    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport L20 4LQ. Your service status shows as up and running but when I'm not alone in getting no service, its either a super rare case of everyone's phone/sim decided to fail at the exact same time or its the network. Customer support refused to admit there's an issue.

    Wish I hadn't signed up with @ThreeUK for our contract. Waste of time one of phones. Signal falls off a cliff after 10 seconds. Get me out of there pronto.

    Is there an issue accessing the @PayPalBusiness app on @virginmedia ? Try to login and the app closes. If I do the same on mobile data or @ThreeUK internet, I can login fine

    Why is it whenever there's a problem with the @ThreeUK network, when you ring customer support they blame you the customer. 2 days now no Internet, no 4g never mind 5g. Paying for a service im not getting and then have the cheek to say its my fault. When I'm not alone...

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, thanks for the reply but it kind of misses the point. I wanted to use the online service because I don’t have the time to call. It turns what should be a quick and easy 2 minutes online which I could fit into my day into a protracted experience.

    @ThreeUK shocking service today… over an 1hr to try and get a sim only 12mth deal. in store systems are poor, it crashed twice, once after a successful credit check (thanks for the footprint!). What made it worse is that on 2nd fail they basically said they can’t and to leave
