Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. I have alerts enabled, and up to date os, not sure if his has this and can't update Os.

If you want good quality signal and coverage you need to **** with O2 or Voda, they own anything from decent to the best part of the spectrum.
