They did that to me and said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

No wonder it couldnt find anything before, it formats the address as number, name, street, instead of name, number, street.
