@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@ThreeUK am I going going to be compensated for the internet outages in my area? I had texts informing me about work in the EH42 1BD are in Scotland, and my phone internet is for work. Im losing out on business. Long term customer with the unlimited internet deal and cant use it.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I'm not wanting compensation for the the work I lost just the service I paid you guys for and didn't receive for 2 weekends? I'm pay as you go customer with the monthly £35 unlimited everything bolt on deal thingy. So I don't have a bill to check. I am registered though.
