@EJBrookes83 @ThreeUK hope you have more luck getting a decent signal/data speeds with @ThreeUK than we have after moving from Vodafone in September 🐢 🐢 One good thing of being imprisoned through lockdown means it’s a rarer frustration than it otherwise would be.

@ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

Absolutely bonkers customer service chat with @ThreeUK; offered me a mobile broadband "upgrade" (having been a customer for about 10 years) that would cost £1 more a month and result in me getting literally 75% *less* data allowance. That's... literally not an upgrade?

@ThreeUKSupport It's mobile 4G in EH6. Ping has been poor all day, just now it's making work impossible, can't even get connected to the VPN. Ping jumpin between 50-500+.
