@ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

@PeterBayliss @Ofcom Must be a local issue for you - I’ve been relying on @ThreeUK for broadband as my @virginmedia 100mbps fibre line has been epically slow even phone calls made on Wifi calling are bad, switch to mobile and it’s perfect 👌

@stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Lucky you. There has never been any mobile data here a few miles out of Preston and probably never will be with it being a council estate. Network operators are not going to invest in an area unless they're going to get some ROI.

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

@ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

@ThreeUKSupport Tried that before. Im pretty confident it’s not my phone it’s your service. Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.

Son very unhappy as @ThreeUK saying he has to wait 30 days to transfer his number from one @ThreeUK account to another. Makes no sense, would have been better off changing to a diff network.

@ThreeUKSupport I am talking on behalf of a vulnerable person, unable to verbally communicate. Phone upgraded, never received. Tried to ring up and get the phone delivered, can't do that as they hadn't received it back.. Left it a week, rang back, still can't do it as now escalated..

@ThreeUK got 5g broadband because we needed internet fast as we work from home. Recieved it and it doesnt work. Ring up for help and apparently you've sent us the wrong sim and we have to wait till Monday. Please get someone in touch to fix your abhorrent service. Useless.
