    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @ThreeUKSupport Resolver case is still open it seems, but they keep saying they are closing email support. I’ve had no reply to my latest message to them for about a week now and then got that text I shared here. #noideawhatsgoingon

    @EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.

    @ThreeUKSupport I set up the account years ago and can’t remember the postcode. Even though you have a copy of my passport you can’t help. I’m therefore stuck in this contract forever? (I don’t get bills and can’t get into my online account to see bills due to postcode issue)

    @Yasin1690 @ThreeUK About the same here when I left @ThreeUK. They make ridiculous offers that are way over priced and their customer service is appalling. Glad I’ve moved to a decent provider now (5 years now) who cares for its customers and their do have excellent coverage and data speeds.

    @ThreeUKSupport Since November the has been terrible coverage in Peterborough, you keep saying it's fine, or its going to be looked at, it's still exactly the same, can you fix it now or change your website that's days it's good in this area

    @ThreeUK are you aware you can't use 123 to access voicemail anymore on mobile as it dials an emergency number (ambulance). Is there a plan to change the voicemail number to one that can be used?

    @ThreeUK I’m quite surprised by these awards. I have been on Three for years and my signal strength has generally been really poor. I manage to get 2 bars on 3G. On 4G 1 bar if I am lucky. Really poor service.

    @ThreeUK As soon as my credit is used I’m leaving, massive price hike puts their PAYG rates way above competitors. All this with the worst customer service from overseas call centres I’ve experienced - been a customer for 8 years but you’ve lost my loyalty this past few months.
