@ThreeUK our network is supposed to be constantly worked on and updated. Our signal has been going down for a while now. It’s not fit for purpose. I do wonder if our home signal box is working which you supplied foc. Smart meter does not work either. Help !!

@ThreeUK can anyone help me with a complaint please? Reference: 32676646. Got promised a call back in 2 days and took 2 weeks to ring me and I wasn’t with device so couldn’t do anything. Gave me “direct number” to call back and it’s just the general 3 line 🙄

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been having issues with my phone connection at my workplace, rg31, it’s been going on for weeks now and I have to keep using my company WiFi. Checking on your site it says work is being carried out in this area. This is not good enough

@ThreeUK Just tried Live chat in you iPhone App, it crashed whilst I was in the queue. Tried love chat on your website, filled out the form to be told no one was available to help me, try again later. Asked online for a call back, someone called but couldn’t help me. Really?

@ThreeUKSupport is there any update on when the work in EH11 2NQ might be finished? Your unlimited mobile data home WiFi has an woefully inadequate signal at the best of times, but today it's dropping out every few mins & not even registering on a speed test. Not ideal when WFH!
