Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUKSupport They asked for my new address and have only just received my "final bill". They said my account closed on the 8/9/22 when it should have been closed in august when I cancelled it online. I'm not paying for something because your online system doesn't work properly!

@ThreeUKSupport Get Started Use Free Wi-Fi Underground Once you're at a participating station, switch on Wi-Fi and connect to Three_WIFI. The trouble is Three_WIFI doesn’t seem to work on the Elizabeth Line Stations

@ThreeUK whomever you are outsourcing the promotion of bundles/upgrades the experience is pretty awful as a customer. I've had to correct a sales rep on the actual deal they are offering (because they dont have the right info) and had the call ended because Im not a 'sale'
