When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! Never got a call back cause she couldn't get through lol still waiting on my call back aswell..

    @ThreeUKSupport there has been no Three service in the New Forest most of the morning. No mobile or broadband, even drove into Lyndhurst to try make a call. Barely getting 0.57mbps at the moment.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I did, spoke to two different people: Manzar and Moiez Shaikh and my complaint number was : 3248 7667. I was told verbatim that bills raised in error can’t be cancelled at all by anybody even if I flagged it before you take the payment.

    @katebevan @ThreeUK I'm still salty about it so I've looked it up - worldsim worked well for a week in South Africa in '19, but then top-ups stopped applying and their support was worse than useless. So try and find someone who isn't them.

    @ThreeUK why does my adult filter keep being reactivated.I asked for it to be removed and it was, now it's back.I can't read QR codes for restaurant menus.I have 2 accounts with you and this keeps happening on both accounts.I'm abroad and have no end of issues with 3!! Very angry

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope I will let the credit run out and forget it - I have 3 other Three contract (for my family) but this is the first time I have used the service - very poor customer service , fobbed off to different support departments and all for a non issue in the first place.

    @ThreeUK is the worst phone service provider in the UK. Had a customer service provider explain to me that whilst my bill was raised in error, there is no one and nothing that Three can do to cancel the bill until I’ve paid it? 🫤 this nonsense is why moved providers
