@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@ThreeUKSupport Three i know this. My issue is that this has been a problem for a year now. We were on the phone for a month going on about this issue and then all you did was "compensated" me £5-10. I know you will do nothing cause it's all you have proven. DM sent anyway.

@ThreeUKSupport No problem I’m switching to a better provider at 1/10th the cost when the pandemic is over with better top up and support infrastructure in place @1pMobile I think they are the way forward. Keep my £20 and put it to improving your customer service instead of ripping them off

@ThreeUKSupport I did. They said there wasn’t a problem in the area and it’s being looked into and moved into a different team.They then said it was sorted and would ring me to check on Wednesday. There wasn’t a call. It’s not been fixed. It’s been like this for months.
