    @ThreeUKSupport we have been having connection issues with both our mobile Broadband and 4 g on phones so no WiFi and I’ve used most of my data on the 4 mobile phones we have in the house! What is going on with your service I’m still paying for ?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank goodness I did. But you should correct what kind of training this people receive. They let you down and give really bad image to your company.

    Any update? @ThreeUKSupport Still no broadband through the huawei hub but 4g on my phone signal. Several weeks on intermittant service and now nothing for 3 days. #threedown #customerservice #help

    Still no response @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK It appears that your support/ customer service is as poor as your broadband service. Currently non-existent.

    @ThreeUKSupport No and customer services colleague was sure that I had to pay these for cancelling my contract early. It was a sim only contract. Cancelled over the phone as cancelling via internet was showing me the early cancellation fees

    Not sure that @ThreeUK could make it more difficult to contact customer service if they tried. Can’t get through on phone, can’t reset password online. Maybe I should write a letter? Or try semaphore

    @ThreeUKSupport As per my conversation with Three today I have little faith that this is going to be handled properly. They said they would get back to me in few days after they had spoken so someone. I’m sorry Three but it’s been a nightmare service since the start and I would not recommend it.

    @jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.

    @ThreeUK absolutely terrible experience using mobile services from this company. I’ve cancelled the service after a week (within my 30 day cooling off period) two weeks later I receive an invoice for exit fees of £400. Customer services do not know what they are doing. Shocking!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport what is going in in MK452, we have been without meaningful signal since the weekend. A double whammy when you rely on the network for mobile phones and broadband! Please can I get an update as your website offers k timescale.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've got through to the phone line as we are still having problems. Expecting a callback today. We've done several full restarts but the hub is not working. Phone signal is great even 4g Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah - iPhone se 2020 64gb, 4gb download unlimited calls and texts. Meant to come with free beats flex for £27 pm. No beats and I’m still being charged £27! Come on, for a customer of 11 yrs surely you can do better than this!

    @ThreeUKSupport No, that was never mentioned to me. To be honest many of the previous deals I’ve taken are meant to come with Beats but have just made do without, offering to send when back in stock has never been mentioned

    @ThreeUK When my iPhone12Pro gets a 5G signal, I can’t message, call, or use the internet in any way. I’ve had to disable 5G on the device. Called 333 twice, been hung up on twice, and no callback. Not happy! Can you help?

    @ThreeUK So, as a loyal customer I'm offered 3UK broadband. I get my 2 yr contact, cancel my ISP and now 30 days later. NO DATA FOR 4 DAYS!! Zero Communication & when I call told to wait a day. It's now day 5!! Truly unimpressive. Back to tethering from my phone. Thanks 3!! 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport It happens whenever my phone finds and uses 5G. Outgoing and incoming calls are impossible, messages hang unsent, and the internet won’t work. One example postcode is: EH10 4HJ.
