Jeff Slade (@MadJeffSlade) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Your service in my area has been this lousy since July. I scrapped my contract with you for my iPad sim and switched to Vodafone. I’m still paying off my iPhone but will leave soon as it’s paid. My wife has left you for O2. Good service from both O2 & Vodafone
-
Jeff Slade (@MadJeffSlade) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ThreeUKSupport @RnP_Productions The usual reply...could it just be you have lousy service.
-

Jeff Slade (@MadJeffSlade) reported from Oxfordshire, England@BNogood @ThreeUK @SamsungUK @GadgetsBoy Lucky you. I’ve been with them about 14 years. Service used to be good but in parts of Oxford now, I can’t even place a call, never mind access data. We don’t live in the middle of nowhere. I would expect better.
-
Jeff Slade (@MadJeffSlade) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I did have a long and exhaustive chat...it got me nowhere except to put up my blood pressure. To be quite honest, your service has got worse in our locality over the twelve years we’ve lived there. One might hope it would have improved. Now it’s failed altogether.

Jeff Slade (@MadJeffSlade) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.
-
Jeff Slade (@MadJeffSlade) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Like I said before...we’ve already done that. Your service here in North Oxford is awful. You don’t seem to have a solution. That is what I was told in your web chat. Doesn’t really help me.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jim D (@jnides8) reportedFirst world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.
-
Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reported@coveragechecker @ThreeUK Nah no favours I could call in but then I would want everyone to get good signal and at least something decent lol ah the masts they were a good thing, at least you get some really good stuff lol
-

-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedBack in B43 Birmingham/Walsall @ThreeUKSupport @vodafone @VodafoneUK Slow to no internet connection.
-
Steve Blair (@UniversalExile) reported.@ThreeUK .@ThreeUKSupport Having been a customer for a number of year had an awful experience yesterday with your upgrade team. Including being lied to! Very disappointing and no new handset arriving. Seriously considering another provider.
-
Rula Abdelrazek (@rularulz) reported@ThreeUK has worst service and reception! Terrible and not worth the money!
-
Milber Jinslade (@xeode) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK known people with a uk number out of the uk for years, wonder when this policy started, or they just wanted an excuse to cancel your account?
-
Semir Jahic (@realSemir) reported@siyabuilt @robj3d3 @ThreeUK So bad.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
