I have 2 contracts with you and 2 current and active direct debits with my bank, one contract hasn’t been charged/debited for almost 6 months and I’m now being harassed by a debt recovery agency.

I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

Literally struggle to make calls unless I'm on WiFi Calling. My Snapchats, emails etc don't come through until on on wifi either. Nightmare

It was what we was told for me to get the old number on my new contract. I’ve been told I’ve got to wait 48 more hours, then phone up and wait another 24 hours! It’s never ending!
