@ThreeUKSupport trying to get someone to speak to me re upgrade I discussed yesterday. Your 333 number says no one available, a d no one is responding in Live Chat. Not very good customer service. Can you please get someone to get on Live Chat at the very least. Thank you.

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUK Website has said there is work going on on my local masts covering TR5 0NU for 3 weeks now. How much longer will I have to put up with negligible phone & data service? It's been even more crap this week with total loss of phone & data for long periods.

@ThreeUKSupport Not much, it is pennies, but obviously it is a constant slow drain. And yes phones do communicate with the masts even with data turned off.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it seems he's been charged high amounts on another tariff as his contract is up and he hasn't renewed it yet as he was waiting for me to come to his home after covid restrictions permitted which is now, so I think that's what's occurring but he was never informed & it's never

@ThreeUKSupport Happened before he's been with you 15years never missed a bill/payment he was going to renew contract but waited fr me, so the high amounts I think are FROM higher charges per min, which isn't fair I will know ALOT MORE tmoro as I'll be with him , hopefully get it sorted renew
