    @ThreeUKSupport What you're saying is your network is congested permanently then. It's unusable which is a problem when you're not giving what you're selling.

    @ThreeUKSupport The reason for the #complaint @Ofcom is that I can’t get the app to work and navigating your phone system has proved impossible ! I shall now be formalising my complaint. This really is ridiculous and frustrating. You are making it impossible for me to manage my accounts!

    @ThreeUK hi 👋 I need to change my address- the 3 app won't let me as it says I still have the 3 home signal box - I returned that a couple of yrs ago Can I call in to a physical store to change my address?

When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! Never got a call back cause she couldn't get through lol still waiting on my call back aswell..

    I generally think that @ThreeUK has become one of the worst networks recently, most of the time the data doesn’t work on my plan, that there offers are bad and most of all there is hardly any signal, actually annoys me when they don’t sort it out

    I think next time I’m arranging an upgrade of my mobile phone contract before I commit to a new one with @ThreeUK I will check which courier company they’re using for the delivery. If it’s @dpduk_ I will probably look elsewhere after the issues the last 2 times.

    @YTJustGetATesla @ThreeUK Im gradually moving off Three. EE gives a better signal and my company does a deal where I can choose any network and get a monthly contract SIM (not locked in) for a better price than I get elsewhere.

    All I’ve wanted to do today after I got off work is play the new Fortnite season but I can’t because Three UK are the most incompetent ***** known to man why am I getting 400 KBPS for 3rd time this week and it’s only Thursday you ***** sort you **** out @ThreeUK
