    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUK Took out new contract directly thru 3 & paid upfront charge. Phone never came & contract got cancelled for no apparent reason. They still haven't refunded upfront charge after nearly 3 weeks & am having to chase them repeatedly to get it back. Appalling customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport can I ask, why do you say Go roam around the world is included in the plan just to scroll down and find out that you actually need to pay additionally to use it? This used to be included and now it’s super misleading

    @ThreeUK not only is my monthly cost going up and the services I get for it going down (no more international roaming included) but now my streaming seems to be buffering more and more each time I watch football or YouTube, what is happening???

    @ThreeUK Please tell your Live Chat support that a memorable word/place is not the same as a password, and if it isn't set tell me that specifically. They ask for a password which is very disconcerting and I worry less tech-savvy customers will provide their account details..

    @ThreeUK 2/2 and it goes without saying that a customer should never provide their Three account login details to your Live Chat, it shouldn't be necessary.
