@ThreeUKSupport How can i get my password for wuntu app. When you put forgot password i get the email then the link says open the app but no link to open it. So i open the app myself but it just goes through the same cycle. Help me please

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport trying to get someone to speak to me re upgrade I discussed yesterday. Your 333 number says no one available, a d no one is responding in Live Chat. Not very good customer service. Can you please get someone to get on Live Chat at the very least. Thank you.

@ThreeUKSupport I cancelled the contract back in December and they said I won’t get charge cos I mainly cancelled it due to signal services - I thought they’d refund it to me straightaway but I guess not

@ThreeUK your customer service for bereaved families is shocking . Restricted my Mums account which my Dad was responsible for who sadly passed away Monday . Three times having told you this you have asked to speak to my Dad . I bloody well wish I could !!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Also perhaps you could learn a thing from @VirginMedia_One they have a bereavement team and I have to say not being able to speak with someone in the UK is not nice . Why would you not wait for the sim to be sent out before restricting her service . The account has two numbers

@ThreeUKSupport I have let several people know what’s going on and it does not make a shred of difference, having problems for weeks wanted to speak to a person on the phone finally and ironically couldn’t hear a thing she was saying and didn’t seem interested in trying to fix it

@ThreeUK I did a live chat this afternoon hoping to upgrade with an offer expiring at midnight. I was told your upgrade system was down. The person I spoke to earlier has finished their shift and advised using the app- but no staff are available. Am I still entitled to the offer?
