I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@ThreeUKSupport I need to cancel a contract that I have not used in a year and my contract ends on 8th May so want to give 30 days notice. How do I do this, I have tried the app and the website and I'm going round in circles.

@stuarttaylor79 @ThreeUKSupport We both pay for a service (I have 2 contracts), but they won't compensate you for half a days downtime.

@ThreeUKSupport trying to set up mobile broadband (4g hub) on your website however having issues with credit checks - it’s failed using 3 different people who have no adverse credit and we can’t understand why this is happening. What phone number do I call to sort this?

@ThreeUK Shame you have broken your promise not to introduce roaming charges in the EU. JUST LIKE BORIS

@SoManyBooks6 @ThreeUK It’s been dicey in my area as well, but never as bad as Hubs O2 signal.
-
Mike Gray
(@itf) reported
@winstano @ThreeUK Moved to o2 - they have similar roaming with travel incisive zone, and so far I’ve had 6 months of Disney plus and 3 months of Apple Music out of them, not bad at £15 a month!

Err what mobile network will all us airline crew now use?? @ThreeUK Big shame.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had no signal at home for several days now. My family too who are also with Three. I have WiFi access only and this is ridiculous. Your call centre tells me there’s a problem in the BN10 area and to call again if I still have no service in 7 days!

@mat8iou @sturdyAlex It’s extremely disappointing. @ThreeUK were always going to be my fallback. I never imagined they’d do this.

Simon Leary

@ThreeUKSupport @PhilQuirke But what about those of us who paid for that service over the last year of COVID and didn’t use roaming? Aren’t we already paying for the service then?
-
Steven Betts

@ThreeUK Bad news about Go Roam - losing your one key advantage over other networks there 😩 Seems existing customers keep the benefit - what about month to month SIM-only customers however? Does that count?

@ThreeUK I will be leaving your service after over 15 years, due to your stance on introducing roaming charges. You offered free roaming ahead of the EU agreement to rid us of charges. You used to offer an innovative, customer friendly and fun service. Shame.
