    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @ThreeUKSupport Itโ€™s entirely fair as Iโ€™ve been trying to get this fixed since 27th March and you are making me go around in circles. Why canโ€™t you send me a verification process via DM? Other companies have implemented this system. Why is it so difficult to get you to help a loyal customer?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Rhiannon, no, there was no follow up offered. I have had to contact support four times in the last month to try and get this whole thing sorted.
