    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for taking the time to reply, Ali. Paying an insurance premium for a policy on which a claim can’t be made seems wrong, but I completely understand this is outside Three’s control. I went elsewhere for insurance without issue.

    @ThreeUK am really disappointed with you guys, I have been your customer from 2010 and I have always had issues with the network and internet. I am unable to make a phone and receive any from mostly three numbers plus the internet is not great I have to ask my friends to hotspot.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a £5 discount because there is no signal in my area. I have just upgraded my contract and have been told I will no longe receive my recurring discount. This makes NO sense because my phone is still on the same network

    @ThreeUK I always have to try and find wifi. I have always called three to help me with the issues but there were no effective action taken I have been facing the same issues for nearly 7 years. Dispute that I have my account has been impeccable.

    So @ThreeUK mis-sold a contract. Then they cut you off while abroad, during a global pandemic. No service, no payment. Next they start demanding payment. You're abroad, global pandemic. You own the phone, they want payment anyway. But no service.
