    @irfan52700358 @ThreeUK @BALENCIAGA News is that @ThreeUK are pulling back speed and support for 4G to concentrate on 5G! So all those people with 4G only phones are sc**wed and @ThreeUK doesn’t care about keeping customers!

    So 2 weeks ago there was a 4G issue in my village with speeds in kbps range. It's been better but last few days now fine 50-70 Down, around 18 Up. @ThreeUKSupport It's not easy when living a completely mobile network operator life. No home fixed ISP. 1/2

    Seems the problem is still getting worse having read social media, I’ve left three now! @Ofcom should @ThreeUK not be investigated for lack of service to existing contracted customers, it doesn’t seem fair!

    @ThreeUKSupport Is the same whit whatever I do. Every area I’m going specially when is crowded around me. I have changed SIM cards, phone and the problem is still here

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I usually switch between when my 4G struggles. My calls have been dropping and not working properly too though in a variety of locations.

    @ThreeUK I have just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah and the problem was still there, my phone was changed because apparently was the phone and the problem is still here! It’s been 2 years contract in hell!! I can’t wait to finish it

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

    Imagine being a @ThreeUK customer with 2 contracts for years on end and being told to find another service provider because they can’t fix the masts in my area and then refuse to refund what I’ve paid off this mobile or even pay my upfront cost for my next phone 😡 #scabs

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah there weren't any issues. Just no inside signal. There was definitely no 3G & no VoLTE either. Just thought I'd mention it. Mayb a consideration for future network upgrades.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah a restart does nothing. I've tested the 4G all over the BB10 area and it's appalling. I don't even get 4G inside my property and my mobile signal is -91dbm which means calls drop out all the time. It really is time you invested in the between in this area

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, Is there any reason as to why my iPhone won’t ring my house number? The numbers not blocked and when I try it, it just makes a bleeping noise and cuts off. Could this be a network issue other than an iPhone problem?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have just switched over to Three. Pretty disappointed to discover Three don’t offer visual voicemail on my phone as every other major network does. Why???
