Seems the problem is still getting worse having read social media, I’ve left three now! @Ofcom should @ThreeUK not be investigated for lack of service to existing contracted customers, it doesn’t seem fair!

@ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

So 2 weeks ago there was a 4G issue in my village with speeds in kbps range. It's been better but last few days now fine 50-70 Down, around 18 Up. @ThreeUKSupport It's not easy when living a completely mobile network operator life. No home fixed ISP. 1/2

Imagine being a @ThreeUK customer with 2 contracts for years on end and being told to find another service provider because they can’t fix the masts in my area and then refuse to refund what I’ve paid off this mobile or even pay my upfront cost for my next phone 😡 #scabs

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah there weren't any issues. Just no inside signal. There was definitely no 3G & no VoLTE either. Just thought I'd mention it. Mayb a consideration for future network upgrades.

@ThreeUKSupport I'll be honest, I've called them multiple times and as there was no resolution, cancelling my DD was the only option left to me. So disappointed that @ThreeUK has failed me. Happy to take this up tiwh the Small Claim Court if they dare come at me for money.

@ThreeUKSupport This issue is always happening in central London, WC2, W1, etc. I have changed SIM card it was ok for two weeks, now, back to 0. I am not going to use 3G, I am paying for 4G. It is very frustrating. I have decided. Finishing my contract, I’m moving to another network

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Lousy company. No loyalty to its long term customers of six years. Refuses to fix tech issues where a five mile radius has constant signal drops. Just tells customer to travel outside the five miles or cancel their contract. Because they do not feel there is a issue. #clowns

What a day @ThreeUKSupport total shambles. Non UK based staff who can’t deal with my issue and now told my phone returned to their depot when my upgrade was due for delivery today. Time to switch after 10 years, total let down
