    @ThreeUK decided to get a contract with you last week, what a mistake. Receiving multiple SIM cards in someone else’s name. Not yet received new phone. When I call for help after 28 mins I get told they can’t help because they have the wrong date of birth

    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Please help - I have been a customer with 3 for YEARS - have recently moved to a new flat in Stockwell London and have NO phone signal or 3G. How ever friends on other networks have perfect signal

    @Cassidyy86 @ThreeUK I’ve had no problems with them ever tbh. I originally got with them all them years ago because they were first network to offer data roaming abroad.

    @ThreeUKSupport Im not there now. Another phone call cut off. Same problem on all samsung phones. Just about done with this joke network. Has my bill re calculated yet? Its definately not ,£49
