    @ThreeUKSupport @ciaranphillips Don’t listen to them. By suggesting that the fault is a local one and that 3G is a ‘fix’ they are abusing your trust as a customer. You need to avoid any further dealings with these shambolic charlatans.

    @ThreeUKSupport Be aware that they will renew your contract right after your old one ended!!! They said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

    I'm really getting sick and tired with @ThreeUKSupport and their rubbish network. You leave your home and can't connect to the Internet anywhere. My patience is running low. Paying for service and not getting any. #threeuk

    After 10 or so years on @ThreeUK, I've finally left. It was so good in the beginning, but after nearly 2 years with lack of signal and frustration with them, it left me no choice but to leave. Now back to my childhood network....Hello @O2.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nothing happens, shows all the correct carrier settings in settings but doesn’t show three in the top bar, and I get no signal. I can’t call three from it either :(

    Genuinley think I’ve made a massive mistake moving from @EE > @ThreeUKSupport Not even 2 weeks into the new contract and I’ve had 4 major issues with the Telephony network.

    @ThreeUK has to be the silliest network to get a contract with in the uk, how can an existing contract client not been able to switch a physical sim to an e sim? In 2022?? This can’t even happen in nigeria, sharp sharp they’ll give me my e sim.

I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?     @ThreeUKSupport I’m getting a ‘working on the network in your area’ msg for SL2. We’ve not been able to use the internet since Saturday… meaning no tv or wfh. I want to know how long this is expected to go on for? Days? weeks? And why would you not reach out to us to warn us?

    @ThreeUK even after the merging with Vodafone my actual phone signal remains at one bar at home (E9). And, for some reason, my WiFi calling hardly works too. It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!
