WordsFromAPen (@WordsFromAPen) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.
-
Fabio (@fabsilvestre92) reported from Bedford, EnglandNot to be horrible but I feel like I have dial up broadband on this phone @ThreeUK

Paul McEvoy ✏️⚙️ (@Pau1Mc) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Nope! Can’t login to your app (still “undergoing essential maintenance” another week later…) and when I tried the phone line it spat me out before I could speak to a person. I’m owed money that was the credit balance on my closed account.
-
richard edwards (@rich001966) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUK what’s happening with the network in Northampton no service all day.
-
Ste Too (@SteToo69) reported from Bromham, England@ThreeUK absolutely shocking level of service in the 3 Bedford store. 14 years a customer - Gone! Hello @O2 :)
-
χΔΝĿΔΜ (@xanlam) reported from Wellingborough, England@virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I was told it was with 'the appropriate team' who would be reminded there was still an issue.
-
johnd090157 (@johnd090157) reported from Stanwick, EnglandI appreciate there is a major pandemic at present. However I have tried contacting #Threeuk to find out my account details for a lap top so I can find out when to cancel it. No staff to help and the app is useless. Strangely there are staff happy to chat about a new phone.
-
Paul (@PAULDREWERY) reported from Bedford, EnglandJust wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
-
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England@ThreeUKSupport Only to cancel the insurance and to request the refund. As far as I can tell there's not much point in ruining one of your call centre staff's nights.
-

-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandA question for @ThreeUKSupport why has the issue in NN5 postcode not been fixed....or the one in mk41 postcode. You are not providing the service that you promised when I took out a contract with you. I'll be leaving at renewal time unless your coverage issues are fixed.
-
Di Latchford (@DiLatchford) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandShame on you @BBCBreakfast openly mocking Threes suggestion to turn a phone on and off. Told my colleague to do this yesterday and guess what, she reconnected to the network. It's not as stupid as you might think. @ThreeUK
-
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England@ThreeUKSupport I try to never assume malice if there's the possibility that something just went wrong due to human error, but "accidentally" tacking on insurance when someone point blank told you that they didn't want it is not "disappointing" and excused with an emoji.
-
............🏴 (@ThfcJeff) reported from Higham Ferrers, EnglandMore bull shit from the embarrassment of a news channel @SkyNews . Again has its own agenda. @ThreeUK have already said this is bollocks, maybe they worded it differently though. 😂
-
Jess Adams (@JessLeighA) reported from Kettering, England@PeterJRoycroft @ThreeUK i didn’t get one either, im on smarty which uses 3 network. guess we will just be blissfully ignorant when it comes to our demise
-
Craig🧨 (@DiamondHatter) reported from Bedford, England@ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!
-
Paul McEvoy ✏️⚙️ (@Pau1Mc) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandThe @ThreeUK saga goes from bad to worse, the already owed me £20 after I swapped to a (better!) provider, “can’t resolve it due to a technical issue” and now they’ve just taken another £40 out of my bank account! Thieving bastards. Would recommend you avoid them at all costs!
