Jonathan K (@PR_UK) reported from Bedford, England

@ThreeUKSupport MK410SL, iPhone 12 Pro, also have an iPad Pro with a prepaid Three sim also same slow speeds. Thanks.

  • bitemespices
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport So I thought I might get somewhere today but no help. Sadly @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are closed now. Trying again tomorrow.

  • vickiearl_earl
Victoria Earl (@vickiearl_earl) reported from Grange Park, England

@ThreeUK you are without doubt, appalling!!! I am utterly disgusted by the level of incompetence and understanding! Somehow I have been signed up to a contract I don’t want, I contacted you to cancel an upgrade and the left hand has no idea what the right is doing

  • Roy_Long
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have no time to sort this out as I'm trying to work. However this phone is my main point of contact for calls, emails, etc.. for my business. I am potentially losing business if my clients cannot contact me. I need a reliable mobile network, and currently 3 is not that network.

  • JessLeighA
Jess Adams (@JessLeighA) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Really disappointed with @ThreeUKSupport WUNTU app. Never ever get free or discounted costas or greggs anymore. Don’t use any of the good things as don’t have any near my town 😭

  • Roy_Long
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 3 helpdesk and that's when I started getting the service update texts. I've given postcodes at all times, and yet I still don't get a decent signal (and data in the nn5 5tz postcode is a joke, both indoors and outdoors).

  • CraigHawker
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

@ThreeUKSupport Only to cancel the insurance and to request the refund. As far as I can tell there's not much point in ruining one of your call centre staff's nights.

  • CraigHawker
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England

"I know you don't want insurance, so we'll give you 30 days free and it'll auto-cancel before renewal". I should have known that was going to go wrong. After two separate calls to @ThreeUK I think I am now getting a refund. Hopefully an accident rather than shady practice. 😕

  • bltbuttie
Gillian Butterworth (@bltbuttie) reported from Rushden, England

@ThreeUKSupport we have been having connection issues with both our mobile Broadband and 4 g on phones so no WiFi and I’ve used most of my data on the 4 mobile phones we have in the house! What is going on with your service I’m still paying for ?

  • DeeksSteve
Steve Deeks (@DeeksSteve) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK Hi 3, the screen matrix is numb on my X max, I’m having a terrible customer experience trying to get service, the most inept ‘customer service’ Indian call centre I’ve ever experienced. I loathe being one of your ‘customers’, I regret it deeply. I’m 2hrs in, no further

  • rich001966
richard edwards (@rich001966) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK what’s happening with the network in Northampton no service all day.

  • troozers
Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

  • bitemespices
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Sadly no one called to resolve the issues despite assurances we would be called back yesterday. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

  • Pau1Mc
Paul McEvoy ✏️⚙️ (@Pau1Mc) reported from Northamptonshire, England

The @ThreeUK saga goes from bad to worse, the already owed me £20 after I swapped to a (better!) provider, “can’t resolve it due to a technical issue” and now they’ve just taken another £40 out of my bank account! Thieving bastards. Would recommend you avoid them at all costs!

  • _JamesN
James (@_JamesN) reported from Bedford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah it’s back to normal now.. it was how you dealt with my request for help that was the issue

  • johnd090157
johnd090157 (@johnd090157) reported from Stanwick, England

I appreciate there is a major pandemic at present. However I have tried contacting #Threeuk to find out my account details for a lap top so I can find out when to cancel it. No staff to help and the app is useless. Strangely there are staff happy to chat about a new phone.

  • JF111
jeff archer (@JF111) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK any chance you can sort the service in Northampton out paying for the last 2 months & all but no coverage a text mess to tell it’s going to be **** does not help

  • ThfcJeff
............🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@ThfcJeff) reported from Higham Ferrers, England

More bull shit from the embarrassment of a news channel @SkyNews . Again has its own agenda. @ThreeUK have already said this is bollocks, maybe they worded it differently though. 😂

  • Roy_Long
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England

A question for @ThreeUKSupport why has the issue in NN5 postcode not been fixed....or the one in mk41 postcode. You are not providing the service that you promised when I took out a contract with you. I'll be leaving at renewal time unless your coverage issues are fixed.

  • littlesmegger
Bentendo 🍄 (@littlesmegger) reported from Hardingstone, England

So looks like (at the very least) @ThreeUK customers didn’t receive today’s test emergency alert? Maybe something for @ThreeUKSupport to look into?

  • SoundWavePapi
    Mbappe's 1️⃣ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reported

@LycamobileUK @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK All in all next time instead of paying £26 pm for ID Mobile, I'll just put my £26+5 pm on a different provider next time and never be swindled by low prices from jokemen ever again.

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

  • Carlz94x
    CARLZ (@Carlz94x) reported

@ThreeUK terrible network!! Never no signal! Sort it out !!!

  • Stuart61838784
    Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Contract finishes this year and we won’t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not

  • JustinBarker77
    Justin Barker (@JustinBarker77) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why is there no signal at OL15 0DE? Disappeared since the Vodafone merge. Can’t even make WiFi calls have to use WhatsApp

  • IdeasDirectory
    ideas.directory (@IdeasDirectory) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Worst part Rob, they recycle and give away your number to somebody else after few months but will refuse to port it back or sell it back to you This is a huge privacy issue which @ofcom doesn't seem to care

  • DAlqomlas
    Donia Alqomlas (@DAlqomlas) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Need help i payed 40 pound to my sim but still not activate what should i do to return my number that i used it more than 10 years

  • RyanSael
    Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.

  • Robbo2024
    Robbo$ONDO (@Robbo2024) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Best bet use a Revolut sim. I had the same issue with 3. £12.50 a month with Revolut keep same number, 20GB while abroad and 50mins calls. Took 2 days to get old number transferred.

  • Martin_Adams
Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.
