    @ThreeUKSupport just changed to Three from O2 today and it appears the network is down in my area - interesting start....can we check GL4 0SZ.

    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUK just left to move to O2, was told I wouldn't be charged anything as I was out of my contract and low and behold I've just been charged by Three, not impressed. And never phone number will work to try and talk to someone 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport my @SamsungMobile s21 ultra has problem connecting to mobile data after I have been at work on WiFi with no signal I have put aero plane mode on and off to get it back only happened after last update

    @ThreeUKSupport Is there an outage in Cambridge? I am waiting for an important call from my doctor but there has been no service for 2 hours. I cannot login to 3 online either, because the 2FA needs to send me a text...but I have no service to receive it.

    Bit of advice for anyone selling an old mobile phone. DON’T USE Envirofone, Music Magpie… Sell it direct to your service provider or the manufacturer ( Apple, Samsung etc). These companies tried to give me £35 for an immaculate iPhone XR. @ThreeUK gave me £154! Don’t get conned

    3.@ThreeUK all I want is the contract to run from the date I started the new contract (14September) to take advantage of your great GoRoam package pre October. This is too difficult despite all your mistakes! Shockingly bad Customer service. #vodaphone #EE

    1.@ThreeUK absolutely terrible customer service today and it appears your staff don’t understand customer requirements. Tried to order a new handset in September and asked for it not to be despatched as I was out the country. 3 still despatched it all the same.

    @ThreeUK my mum is having issues with her pay as you go SIM card so she has a replacement sim. She wants to keep her old number from the old SIM card. How does she do this? Thanks
