BritainAnon (@BritainAnon) reported@ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
-
woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
-
Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported£15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer. That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.
-
elle🤍 franchaela (@franchaela_x) reported@jamesma34307397 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to customer service and they kept trying to say it’s an issue with my phone and wouldn’t listen when I said other family members on three in the house are having the same problem.

ARDA BATIKAN DURGUT (@durgut_arda1) reportedI've been using @ThreeUK for a long time and was usually happy with it, but for the last two days the internet has been incredibly bad... It's almost completely unresponsive. It's really disappointing that it's this bad in London. @ThreeUKSupport
-
Harriet (@HjRobins) reportedI switched away from @ThreeUK because their customer service agent told me they have blazing fast 5G speeds of up to 100Mbps. I said that's awful. They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay £4 extra for high speeds. Awful.
-
Alexander Bragin (@SkaterMadnes) reported@PaulRoffey1 @ThreeUK Absolutely ****. I am leaving Three due to this. Complete waste of my time
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported@ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Why is the coverage online so poor in Birmingham B43...sort it out.
-
🄸 🄿🅄🅂🄷 🄱🅄🅃🅃🄾🄽🅂 (@_XoDaRap_) reported@ThreeUKSupport I need a customer service email address please. None of your live chat agents could help. I wasted my lunch hour being passed around like a $10 ****** at a stag party.

Baz (@49_timelessness) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!
