    @JasperArgyleMAD @ThreeUKSupport Nah this has been going on nearly 18 months. Nothing wrong with my phone... If I stick an EE/Vodaphone/O2 sim out of friends phone. Perfect 4G hitting 30-50mb. I've had several replacement Sims. It's just 3's signal is abysmal these days

    @ThreeUKSupport No 9ne will help me. I spoke to them and they said no one is working in cancellations convenientjy. They all working in new contracts though. I have several accounts with three been with you over 15 years and don't intend to change that except for this one

    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Ok. Now Ive had enough. Two weeks of constantly dropping out home wifi and phone net in LS2 area. I’ve reported it over and over again. Im trying to work from home!! Fix it or I’m walking out both contracts to hell with how much time is left on them. You are in breach of contract

    My biggest mistake ever was to join @ThreeUK. I heard a lot about bad service and now I'm getting experience. CS is useless they do not accept fault and blame you that your device is faulty. Worse service in London. Not recommend to anybody.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, can you tell me how we'll be notified when this issue is fixed and the Internet service is back working again? The online status checker shows no issues (which is inaccurate given that you are widely acknowledging an issue) so how will we know when it's sorted in our area?
