    @EJBrookes83 @ThreeUK hope you have more luck getting a decent signal/data speeds with @ThreeUK than we have after moving from Vodafone in September 🐢 🐢 One good thing of being imprisoned through lockdown means it’s a rarer frustration than it otherwise would be.

    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport @threeuksupport Paid for x2 phones. Both were not dispatched due to internal technical issues. No refunds made. Complaints team have not responded in the times promised. Third phone failed the credit check due to 3 carrying out too many. 17 hours on the phone. No solution.

    @ThreeUKSupport damn, this is the second day in a row where i ether have no signal or 1 bar. How long does it usually take to fix a problem??

    @ThreeUKSupport I didn’t because I left the country but that doesn’t allow you to reactivate my account without permission. I told this to several support agents. They promised a manager would call back and of course they never did.

    @ThreeUKSupport If I buy an Apple Watch, I won’t be able to use the phone through it, so not being able to answer calls or text messages. However will other services be effected by the network not working with the watches? Just weighing up pros and cons of swapping my Fitbit x

    @ThreeUKSupport I did this through the “cancel your account” page on your website, as I’ve explained to your support staff. There was no mention of having to give a pac code to anyone as I can’t, because i don’t live in the UK. This is entrapment.
