@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.

@MuraliSurendran @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport They're awful. They used to at least be cheap. Never got any signal (despite apparently having perfect signal) when there was a couple other people around. Absolute bottom of the pile for internet speed. Im with voxi now, no problems and better value

@ThreeUKSupport New rates are NOT competitive in any way with other networks? Don't use 5G as the 4G signal from @ThreeUK is bad enough Especially since October the signal is non reliable, The 321 Tarriff was the only thing keeping us there. Sorry but there are better deals elsewhere.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had mobile broadband issues this morning. Felt fobbed off but accepted it. Now my mobile phone I find is receiving no calls. Different issue but your tech seem to have an instant "oh problem all users getting - can't say when it will be fixed" (1/2)

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete, I was just logging in and the second time was logging in after a 'forgot your password' bit. I think the issue must have been to do with the transfer of my number as this has now been completed and the error has gone away.

@ThreeUKSupport Oh, then why have I never been told this on any of the previous occasions where I have requested the payment date be the 15th? The billing date should have been changed to reflect this. Other companies don’t have a problem with taking payments on the correct day - only Three!
