    @ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

    @GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

    @ThreeUKSupport @VillaClaretBlue Your customer service is shocking, I was sold an iPhone Based on a pack of lies.I was told I would have 5G and ESim support, neither is true, you’re sales people are literally selling contracts offering none of the services you promised I am seeking legal advise miss selling.

    @s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk Been with three 10 years, after deciding to upgrade to the iPhone 12 pro on the basis I would have 5G along with ESim support. It’s now January no 5G no eSIM support paying £80 a month. Absolute disgusting customer service only solution is legal action.
