    @ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry Jen, I was raging after a call with your call centre and a process that is so clunky and not customer focussed and 8 have felt that I have been duped, but I have now settled my self and realise it's only me that will be effected by the frustration I have felt.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's being suspended because I've been told over the phone numerous times I've got a direct debit set up when clearly it's not been. If I then forget to manually pay, which happens often, I get this issue every month.

    I’m sick of having no service wherever I go ! My partner is also on @ThreeUK and has connection just fine! I’m not paying £85 a month for no connection!! Absolutely been ripped off
