@ThreeUKSupport Apologies for the delay, Three make the entire cancellation process painful. Having spoke to an agent 6 weeks ago this was resolved (so i thought) only to find an increased monthly charge and active service. 2hrs sat on chat to 3 agents all telling me a different 'madeup' story.

@ThreeUKSupport why is it about 50% of the time nobody can hear me speak when a call connects. But when the call is ended and redialed its fine. I know somebody else on 3 who has the same problem.

@ThreeUKSupport No point. I have an ongoing case to cancel. I think Three 5G broadband has to be the worst service I've ever had.
