@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Can you send me my delivery reference number please? There's no way of contacting DPD they don't have a contact centre. I've never experienced service this terrible in my entire life. Im actually relived im in my cooling off period so I can leave Three now.

So @ThreeUK charge £5 if you don't want to pay by direct debit and want to pay by card. Coupled with the really awful website that crashes and won't accept payments or even let us view the bill, I think I'll be convincing him to change provider.

@ThreeUKSupport Website crashes intermittently, usually when we're trying to make a payment. Really not very impressed with the service, especially not the nearly 50% of our bill surcharge simply for preferring to pay by card. Even the local shop only charges 50p.
