So on that @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUKSupport cell locally mostly failures to speedtest/load, with occasional bursts even to 10 Mbps down yet 0.1 Mbps up consistent with 2CA. Am on Band 20 up/primary Band 32 SDL d/load. Clearly B20 overloaded/broken at local cell. #fail

Absolutely disgusted at @ThreeUK Ordered an upgrade in October - cancelled it the next day and 2 months later they are still charging me for a phone I never received and plan I never started!! Telling me I’m liable for the cost despite the fact I’ve never received the phone.

@ThreeUK just transferred to your network and quite disappointed, my 4g is extremely slow, won't load videos or web pages - just times out - coverage in my area is apparently very good
