@ThreeUKSupport How can i get my password for wuntu app. When you put forgot password i get the email then the link says open the app but no link to open it. So i open the app myself but it just goes through the same cycle. Help me please

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport Well I want to log a complaint against the store manager who missold me the handset. I specifically said o wanted the pink and was the only reason I didn't take the S21+ which he early knew. I'm left with a handset I don't want cause I trusted the guy... Awesome!

@ThreeUK would like an explanation as to why a customer of over 10 years with 4 contacts in the house hold I get a worse deal on upgrades than a new customer? No incentive for loyalty

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I realise that, but I’m being asked to identify all sorts each and *every* time I log in. It really is very tedious when the login, password and/or Face ID should suffice. The various captcha photos are often hard to make out.

Apalled at the lackadaisical suport from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport . Disconnected my phone services last week without my permission. Then assured resolution within 2 working day. It's been over a week now..waiting!!

@ThreeUK So nice of you to take money from my account today by direct debit when I had paid the bill in full on Saturday over the phone when I upgraded. Your customer service agent put a block on the DD and assured me the payment wouldn’t be duplicated !!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
