I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, My new month started today and already it says that I have used .9Gb! All I have used my data for is about 10 mins on Twitter and about 5 minutes in the New York Times. I am currently holidaying in the Isle of Man. I have had no problem the last few days.

@ThreeUKSupport @DarrenCoutts Incredible poor service.I've tried to cancel my mobile WiFi account for 3 months now and every time I do and get told you'll send me a bag to return the router which never did 5G as it was supposed to you and me another bill! You're now saying I owe £70 when I've cancelled TWICE!
