@ThreeUKSupport Sort of. They just follow a script, they don’t really know what they are doing, if your problem is beyond what’s written in front of them then they just go through their script in a different way. Such a shame as your in store staff in the UK are wonderful.

@ThreeUKSupport I have never been so frustrated and disappointed by the level of honesty and customer service as I have been with Three and it's broadband. spent 5 hours of my life last week yet matter seems to not have been resolved. absolutely disgraceful.

@SteveHarding_ @ThreeUK Well we’ll see how it goes from here but they need to understand my situation my feelings and the fact that I and others are their CUSTOMERS and they are not getting the service they PAY for!!
