@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

Looks like it's time to leave @EE last 3 months has been hell, agents unhelpful customer on the phone and on here. @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK what's good? You got any good sim deals?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport you cannot lure in customers with a deal and ship them a broken item. £29 compensation is an insult when you advertise a fully functional 4k LG TV. I'll have no choice but to escalate this to the ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport disappointed over the last few days. My data keeps dropping in speed dramatically or stops working at all, and the only way to resolve is to switch flight mode on and back off. I have to do this several times AN HOUR. Very disappointed customer.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for the reply Mark. But this is a common issue for this area. The mobile tower needs back up generators, couldn't even access phones for 999 calls.

@O2 your customer service has to be the worst I have ever met after PayPal. Spending hours on hold and some other hours waiting for a call back. When people transfer you to a different department the call "cuts off". One of the tactics used by @ThreeUK many many years ago. Trash!

really really disappointed with the service tonight from @ThreeUK selected the option for international aboard and uk services, waited 4 hours been probably about 6 now and still nothing

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport been told that because I didn't report it within 7 days of recieving it nothing can be done. I wouldn't have paid the price of the package if I knew I would be shipped a faulty product. Locked in a 2 year contract with a broken TV...
