    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport after many years, and running 4 phones. You’ve finally beaten me. Awful service, whenever I phone up no one listens to my problem. So I will start moving my accounts to other providers( even if it costs a bit more)

    Absolute shocking customer service from @ThreeUK simply wanted to change my number which is in my husband's name over to my new pay monthly SIM card which I took out with 3 also. Spoken down to and patronised on the phone call and still no further forward! Disgusted!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s not the full story, Three accepted it was an issue in March yet I have been reporting it since October last year. Its a very long period to not have a working service. I have a complaint already but it does not help. I’m keen on a resolution.

    @ThreeUKSupport have to say I am very disappointed with the deals from @ThreeUK I have been with you for over 10 years, and have tried to get a deal to stay, seems impossible, so off to another network.... Person on webchat couldn't even get my name right

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    @iAndreeaBalogh @wizzair @ThreeUK 03309770444 For future reference, we grabbed this number which is a free to call number for wizz air customer service... They're still ****.. But atleast there's no charge.

    @ThreeUKSupport why cant I stream to my tv from 3 broadband still? This is a known issue by 3. I have reported and has been going on for months. When will you fix it?
