@turningleftfor @ThreeUK @O2 Three isn’t too bad when abroad though it can very quickly add up. I’ve stuck with them due to what I get in the uk. Airalo is quite good if you only need data when abroad and have a phone that can do esim.

@ThreeUKSupport When I disconnect from the wifi it does not connect automatically to a network. I am asked to sign -in and then say I do not have enough data.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I raised a complaint but still can't get hold of somebody who can tell me what the delay is. The depot is fairly near so don't understand why there should be a problem

@ThreeUKSupport I called a week ago to set up data roaming abroad for my trip to Portugal and was told this was done. Now I get to Portugal and I still can't enable it. I can’t call 333 because I'm not in network and I can't live chat bc it just says "try again later" - rubbish!

@ThreeUK Why has three just changed my monthly spending cap to £50 on their own? I didn't ask you to put my spend cap up nor did I wa t to put my spend cap up. Never change my spend cap without my permission. Ever! I hate you three. I hate you so much.

This year same for my flatmate 30 days notice and then double the price and no more roaming. We switched to Lebara (Vodafone) network wish I did before EU+ India roaming and 100 international min

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK & @ThreeUKSupport seem not to care. The abuse was vicious, relentless, irrational, upsetting, and I was not allowed to speak. You choose not to investigate it. Sorry is not enough, and it's not about money which is why I turned down the credit. 4/5
