@ThreeUKSupport Moto G6. Have tried restarting, wiping app data for Carrier Services and Messages and restarting, no dice. When I did it on my O2 phone I got a text message from Google, but never seen anything like that on my 3 one.

@ThreeUKSupport I understand the logistical issues, but when you’ve sent confirmation with a delivery date, it’s to be expected that people are unhappy. It’s not unheard of that on launch day supply will be short, so set expectations and give a window, not a solid date which you’ll likely miss.

@SteMarsh I called @ThreeUK the day I got those texts n didn't get ANY help at all. Long story. Had to call back two days later and speak to someone else. Was going to cancel my account there& then. Screw the early cancellation fee. But the lady said I wouldn't be charged it was impossible

@ThreeUK To be clear and helpful in hopefully directing you to the source of the problem...the network also has problems with notifications from apps like BBC news, Gmail, duolingo (and many others), stops google/nest devices communicating with each other and numerous other issues!

@MileEndComments @ThreeUK The 3 network has been in decline for years, this is a new low. Definitely time to move on to better networks. Due to rubbish 4G data on 3 (1Kb/s, London postcode) I've had to dual SIM with Sky/O2 (50Mb/s 4G same phone, same location) so I'll be switching once my 3 contract ends.
