@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUK last week I submitted a second online request to unlock my three mobile WiFi device. Yesterday I received an SMS asking me to contact 333 as the imei wasn’t recognised. I did. They asked me to submit the online form again having been sent in circles for an hour. Pls Help

@CruisingCrafts @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Omg that’s terrible. I’ve just signed with 3. Makes me worry, I already had the sim so the same issue won’t arise but if they can charge £300 on a sim that never arrived and all in the space of a few days that’s very worrying
