-
Rod Dunbar (@rod_dunbar) reported from Burton Latimer, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service
-
Craig🧨 (@DiamondHatter) reported from Bedford, England@ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!
-
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England@ThreeUKSupport I try to never assume malice if there's the possibility that something just went wrong due to human error, but "accidentally" tacking on insurance when someone point blank told you that they didn't want it is not "disappointing" and excused with an emoji.
-
Paul McEvoy ✏️⚙️ (@Pau1Mc) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandThe @ThreeUK saga goes from bad to worse, the already owed me £20 after I swapped to a (better!) provider, “can’t resolve it due to a technical issue” and now they’ve just taken another £40 out of my bank account! Thieving bastards. Would recommend you avoid them at all costs!
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport So I thought I might get somewhere today but no help. Sadly @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are closed now. Trying again tomorrow.
-
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England@ThreeUKSupport Only to cancel the insurance and to request the refund. As far as I can tell there's not much point in ruining one of your call centre staff's nights.
-
Victoria Earl (@vickiearl_earl) reported from Grange Park, England@ThreeUK you are without doubt, appalling!!! I am utterly disgusted by the level of incompetence and understanding! Somehow I have been signed up to a contract I don’t want, I contacted you to cancel an upgrade and the left hand has no idea what the right is doing
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Sadly no one called to resolve the issues despite assurances we would be called back yesterday. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
-
richard edwards (@rich001966) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUK what’s happening with the network in Northampton no service all day.
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandAny update? @ThreeUKSupport Still no broadband through the huawei hub but 4g on my phone signal. Several weeks on intermittant service and now nothing for 3 days. #threedown #customerservice #help
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandA question for @ThreeUKSupport why has the issue in NN5 postcode not been fixed....or the one in mk41 postcode. You are not providing the service that you promised when I took out a contract with you. I'll be leaving at renewal time unless your coverage issues are fixed.
-
Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?
-
johnd090157 (@johnd090157) reported from Stanwick, EnglandSo after 2 hours trying to contact @ThreeUKSupport I am told can’t cancel contract and call back in a few weeks. Appreciate current difficulties but you are well prepared to sell me one. Why do I have keep paying past contract end date. Will I get a refund.
-
ashpole (@ashpole) reported from Northamptonshire, England@jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.
-
David Henderson (@atlantean526) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport ok then three, went in-store today to renew my two sim only contracts, all done no problems. My main pay monthly phone contract is eligible for renewal tomorrow, yet the store worker couldn't get the early upgrade fee waived (£19). Cont'd..
-
Paul (@PAULDREWERY) reported from Bedford, EnglandJust wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
-
Gillian Butterworth (@bltbuttie) reported from Rushden, England@ThreeUKSupport we have been having connection issues with both our mobile Broadband and 4 g on phones so no WiFi and I’ve used most of my data on the 4 mobile phones we have in the house! What is going on with your service I’m still paying for ?
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandStill no response @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK It appears that your support/ customer service is as poor as your broadband service. Currently non-existent.
-
James (@_JamesN) reported from Bedford, England@ThreeUKSupport Yeah it’s back to normal now.. it was how you dealt with my request for help that was the issue

-
Me (@nickyboy1886) reportedSo ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?
-
Tanzanian Terrier 🇬🇧🇹🇿🇺🇦🇮🇱 (@petronious) reportedYears ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.
-
Tristan Lane (@Tristan27856485) reported@ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network
-
Zion Lights (@ziontree) reportedCalling out @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Company keeps charging me for a cancelled service, but their staff can’t understand or resolve it. Filed a complaint via the website, which they marked as resolved - without resolving it.
-

-
Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
-
Neha Patel (@Nehajp1) reported@ThreeUK no network in my area for months. How do you plan to compensate the fact it's taking so long to fix the issue?!
