    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUK as a long serving customer I am disappointed with your insurance service. My nephew sent his handset to have screen replaced through insurance 4 weeks ago and still has not had his handset repaired. This is unacceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport They tell me what the network checker already states, or they say the problem will be fixed before (but it never is). No signal here for 7 days now. Ongoing issue since 1st week of jan..... #terrible service. I've asked for a uk based person to speak to repeatedly. Nothing.

    @ThreeUK @thibault_ml I take it by the lack of information there's still no news in e-sims We're in contract with 2 handsets on the basis that e-sim support was due end of 22! Also your website info suggests there are contracts that support e-sims "eSIM is available with our Three Your Way plans"

    I know I am tweeting about @ThreeUK lately, but they have literally stolen £140 from me, and are now making me jump through hoops to try to get it back. Dealing with these clowns is like dealing with Autopage Cellular if you can remember how bad that was.

    @ThreeUKSupport You’ve finally admitted your network is down and won’t be back for another 7 days. Really need to improve your communication so customers don’t waste time with unnecessary resets and changes which simply won’t work.

    @ThreeUKSupport I upgraded, paid a free. Was sent the totally wrong things, and when questioned it was because you didn't have the right things in stock. I said cancel everything and made my own plan. You've still charged me the fee, and for the wrong things.
