@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport the Emergency Alert did not go off on my phone. Checked and alert is active in my settings getting all other notifications through as well so signals fine.

Should I worry that of four of us in the house on @ThreeUK no-one has had an emergency alert come in? Luckily we’re with a friend who’s on O2 so we feel suitably alerted…
