@ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

@gcluley @TutanotaTeam argued it poorly by not verifying ThreeUK's claim regarding current legislation, and by not pointing out that ThreeUK can't deny its users access to a service they are paying for, and which isn't subject to age verification. It would harm both users and tutanota.

Hey, @ThreeUKSupport your network status says all is well but I've had zero 5G passthrough for an hour, a 4G speed of 0.89mbps, with a ping of 132ms. Clearly, you're not picking up on some outage.

Just update on this... @ThreeUK can be bothered to fix the issue and instead released my friends from their three contracts. Now migrated to @o2 because best deal they could find
