    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUK I've been experiencing problems with the Internet connection on my mobile phone for the last few weeks. Through WIFI, everything works fine and if I am active the DATA of my Spanish E-Sim as well, so I know the problem is with you guys. Could you help me to sort it out?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, what's going on with your 5G network? Both on mobile and Home 5G router. Crawley RH10 1AP. It was the same yesterday the whole day. Got fixed in the evening and down again since this morning. It's damn annoying. I WFH & connection is so poor even for audio

    @ThreeUKSupport 2/2 It's an impossibility that I have used £44 data without having barely touched my phone, I've also been left without use of data in a foreign country during excursions which left me feeling unsafe. never had issues like this ever with Voda. Seriously reconsidering Three
