    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @ThreeUK without a shadow of a doubt have the absolute worst signal/coverage out of all the providers. Do not use them, I promise you it’s not worth it for the sake of a a couple £ a month

    @ThreeUKSupport Should of been sorted when I made the complaint. Your customer service is poor. The process to speak about complaints needs an overhaul. When I made my complaint I was transferred to the complaints team&I was on hold for over 15 minutes. They said they couldn't do anything!!!

    @ThreeUK opened a fraudulent account for a company called Zsig Travel using my home address and now I have bailiffs at my door. They refuse to fix the problem and told me to tell the police. Has anyone heard of Zsig Travel?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. I've tried this route 3 times now and they've been unable to help. I've asked to speak to the next level up from customer service team but this has been refused. Hence wanting to contact my account manager or similar.

    @ThreeUK Hi everyone, I just want to warn you never never choose @LycamobileUK , choose any other company, avoid @LycamobileUK The sim card they provided for me has no signal to use indoors, though the coverage checker said it's good both indoors&outdoors. Their customer service is dead!

    @ThreeUKSupport Basically it's being delayed because of an issue with printing off labels. Ridiculous that you can't just get a replacement from nearest store as long as complaints send a message and you take ID
