@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

I will be leaving @ThreeUK when my contract ends in April, due to spectacularly bad customer service when I set the contract up. They say ‘let us make you an offer’ - currently paying £16/mth - offer was £21! Garbage

@ThreeUK are you ever intending to support e sims? After your trial failure I feel I may need a new network because you havn't kept up to date with phone manufacturers My company won't let me swap its sim for a esim, so to avoid carrying 2 phones my personal mobile needs to be 1
