@ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

@flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

@ThreeUKSupport Your system never picks up any faults when there’s a problem. I’ve spoken to cus/service many times and they say the same thing. I can’t use 3G, 4G or send calls/texts. I have significant ongoing health issues and can’t even contact my GP for two days now😑

@ThreeUK has anyone tried to cancel there phone, without changing to another network? If your a three customer, like me and been with Three for 6 years, its impossible to leave Three. The treatment I have recieved from three, is absolutely disgusting.

@thugprolly @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Tried to buy a new phone on 3 was told on online chat if I phoned you could price match an offer I seen online from 3rd party, waste of time got talked to like I was stupid very by the guy who hardly let me get a word in very bad customer service.
