    @ThreeUKSupport trying to get someone to speak to me re upgrade I discussed yesterday. Your 333 number says no one available, a d no one is responding in Live Chat. Not very good customer service. Can you please get someone to get on Live Chat at the very least. Thank you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    Hello. I'm currently a Three customer. I bought a physical SIM card the US. The SIM card is activated and registered with T-Mobile. after doing research myself it appears that the VoLTE provision is switched off on your end. Please advise and help me @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now Iโ€™m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous

    As an existing customer @ThreeUK you are a disgrace! Finding out you been charging me ยฃ15 plus per month for 11 years for broadband! Yes my fault but could u not see it not been used and have the courtesy to contact me considering I have my mobile with you? Thieving !!!!

    I generally think that @ThreeUK has become one of the worst networks recently, most of the time the data doesnโ€™t work on my plan, that there offers are bad and most of all there is hardly any signal, actually annoys me when they donโ€™t sort it out

    @ThreeUK Every time I get a spam call Iโ€™m going to send you an invoice for ยฃ5,000 for illegally selling my data Do something about all the spam calls? Itโ€™s 100% your fault - absolute shitshow for giving our numbers away to all these pieces of crap
