    @ThreeUKSupport The issue is with #hauwei 311s-220 4G #HomeFi unit supplied by @ThreeUK. Read previous tweets & you’ll see I was told by your phone tech support person that this is a known HUAWEI software issue. All I want to know is have you fixed it or am I just seeing speed fluctuations.

    @ThreeUKSupport EX7 0PQ, EX7 0SR. I already gave this here, also reported via support form on three website and also to @ThreeUKSupport phone support. Never got a reply or update from website form as it only has the option to update via text! No good if I don’t have a @ThreeUK mobile is it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was not told of any issue prior to calling Three technical support yesterday to complain. As soon as I said I had a HUAWEI HomeFi router, he said “I know exactly what the problem is. All those routers have corrupted software, we are waiting for a fix but don’t know when”.

    @ThreeUKSupport EX7 0PQ is nearest. 4G signal itself is strong, HomeFi WiFi download speed is the issue. I did not speak to Hauwei support, I spoke to Three support. It was Three support told me about the known software issue, but could not say when it would be fixed.

    NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems to be flitting between five bars of 3G, although it seems rather slow, and a single bar of 4G which is woefully slow. Ive restated both our phones, it’s made no difference.

    @ThreeUKSupport Having an issue with premium text charges on my bill from a #tap2bill. Spoken to one of your operatives who gave me a number (03000030581) which appears disconnected. Any other numbers available as I haven't got time to wait another 20 minutes in a phone queue.

    @ThreeUKSupport And I’m connected “our wait time is over 15 minutes”. I can’t even call back later because this is supposed to be linked to the last person I spoke to in customer relations. This is a joke. I’m happy that the upgrade has been sorted but it shouldn’t be this difficult.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I eventually managed to get through to the customer relations team. The lady there was really helpful and has seemingly sorted things now. Back on hold waiting to get connected back to the upgrades team to process it all. Nearly 40 mins on the phone so far!

    Ridiculous customer service from @ThreeUK. Upgraded phone early as they said early upgrade would be waved, yet I can see it on my bill. Phoned them, was told it was their mistake and it would be waved. Yet again, it's on my bill. Now can't get in live chat or phone. Absolute joke

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I have complained about it a couple of times over the years. And the response is generally temporary fixes on the user end. Why is three not taking actual measures to fix it on their end. An extra tower in the area might help🤔

    @Familoo Phew. This is good news. Public disorder avoided. For now. Im grumpy. I will be making cross phonecalls to @ThreeUK as no upgrade should take 5 days to start working! My teenager is making me grumpy as obviously it is within my control to have power over the network!
