I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

We went to go with them, never received the phone, never used the service yet they still have my Β£49 deposit and WONT give it back!!! Have started court proceedings so it will cost them more in the long run.

I've considered switching myself but the data package limit isn't as high as Three I believe. Shouldn't be a problem unless you stream a lot during the month though. They start ending their 2G and 3G support from next year.

Jonathan Lewis Career Services (@jlcareersuk) reported@ThreeUKSupport Pete if I didnβt have a THREE home broadband then I wouldnβt need to rely on your signal for Wi-Fi. As both your mobile and home broadband d both work off your network therein lies why I have a problem.

Just spoken to 2nd line support who were very polite and helpful; major works in London but Three's policy is to keep it quiet, not inform customers, not even update the status page. @Ofcom

I was told it would be completed today yet it is still about 20% of it's normal speed. I have 3 mobile contracts and home broadband and am unable to access hardly anything. This tweet box took 1minute to load!
