    @ThreeUK I've just been speaking to your upgrade team about an early upgrade on a sim only contract that I have. They wanted to charge me £125 to upgrade early which I think is pretty poor considering a have 5 contracts with you and it's just a sim only contract!

    @bchypnotherapy @ThreeUK #three have gone down hill! Promise to call you back and never do. Dreadful, on a level with Vodafone customer service absolutely crap. Trust pilot shows you had bad three have become, raise a compliant with them and they do f all!
