@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUK can someone from customer services DM me. I have a 3 contract mobile broadband account. I don't know the number, but know it close to its 2 year end. I can't get through with an email nor on the phone. I need to cancel it as I've no idea where it is now! Thanks

@ThreeUK super disappointed that my 24m contract has expired and instead of automatically moving me to a sim only contract you have charged me exactly the same (£42!) for the coming month even though the handset is paid off. Not the service I expect after years of custom 👎👎
