    @ThreeUKSupport just spent over an hour on the support chart and got absolutely nowhere and then the agent just stopped responding. Huge waste of my time and issue still not resolved. SORT IT OUT!

    @ThreeUK @O2 You and other networks need to make sure that you do not have the same problem as o2. And if it happens you need to be quick to fix it

    @ThreeUKSupport Friend calling yesterday using iPhone on BT and didn't get through. First time called from few miles away and then tried while sitting next to me. Second friend called sitting next to me and got through no problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport No sorry, by the time I get the chance to go to webchat it's already closed. It's so frustrating as we never know how many times we're missing calls or if we're gonna get through. We've resorted to calling house phone. Both running most up to date software.

    @VodafoneUK who knew it was so difficult to try and renew my 12 month sim only contract!! Being passed around departments so I gave up! Better see if @ThreeUK or @O2 or @EE can help!!!

    @ThreeUK you charged me £1.10 for 2 picture messages which my friend didn't receive (sent them by Whatsapp in the end) & your support says it's my fault for not knowing the other other person couldn't receive them! So thanks for the PAC & I'm gone. Enjoy your ill-gotten £1.10.

    @ThreeUK The app doesn’t work. The website doesn’t work. I’ve been in a queue for customer relations almost 3 hours now after spending an hour with other support getting me to do the same thing I’ve already done million times and spent hours trying to just get into my account.

    @ThreeUK @katebevan Amazing. Haven’t been able to get a decent 4g signal since last year and @ThreeUKSupport and @ThreeUK just ignore it. Still put their prices up this month though. Classy.
