@ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

@ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 3 different people since receiving phone on 10 Feb. Nobody can tell me what the real issue is. No mobile data, old number not transferred. Can somebody please sort this!! I don't want to ring a 4th time to be given a generic answer.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had no real signal since Nov19. I can’t make / receive calls and my data speed is useless. I’m currently homeless due to a leak and I need to call contractors etc
