    @ThreeUKSupport I was told to cancel my direct debit while the cancellation was processed. This has now led to me being in debit to Three. I have now been told I will need to pay a full cancellation fee on top of what I owe, even though it was agreed in March that this fee would be waived.

    @ThreeUKSupport FY7 8JY, and pretty much all of Blackpool. All my family have had connection issues using Three, and have never had issues before!!

    @ThreeUK your cart abandonment emails are triggered after I purchased the product. You know what guys, that’s the worst experience ever to start my journey with you. If you need a marketing automation manager, I am sorry I already got a job.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Hi. Really poor reception in Kenley at the moment. Normally fulls bars of 4G but down to 3G today. Is there anyway I can report this so it gets investigated? CR8 5 area.

    @ThreeUKSupport okay.thanks.Was able to speak to support.Btw.If first call with agent (eg. name: Pearl) drops, I call back and get a different agent (eg. name: Steve). How come Steve cannot transfer call to Pearl? Saves having to explain over again.
