@ThreeUKSupport How can i get my password for wuntu app. When you put forgot password i get the email then the link says open the app but no link to open it. So i open the app myself but it just goes through the same cycle. Help me please

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport I know you're not an instant messaging service, but you are a mobile phone network and you are charging me £5 a day for a service that doesn't work. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect customer service support. To answer your question: no, nothing that uses data works.

@ThreeUK When I tell your cold calling team that I don’t want to be called ever again, can you make sure that they don’t say: “Ok **** off” Been a happy customer for years and I don’t appreciate being spoken to like this.
