    @virginmedia Not really sure. All I know is that for some reason in various parts of my house the signal becomes very poor. Whereas it used to be perfect. Hub has been in the same place since I’ve had it.

    @virginmedia Yes I have spoken to your tech guys. I have tried everything they suggested to no avail. All they say is I need to pay £5 extra a month for a booster which I think is unfair as I have done nothing to cause this issue

    @virginmedia Thanks. Yes the account was transferred to my mother - but we didn’t realise we’d lose his email address too. We haven’t been able to let people know he’s died because we don’t know who is still messaging him. I just can’t get anywhere with the complaint system.

    @virginmedia £90 a month for an absolute rubbish service called the other day and the favorite saying was reboot was supposed to be put through through to the technical department on to hold on for 25 mins I gave up had to send this not using WiFi

    @virginmedia I made a complaint in Feb 13 to dispute about the undue charges. On Mar 6 and 17, virginMedia claimed to write me a letter and Mar 18 to have emailed me, I’ve received nothin. Now virginMedia is to disconnect me tomorrow for outstanding payment. I requested to cancel just now

    @virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

    65mbps when your paying for 500mbps+ @virginmedia to add insult, i just received a txt to say work in the area to improve the service has finish..... now Im waiting over 30mins to speak to someone. CS is a shambles. And the wait music is load and tinny. Poor choices all over

    @virginmedia Thank you. No update. Agent proceeded to advise (again) why my bill had jumped 100%. I explained that I simply required the resolution in writing as I understand VM’s point of view. The line just cut off. Spoken to 15+ ppl over 12 mths. Now need to escalate

    @virginmedia Your customer service people just lie about everything. I recently cancelled my volt contract early they told me 380 was all the early leaving fees I would have to pay. I’ve just finished talking with o2 and they are also looking money.

    @virginmedia Are there any issues with WiFi in the WN2 area of Wigan. Our WiFi switched off at least 5 times on Friday and Saturday just gone. And just again now. Rebooted yesterday morning. Pathetic.
