    @ThreeUK decided to get a contract with you last week, what a mistake. Receiving multiple SIM cards in someone else’s name. Not yet received new phone. When I call for help after 28 mins I get told they can’t help because they have the wrong date of birth

    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport No he did not. He said I don't need to worry about anything. Problem is that I keep hearing it since October from Three team. Pastdue Credit company activities and claiming that £383 from me when I don't owe you a single penny is shocking! I need competent help from 3

    @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely no problem with my mail - Xmas cards etc all ok, I even had a 30kg parcel ordered and delivered after the SIM card order - delivered from Poland in 3 days. So what’s the problem with Three mobile? 2 SIM card orders - no order acknowledgement - no SIM card.

    @ThreeUKSupport ... a loyal customer, but a mistake like this is unforgivable. My wife, son and daughter will all be leaving too. I hear good things about ID Mobile.

    @ThreeUK love how your customer services lie to your customers! Was told I get a refund in 3 days. chase it and be told the global pandemic is causing the delay! Called out the agent as a liar to which he backtracked! Called the complaint team to raise yet another complaint
