    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUK not happy new year!!! very bad customer service, been many years customer have two contacts and both expensive. they are telling me that I am on outstanding balance on 2nd of January when it is due date is 18th January, can't claim for insurance for that reason!

    @ThreeUK have taken hundreds from me for a phone I've never had, THERE IS NO CONTRACT! 4x live chat, nothing. Fraud Dept claims nothing is wrong. Not only no refund, I'm "still liable"! Disgusting way to treat a customer of 12 yrs. #3mobile #three @BBCWatchdog @CitizensAdvice

    @ThreeUKSupport No normal calls using GSM or LTE work fine, it's just WiFi calling that has the dropped calls issue

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi thanks for the response the last time we spoke with them was 23/12/20and assured all was in hand. We then had debt collectors text us on 31/12/20 & 1/1/21. Having spoken to them today they are allegedly contacting you to sort before chasing us again! Please help!

    @ThreeUKSupport Managed to do that a few days ago. Not holding out much hope...... Meanwhile, whilst I wait I will Continue to tell people of my bad customer service treatment and experience and hopefully people will see sense and shop elsewhere AVOID THREE UK Very poor customer care service
