later when they found out about this issue , they have cancelled the sim swap and left wrong notes on account. I didn't not expected this customer service

@VodafoneUK You still can't offer me 5G by a City Centre, none of the major companies can. You're falling behind! I need 4G/5G Internet and speeds are too low with a perfect signal for 4G.
