Rod Dunbar (@rod_dunbar) reported from Moulton, England@ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 3 helpdesk and that's when I started getting the service update texts. I've given postcodes at all times, and yet I still don't get a decent signal (and data in the nn5 5tz postcode is a joke, both indoors and outdoors).
-
David Henderson (@atlantean526) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport ok then three, went in-store today to renew my two sim only contracts, all done no problems. My main pay monthly phone contract is eligible for renewal tomorrow, yet the store worker couldn't get the early upgrade fee waived (£19). Cont'd..
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I was told it was with 'the appropriate team' who would be reminded there was still an issue.
-
Di Latchford (@DiLatchford) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandShame on you @BBCBreakfast openly mocking Threes suggestion to turn a phone on and off. Told my colleague to do this yesterday and guess what, she reconnected to the network. It's not as stupid as you might think. @ThreeUK
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandAny update? @ThreeUKSupport Still no broadband through the huawei hub but 4g on my phone signal. Several weeks on intermittant service and now nothing for 3 days. #threedown #customerservice #help
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Clapham, EnglandAnybody else using @ThreeUKSupport network for their phone? Mine won't make calls and downdetector says there is an issue. No acknowledgement of this on the 3 website.
-
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England@ThreeUKSupport I try to never assume malice if there's the possibility that something just went wrong due to human error, but "accidentally" tacking on insurance when someone point blank told you that they didn't want it is not "disappointing" and excused with an emoji.
-
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England@ThreeUKSupport Only to cancel the insurance and to request the refund. As far as I can tell there's not much point in ruining one of your call centre staff's nights.
-
ashpole (@ashpole) reported from Northamptonshire, England@jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandA question for @ThreeUKSupport why has the issue in NN5 postcode not been fixed....or the one in mk41 postcode. You are not providing the service that you promised when I took out a contract with you. I'll be leaving at renewal time unless your coverage issues are fixed.
-
Craig🧨 (@DiamondHatter) reported from Bedford, England@ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!
-
Steve Deeks (@DeeksSteve) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUK Hi 3, the screen matrix is numb on my X max, I’m having a terrible customer experience trying to get service, the most inept ‘customer service’ Indian call centre I’ve ever experienced. I loathe being one of your ‘customers’, I regret it deeply. I’m 2hrs in, no further
-
Paul McEvoy ✏️⚙️ (@Pau1Mc) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandThe @ThreeUK saga goes from bad to worse, the already owed me £20 after I swapped to a (better!) provider, “can’t resolve it due to a technical issue” and now they’ve just taken another £40 out of my bank account! Thieving bastards. Would recommend you avoid them at all costs!
-
............🏴 (@ThfcJeff) reported from Higham Ferrers, EnglandMore bull shit from the embarrassment of a news channel @SkyNews . Again has its own agenda. @ThreeUK have already said this is bollocks, maybe they worded it differently though. 😂
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Sadly no one called to resolve the issues despite assurances we would be called back yesterday. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
-
Paul (@PAULDREWERY) reported from Bedford, EnglandJust wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
-
χΔΝĿΔΜ (@xanlam) reported from Wellingborough, England@virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.
-
richard edwards (@rich001966) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUK what’s happening with the network in Northampton no service all day.
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I've got through to the phone line as we are still having problems. Expecting a callback today. We've done several full restarts but the hub is not working. Phone signal is great even 4g Thanks.

Sara-endipidy🇪🇺 #FBPE (@sara_endipidy) reportedHi @ThreeUK How do I provide feedback on a particularly unhelpful member of your help desk? They took an hour refusing to provide an update on a number that I had added to my account, refused to transfer me to their manager, then magically was able to solve the problem after all.
-
Mookev (@Mookev335907) reported@ThreeUK Is anyone on here a three mobile customer. It looks like they are having network problems?
-
Tanzanian Terrier 🇬🇧🇹🇿🇺🇦🇮🇱 (@petronious) reported@ThreeUKSupport I continually have problems using mobile internet in the area of HD8 9JX. Signal strength is adequate but access to the internet is shocking to non existent. I know others also on @ThreeUK who have the same problem. This has been going on for several years now
-
‘Cliff As If’ (@Cliff_As_If) reported@ThreeUK it’s time to say farewell after 15+ years. I just cannot deal with the poor service any longer. I’ve been patient but finally had enough. Loyalty doesn’t seem to matter these days sadly. Any suggestions for different provider would be welcome. Thank you in advance🙏
-
Placebob (@Placebob2) reported@mavishier @ThreeUK Yeah ive been with them a lot of years hoping joining with Vodafone would help but not so far
-
Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported£15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer. That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.
-
Mike (@LifeThruSpecs) reported@KernowMaiden @ThreeUKSupport They are without doubt, the most woeful network to have ever existed!
