@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport @AK_907_Queen had the same crap, tried to stop it after xmas due to not having the correct amount of money and the guy i spoke to agreed. They still took it, and to top it off the cost went up, will be cancelling as soon as i can. **** customer service

Absolutely disgusting service by @ThreeUK and horrible treatment by their team- they are holding onto my account after I cancelled the contract last week and every time you call you have to raise the case again- AVOID! Thanks Hod I moved over to Virgin.

Reception has been fine all weekend, surprise it’s now Mon morning & from 8:30 haven’t been able to get on anything.Can’t wait till next year when my contract is up.Then il be going elsewhere with better service that dosent control their signal strength @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport
