@JasperArgyleMAD @ThreeUKSupport Nah this has been going on nearly 18 months. Nothing wrong with my phone... If I stick an EE/Vodaphone/O2 sim out of friends phone. Perfect 4G hitting 30-50mb. I've had several replacement Sims. It's just 3's signal is abysmal these days

@ThreeUKSupport No 9ne will help me. I spoke to them and they said no one is working in cancellations convenientjy. They all working in new contracts though. I have several accounts with three been with you over 15 years and don't intend to change that except for this one

I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@ThreeUKSupport Another customer here who isn't able to place outgoing landline calls on my Three mobile. (Outgoing mobile calls are fine.) Appreciate that you're trying to fix, but some kind of notice on the official website would be good rather than having to go to Twitter.
