@ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@ThreeUKSupport Let me get this straight, you’re now telling me you don’t do eSIM for my Apple Watch, your sales agents lied to me.I now have a iPhone without 5G, zero coverage, 4 months now into my contract no 5G and now you don’t support watch eSIM.

@ThreeUK Why are you still saying it’s resolved when it’s not? None of my contracts are able to send or receive texts and I literally just got off the phone to customer services and they’ve told me they’re still trying to resolve the issue.
