Signing up for a contract with @ThreeUK via @fonehouse -- got a call from Three saying they can't move my Three number to a new Three contract (lol). They said I needed to sign up for a new PAYG plan with another network THEN move back to three.

@ThreeUKSupport 7 days now still unable to make or receive phone calls. Been on live chat and on the phone for over 2 hours in total and still nobody has any idea what’s wrong. Fantastic service from 3. Only been a customer last 6 weeks

@ThreeUK your support for customers is not just poor, it's unfit for purpose. It left me, a vulnerable/disabled customer feeling dehumanised. The live chat gave poorly worded responses, and the call agents were impatient and one had no idea what RelayUK was.

@ThreeUKSupport Oh well nearly a month to fix and issue and you provide no updates when you contact INDIA customer sevice i was offered £8 refund for all the football and tennis i have missed i pay for other subscriptions i cant use to . I have moved to EE good riddance terrible service
