    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @ThreeUK I know you hate me and never can be bothered to provide me with phone service and I do apologise for actually using a healthy wedge of my unlimited data today - please take up grievance with @VodafoneUK whose broadband has been dead all day even after phoning for help!

    I will never understand about Sales... SMARTY is a MVNO owned by Three Mobile - I was already on @ThreeUK. Three looses a customer, SMARTY gains one. The @SMARTYMobileUK sales guy still gets their bonus this year yet the group business is down £60/year. Thanks @claudelittner

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that issue has cleared up but I still have a lot problems where calls drop even when I’m not moving - doesn’t happen all the time and never happened on my old provider on and phone (only been with you a few months)

    @ThreeUK Can you at least fix the network connection. I have a Huawei device at home for wi-fi which is horrible, but also the mobile 3G/4g is even worse....

    @ThreeUKSupport Not overly - looks like signal in my area has got a lot worse than it was advertised at... O2 had better signal and I left them due to bad coverage and was shown the map for my area and told it would be very good - not what I’m getting

    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @ThreeUK ever since that big network outage last month, I have experienced minor outage on a number of occasions, including half an hour ago. Let’s not talk about how rubbish 4G and the WiFi has been!!! Starting to consider switching over and Black Friday is coming up...

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Networks F****ed again then. Reported - no issues 🤔 funny how everyone on @ThreeUK in my area have all got no 4g for the past 2 days. 3g full signal 4g no signal. And no it aint the train station or the trees. Bye.....

    Totally had enough of my #broadband now. Old copper phone line is just not good enough. Sadly broadband companies can get away with selling fibre to ppl who have old copper lines. Fed up! Changing to @ThreeUK mifi for the house. Used before, great service. #5G

    Below par customer service is being received from @ThreeUK . n their back office team which believed to be outsourced to @tech_mahindra A refund of £39 for a refused delivery of mobile dongle 6 week ago hasn’t been processed as yet due to lack of appriate BO processes.

    @callumkempJones @ThreeUKSupport Seriously horrendous customer service today. There is no excuse. Holding people to ransom with 'chat' the only way to contact them completely at the mercy of agents who make you wait 5 to ten minutes between messages or hang up. Then promise a PAC but instead change you to PAYG.
