@ThreeUK hey - I got a text to say my sim contract runs out tomorrow and I’ll get a email with some info in but I’ve never received. Logged into my3 and can see a unlimited sim 12 mth contract for £16 a month - can I just upgrade to this and keep my number? Thanks ✨

@ThreeUKSupport It's 22 a month. The first postcode is correct, but your system doesn't recognize it yet. As for what the advisor said, threes customer support should really be double checking what they are saying before they say it in writing

@EliseRCook @ThreeUK If the coverage is good where you live, hubs & I have been very happy with Giffgaff for many years. They piggyback the O2 network. We do contract free, own our phones, and can decide month on month what tariff we want that month. Only thing is no real customer service.

@ThreeUK really getting fed up with our crap 3 network is dont bother with it we have a upgrade due this week after being with them 10 yrs not bothering as it sounds like your under water all the time
