    @ThreeUKSupport my mum had a problem and she rang up and they said they will credit her account with £20 she got a text message to confirm this and she’s rang up today again because it’s never shown on her account, apparently this credit was never applied

    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m having issues with my signal. All day my data has been patchy and then tonight I can’t send text messages. I reset my phone, one sent and half hour later I sent another and it’s failed again.

    @ThreeUK Your current service in the Liverpool area is CRAZY. I rely on my 4G Router for work, and I have been getting speeds of under 1mb/s consistently over the past week. My mobile sim with @VOXI_UK is getting speeds of over 50mb/s in the same building. Can I expect a refund??

    So a year ago I requested @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport to cancel a contract that was ending a year later I’ve realised it was never cancelled. Yet @ThreeUK has no note of my request. But need 5 days for investigation to be completed. I don’t hold out much hope for my £960 back.

    @ThreeUKSupport Of course the account is in my name, if it wasn’t I wouldn’t have an issue. Your advisor told me I couldn’t end a contract I took out. Sounds like a problem for your advisor. If I can’t cancel I can’t be liable
