@EJBrookes83 @ThreeUK hope you have more luck getting a decent signal/data speeds with @ThreeUK than we have after moving from Vodafone in September 🐢 🐢 One good thing of being imprisoned through lockdown means it’s a rarer frustration than it otherwise would be.

Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

@ThreeUKSupport Well, that link points you in the right direction. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK You are having a problem with your cellular plan. Once you unpair a watch and then try to re-pair a watch, an error message appears. Yet NO ONE is able to help. The issue has been going on for 3-4 months

@ThreeUKSupport Well Three seems to be down again in YO26 4TH, no Internet access at all this time. I can't wait until my contract is up to get a proper, reliable hardwired connection. Your network will never replace hardwired connections when it's this unreliable

@ThreeUKSupport Why can’t I login into my account either via email or app? Constantly being told ‘something has gone wrong’ & to ‘try again later’. V frustrating.

@ThreeUKSupport been a customer with yourselves for years. Upgrade was due tomorrow so I called, was told any deal I found would be matched. I shopped around, gave 3 links with the S22 ultra in the chat and you wouldn't match! I think I'm going to end my contract with yourselves.

@ThreeUK has to be the worst customer experience ever, everyone “understands” that you speak to but can’t correctly log phone calls, tried to cancel contract for the 3rd time… they don’t seem to want to log those phone calls.

@ThreeUK You have a technical network issue with your cellular plan. You make enough money by outsourcing your entire customer support to India. The agents are great, you need to train them about this issue, and even better, you're not RESOLVING it.
