    @ThreeUKSupport They last advised that they couldn't help in refunding the money that was continually charged after the account was cancelled. So we have to wait and have another phone call with another person and waste even more of our time on an account that was cancelled months ago.

    @ThreeUKSupport This has been going on for ages, I have one bar of signal so unless I have WiFi it drops out or doesn’t work and I pay a lot of money per month. Also the additional message charges (when I have unlimited) haven’t been reimbursed as promised. I can’t ring as I’m at work.

    @ThreeUKSupport I understand that you want to help but unfortunately we are mid economic crisis and @ThreeUK is currently making money off money that they should never have charged us. Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't know, its presumably in the notes. Either way, @ThreeUK has wasted hours of our time with unhelpful phone calls when all we wanted to do was cancel an unused contract. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
