Extremely poor customer service and they bank on people falling for their lies. Now escalated to ofcom.

Told by their "customer service" person that it wasn't processed until today - contract started yesterday of *course* - and maybe delivery tomorrow.

She has tried to get this sorted several times and it’s still not working. I’m concerned as she’s out and I tried myself to get it sorted to be told I’m not the account hold!
