@ThreeUKSupport Looking to cancel my 4G broadband early as have had 3G only service at home for several months now due to local mast issues - also with one bar coverage. When 4G worked it was over 70Mb and three bars. How do I cancel? I use for business and can’t rely on it now.

@ThreeUKSupport @oIiviarl ordered phone to collect from store, would not give to me as confusion over my name. Told to reorder but same problem. Still getting emails for payments for phone i never had. Tried talking to Three by phone, chat, complaint form but do not get I never had them.

@ThreeUK the mobile connection on the London to Brighton route on the three network is absolutely abominable. To call it patchy would be a vastly over compliment it. Why?

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport Please don't ignore me. I'm 30. Have ID to prove it, but no credit card. Seems like a simple solution problem would be to enable MMS message to 333 so that I can MMS photo of ID. Requiring a CC/store visit discriminates against low income rural people.

I have to say, @ThreeUK is without a doubt the worst network I've ever used. Just spent three days in London and was unable to get a signal 90% of the time, ditto during the train journey home. My wife's @EE signal has been perfect all weekend. Absolute waste of time.
