@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Chris but I’ve been trying since last Thursday. I called 3 last week about the IMEI issue & was told I’d have a call back within 2 working days. It’s really disappointing. I think 3 made put the wrong IMEI when setting up insurance as it’s not accepting the handset IMEI.

@ThreeUKSupport 3 took an extra £31 from me. live chat said it wasn't on my bill. Told me to email proofs team. I emailed and they told me to use the live chat after I'd copy and pasted the actual chat log into the email. Can a human sort my problem before more money is stolen?

@ThreeUKSupport The customer service is so bad that I have now taken a contract out elsewhere. Your customer service team are the worst ever. I have a complaint reference which should have allowed me to cancel the contract. I have no access to the account.
