@ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

@ThreeUK your agents in the India call centre need to stop pretending they can’t hear me. I’ve called 4 times every single one of them introduce themselves and they second I explain the issue they pretend they can’t hear me. Sort it out!

@ThreeUK last week I submitted a second online request to unlock my three mobile WiFi device. Yesterday I received an SMS asking me to contact 333 as the imei wasn’t recognised. I did. They asked me to submit the online form again having been sent in circles for an hour. Pls Help

@CruisingCrafts @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Omg that’s terrible. I’ve just signed with 3. Makes me worry, I already had the sim so the same issue won’t arise but if they can charge £300 on a sim that never arrived and all in the space of a few days that’s very worrying
