@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport My warning message didn't come thru until it was too late. I was only advised to come back to the UK and resume service. Nothing else. When I asked to be transferred to a manager I was told they could not do that since the customer service rep was working

@notameadow @ThreeUK London at all + Three = No I was with them for 6 years, moved to Kingston, could rarely get a signal, moved to Virgin Mobile (EE) and it’s been great

@ThreeUKSupport I closed an account due to services not working, I was told the account was closed. Which, it had not been, then told I would get my money back and after 10 hours of phone calls. Got advised I would be compensated for lost time not as a Gesture of good will. Again misinformed
