    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @ThreeUKSupport I need to cancel a contract that I have not used in a year and my contract ends on 8th May so want to give 30 days notice. How do I do this, I have tried the app and the website and I'm going round in circles.

    @ThreeUKSupport No 9ne will help me. I spoke to them and they said no one is working in cancellations convenientjy. They all working in new contracts though. I have several accounts with three been with you over 15 years and don't intend to change that except for this one

    wells, either that was a scam call from 0333 338 1001 pretending to follow up my complaint, or @ThreeUKSupport have some issues with their outgoing caller ID. Number didn't match up with the one stated in the text message.

    @ThreeUKSupport Managed to get through but been a complete mess. Took a new contract out for an iPad which never arrived then was meant to come today and then DPD inform me 3 had cancelled it. But 15 advisors couldn’t tell me why or what happened!!! Completely lost all faith in 3
