    @ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

    Fobbed off by @ThreeUK again. Whilst any dishonest employee can mis-sell me a contract, it would appear that nobody can cancel it. Avoid this bunch of liars

    @ThreeUKSupport I have completed numerous cold reboots of the router, removed and reinserted the sim & factory reset the router. I have changed the settings for 3G only as per technical support advice but the service is patchy and unusable at times. £20 per month for the privilege.
