@ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

@ThreeUKSupport phone was lost on Sat night. I don't know my memorable word so your support will not help me and in store they have my shortened First Name on file so they wouldn't accept my passport as ID. I cannot request a new SIM online or in-store as a result. Wtf can I do?

Today switched from @ThreeUK & their exorbitant 340% price hike to @TalkmobileUK offer that's a much better package but same price! Simplicity itself & now new VERY pleased #Talkmobile customer. @ThreeUK seem to exploit customer loyalty so their loss. Only 30day warning too!
