    @ThreeUKSupport trying to get someone to speak to me re upgrade I discussed yesterday. Your 333 number says no one available, a d no one is responding in Live Chat. Not very good customer service. Can you please get someone to get on Live Chat at the very least. Thank you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    @ThreeUK I have purchased a 60GB auto renew pack from you and am still being told that my balance is £0. This happened to me last month I am a rolling contract PAYG customer and last month you took £35 off me when I only wanted to top up £10. Can somebody please help? #three

    @ThreeUK your network has become absolutely terrible. The signal keeps dropping, data is painfully slow, and I’m honestly fed up with it. I’m paying for a service that I can barely use. Please fix this issue or explain what’s going on. 😡📶 #ThreeUK
