    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @ThreeUKSupport 1/2 Thanks for prompt response Kirsty..He kept on saying he cannot transfer upgrade related queries to manager..I asked him so many times but he wont..I asked him to transfer me to complaint department but he wont. I just wanted to talk to someone else as the advisor wasnt good

    @ThreeUKSupport Like I said at the start, your customer sevice is a joke and your website is dishonestly misleading as is your order confirmation e.mail that I can't reply to with that annoying "noreply" address you use. This is costing me time and money...

    @ThreeUKSupport in conversation with one Vaibhav Choudhry and after repeatedly asking him to transfer the chat to complaints department he is refusing to do that. Chat ID 4974648230616416100 (provided by him). Don't I have right to complain if I dont receive good service?

    @ThreeUKSupport i purchased a new SIM/contract last wednesday and needed my Pay As You Go number to be switched. They said it would be switched today (monday) but when putting in the new sim it gave me a DIFFERENT number. I NEED that old number on the new sim. please help

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried on laptop, phone, even the works PC. Assumed an issue with the site so I gave it a couple days to be fixed and tried again but still nothing. Just tried cookies/cache and still nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport It looks as if they issue the credit back to the card originally used to top up. Just wanted clarification before the deadline. This after first telling me price rises don't apply to PAYG then giving me the need to make investments speel. Actually you just want rid of cash PAYG

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty. Yes I picked up a replacement Sim in January and got a little better but far from perfect. It’s the worst it’s ever been it’s a good day when there is one signal bar.

    @ThreeUKSupport you know, I'd prefer to talk to a real person rather than be forced to chase you on social media but your one e.mail is from "no reply" address when I finally find a phone number I get passed around for hours. The confirmation email said 24 hours, that was last Tuesday! Crap!
