    @ThreeUKSupport TA8 2SE, I bought MiFi with 30 day contract and the coverage in this area is awful. I will be cancelling and going with another provider.

    SO Disappointed with the level of service from @ThreeUK Recommended a family member to them and never received the referral money even though I have chased 5 times! 6 months on! Shocking service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to cancel my mobile broadband contact for the last few days whilst still in cooking off period, however every time Iโ€™ve got through I have been told their system is down. How can I cancel within this period if I canโ€™t get through? #threeuk

    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, they asked to close it as it was dealt with, passed me on to another agent to finalise it and bang, back to square one as the issue wasnโ€™t solved. Called again, the agent couldnโ€™t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. Iโ€™m a long standing customer

    @irfan52700358 @ThreeUK @BALENCIAGA News is that @ThreeUK are pulling back speed and support for 4G to concentrate on 5G! So all those people with 4G only phones are sc**wed and @ThreeUK doesnโ€™t care about keeping customers!

    @ThreeUK Hi three, without any notification, my number has been discontinued because I'm abroad, but I paid some of the months. Before I left the country, I asked your team; they said it was not possible to terminate, and now, without any notification, the number is not in use.

    @ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but thereโ€™s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just โ€œweโ€™re working on it.โ€ Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.
