@flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

@ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

@ThreeUK has been total yeah for a while now and when I woke up today without internet... Again... That I finally bit the bullet and signed up to another internet provider, despite still being in contract. Enough is enough. Can't wait until I can cancel my service in 4 months!

@Oli_Wilkinson @ThreeUK I feel your frustration - I ended switching mobile providers from @Vodaphone4 to EE because of poor customer service - not from individuals, or the SoMe comms pros, but a poorly thought out uncommunicative silo'd approach to the customer experience if there were problems.

@ThreeUK Worst company in terms of customer servuces, miss selling and disconnected 12 out of 13 calls explaining the same thing again. IVR asks ID details passes security to only get asked the same questions by agent. This company has gone from bad to worse. leaveing after 17yrs
