    @ThreeUK Customer service is rubbish!! Donโ€™t let them say theyโ€™ll close the case and then donโ€™t sort the problem. I always thought they were pretty good, but, after a call of over an hour, I get nowhere! Extended my contract without my permission. ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @ThreeUKSupport right a month now of no signal in work! What is an address to complain and not live chat there useless! Np4 6yw is the postcode iโ€™ll just cancel my contract otherwise shambles of a seevice

    @ThreeUK How come you are charging for the Go Roam? It was always apart of the package. Makes me think that your packages are no better than any other network and such poor signals. Will probably leave Three because of this.

    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, they asked to close it as it was dealt with, passed me on to another agent to finalise it and bang, back to square one as the issue wasnโ€™t solved. Called again, the agent couldnโ€™t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. Iโ€™m a long standing customer

    @ThreeUK are your Complaints Team okay? Might want to check in on them. I have specifically asked to keep all correspondence regarding a complaint in writing. They have been harassing me daily with multiple calls but despite reminding them I expect written comms, they still call.

    @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport u so need to get proper signal on ln12 2 area. Mablethorpe gets proper 5g and 4g and all we get is basic 4g which is rubbish. When will we get proper upgrades signal? @VodafoneUK never cares so hoping u can push your parent company

    Years ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.
