@BNogood @ThreeUK @SamsungUK @GadgetsBoy Lucky you. I’ve been with them about 14 years. Service used to be good but in parts of Oxford now, I can’t even place a call, never mind access data. We don’t live in the middle of nowhere. I would expect better.

@ThreeUKSupport Your service in my area has been this lousy since July. I scrapped my contract with you for my iPad sim and switched to Vodafone. I’m still paying off my iPhone but will leave soon as it’s paid. My wife has left you for O2. Good service from both O2 & Vodafone

@ThreeUK Generally pleased with Three and it's usually the cheapest for my needs. Thankfully things don't go wrong very often because when they do customer support is wall-to-wall awful.

Today, out of nowhere, I got a call from Three where the caller knew my exact details and claimed they could help me (an individual with an Indian accent). Of course, it was a scam, but how did the scammer get all my details? This feels like a massive data protection failure. @ThreeUK
