@O2 Well we will say 95% off the Lake District, I’m pleased I wasn’t relying on the service for directions god knows where we would of ended up,shocking signal/service, so pleased I took my @ThreeUK home broadband with me,fantastic signal on our campsite the kids were well happy.

@ThreeUK Pathetic customer service. Raised an issue a week back regarding no caller ID shown on any incoming calls and still no luck with the fix. Unable to know or call back on the missed calls. Rather they are fine with me switching to other network. That’s very much three

Really not impressed with @ThreeUK. Tried to update only to be lied to. Spoken to like a child and patronised by call taker. No customer care sorry they could not care. 15 years as a customer wont be anymore. #abslouteltynotstayingwiththem

@ThreeUKSupport So far in August it has been like this for at least 8 days. Being self employed and WFH is impossible when relying on @ThreeUK to provide the service I pay for. @Ofcom should be investigating this company for failure to provide consistent service

@ThreeUKSupport On and off since having the phone, have tried to get help a few times. Having tried different things in the settings, still no better. Just keeping getting told to ring Samsung, never had any issues at all with iPhone
