@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUK how can I get help with my 5G hub which isn’t working. Internet was fine for a month and then it’s started being really slow and won’t connect to TV and phone. Can’t speak to someone online as don’t know what my 3 phone number is!

@ThreeUK I opened a mobile and broadband contract during lockdown. My contracts finished on 4 April. I was fully paid up. No longer use your service. I have just received a new bill reminder. I am no longer a customer. Thanks lease help#the phone enquiry is of no help Thank you

@ThreeUKSupport there's been little to no 5G signal, and >30s latency on 4G since Saturday (30th of April) morning in NW19BU. However your tool says everything is ok. Are you working on this? I have home broadband through a 5G router with you, so no service for me.

@ThreeUK why dose three say no problems with there network and mast in are area? Try to up sell a new home wifi unit. I look on line shopping witch says we're on our way..????? So why are you telling me no problems and your shop site says different????
