3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Ilkley, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Ilkley and nearby locations:

  • AaronBudwal Mr Budwal (@AaronBudwal) reported from Wibsey, England

After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @TheO2.

  • Stevros1988 Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

  • AlexHeyAcro alex (@AlexHeyAcro) reported from Bradford, England

@Lost_In_Films_ @ThreeUK Yeah it’s scummy, they won’t do anything to help either, their app doesn’t work, and their customer service people are rude more often than not

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @aisha05920164 Three are a joke. They lie, break promises and do not care about their customers. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this set of shambolic charlatans. Do not believe when they tell you that turning off 4G is the answer to your problems. It’s just a lie.

  • thetapeworm The Tapeworm (@thetapeworm) reported from Gildersome, England

@ThreeUKSupport Your service status page has said there's an issue in the area for months, seems you aren't bothered about fixing it.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!

  • MrAntony Antony (@MrAntony) reported from Leeds, England

Here’s hoping that in 2020 @ThreeUK sort out their terrible 4G in leeds. So so bad.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ddyson3 We’d all have much more respect for you if you admitted there’s an issue publicly. Might even have made me keep my four accounts with you after 10 years of loyalty.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ciaranphillips Don’t listen to them. By suggesting that the fault is a local one and that 3G is a ‘fix’ they are abusing your trust as a customer. You need to avoid any further dealings with these shambolic charlatans.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @natedog_1980 Oh look. Another localised issue with 4G. When are @ThreeUKSupport going to grow a pair and admit they have a National 4G issue you it’s abused customers. Time to stop being shambolic charlatans.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

So @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are in the habit of lying to customers it would appear. As a customer of 10 years I’d expect more from them.

  • jelichong jeli chong (@jelichong) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUK My network still coming and going all day today!! I am not too bothered about that until I need internet for my bus ticket!!! #fixit please!

  • FrangipaniNight Frangipani Night (@FrangipaniNight) reported from Gargrave, England

    (2) need to be contactable at all times as my partner has a disability and is currently on a train home. Please reinstate my signal ASAP! @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Wibsey, England

@AdrianAndreev @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Get yourself to an EE store. Nicest people ever. Called customer service with PAC and the guy gave me his direct email. Proper service.

  • FrangipaniNight Frangipani Night (@FrangipaniNight) reported from Skipton, England

@EE Hello! Please could you help me retrieve my PAC code at all from @ThreeUK as they are holding my old number from yourselves hostage! I’ve joined @EE again and wish I’d never left 😭

Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport So tell me. Why are you lying to customers that 4G outages are local problems, convincing people to turn off 4G and switch to 3G is a terrible solution - which you seem to be proud to have ‘fixed’ @ThreeUK Trule are a set of shambolic charlatans

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

    @ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx Another local issue

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.

  • Stevros1988 Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport Charley, please read through the thread. This is not a complaint about the outage from a couple of weeks ago. I was merely stating that I only started noticing the issue I've been having (see my initial screenshot right at the start) since that outage happened.

  • paulmichaeldev Paul Michael (@paulmichaeldev) reported

To the random person I saw earlier saying the emergency phone test is a Government conspiracy and "why do they need to test something they know works?!" It appears the test was a fail. People with @ThreeUK failed to receive the alert. This is why you test these things!

  • PadUdall PαdU 💙 (@PadUdall) reported

No #emergencyalert for me. I'm on @SMARTYMobileUK which uses @ThreeUK network

  • lindakimou Linda Grainge (@lindakimou) reported

@debbiesalt Nope!! None of us did either! #noalert what network are you with? We are all #threeuk

  • TheGarethLloyd GᗩᖇᕮTᕼ ᒪᒪOYᗪ (@TheGarethLloyd) reported

@PLEYOR ID network…. which I think rides on the back of @ThreeUK #emergencyalert

  • LDNBloke Michael Harris (@LDNBloke) reported

No emergency alert notifications on Three network - @ThreeUK clearly failed. Even if one person out of every 10 decides their safety is more important than mobile network, they’re gonna lose customers #emergencyalert #three

  • Mama_Kirst Kirst (@Mama_Kirst) reported

@ThreeUKSupport any reason why me and my partner didn't get the emergency alert?

  • clairyfairy86 ClUrRrR (@clairyfairy86) reported

We have 3 devices all connected to @ThreeUK and not a single one went off. My anxiety has been through the roof in the last few hours, waiting for it to go off, but nothing 🙄🙄🙄 three customers would be doomed #emergencyalert #threenetwork #fail @porlmurf

    @SOVIETBEAR @ThreeUK How odd - I’m on 4G - iPhone - IOS 16.4.1 with all alerts on. What a let down. Need a carrier receiver…
