  @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

  @ThreeUK has to be the worse network I’ve ever been with !! Not only did I have my phone stolen the person used my contract to gamble and spend my money. Now Three refuses to do anything about it. That’s fine I’ve just cancelled my contract, no such thing as customer service.

  @alistairclare @askdavidjones @ThreeUK Definitely dont try to understand three e-sims as far as I can tell you have to get them from an actual 3 shop, you have to pick up a new one to move it to a new device, and you have 48 hours of outage each time you do so

  @ThreeUKSupport They are finally investigating but they can't understand that it is a fraudulent contract, when I ring they ask to speak to the contract owner....there isn't one!!! My Dad's name has been used, fraudulently!!!! They asked all my dad's details,why? Customer service is appalling
