@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK @ericsson Don’t know how three can be so good, but also so bad. Where I live in the south east threes data network simply doesn’t work. In our town centre it states 1/2 bar 5g but data simply doesn’t load, 4g 3G no better

Hi @ThreeUK. After trying 23rd & 24th when you had technical issues, finally managed to port my number yday. But suddenly I've got to wait 5 days (30th) on a broken phone till it ports to my new one? Not very efficient/easy? Can you help pls? Can't see any cust. support? Thnx

@ThreeUKSupport Why are you advertising e-sim on your UK site as being available in the UK when there not. As an existing customer with an IPhone 12 I cannot use the dual sim function which I need. When will they be available? Other Networks seem to be on top of this.

@ThreeUKSupport How do I msg you so that not everyone can see. All of the info will be linked to my account. Nothing to do with a new phone. It’s one under warranty not working for nearly 4 months & now you avoiding paying for the Apple store replacement. All you do is take my money each month.

@ThreeUKSupport I was out of contract and phoned to cancel it , as it wa no longer needed and they’ve reinstated after 30 days .. absolute joke , that is the last time ule be having any money off me or my family

@ThreeUK - been trying to get resolution to a relatively simple issue for 3-4. Months. No mobile service. No handset. You are happy to keep taking my money & provide no help. Web chat & call centre totally useless. How do I contact a grown up with some authority & sense?
