    @ThreeUKSupport How can i get my password for wuntu app. When you put forgot password i get the email then the link says open the app but no link to open it. So i open the app myself but it just goes through the same cycle. Help me please

    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    @ThreeUK trying to call my mother in Oz who is in intensive care and cant get through because can’t remember my password. Reset p/w had to click on ridiculous images of sunflowers now locked out of account, no customer services people to answer the PHONE and CANNOT CALL HOSPITAL

    @ThreeUKSupport In the store they logged on for me to take of the adult content filter themselves and told me it was sorted but might take a while to update. It never was sorted. I contacted and was told it was definitely sorted. It was not sorted.

    @ThreeUK FFS, for how long more you won’t sort the network problem out in Hyde park? It’s been the same for the last 8-10 days. Data is not working at all. Cost of this to me is unlimited. Can’t Mail to my customers, can’t do FaceTimes. You’re my biggest mistake.

    Yeah @ThreeUK continues to be useless. I pay £100s a month for multiple phones and just upgraded my main one. They sent the wrong iPhone 14. Useless. My hand me down was a Christmas present. I am massively irritated that I report it and I’m the one that has to ring tomorrow.
