@ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

@C_GHuband @ThreeUK I've experienced that before after an update.. Turning power off and restarting it solved the problem for me, try that.

@flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

@ThreeUK thank goodness I am out of contract I will be closing my account very soon. This is the most unreliable network in the UK. I would encourage anybody else who is dissatisfied to look at other alternatives

@ThreeUK STOP saying data services are fine — they’re not. This has been going on since Sunday, and only today you issue an apology?That’s not good enough. People rely on your network to work, travel, and stay connected, and you’ve failed on all fronts. I expect a bill reduction next bill

@ThreeUK the outage is presumably not down to a piece of faulty equipment but some sort of unauthorised change on the network just shows that three are not in control of how they manage their infrastructure. Time to say goodbye.
