I forgot about the Emergency Alert this afternoon... luckily being on @ThreeUK they didn't give me a shock but let me enjoy my afternoon in peace... Bit of a worry if a #ZombieApocalypse happens tho...

@ThreeUK Now we know a rather high proportion of 3 customers didn't receive the emergency alert as I was one how do you A) plan to reassure your customers that they can have faith in the next important notice is distributed B) what was the issue?!! Really worrying I may look to switch.

@sarumbear @ThreeUK Yep. But should that matter? It’s supposed to be a national alert system. 1 out of 6 smartphones, across 2 1/2 networks all on 4G is pretty **** performance.
