    @ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I've had issues with my network for well over a month now, I've rang three times and they keep saying it will be fixed next week each time. Its not on, I'd like to cancel my contract as this is affecting my work

    @ThreeUK live chat for over an hour, no resolution, transferred 4th time to be 138th in the queue for the chat to be ended whilst i’m holding. Poor customer service.

    If I could give life advice to anybody it would be this; never, ever join @ThreeUK. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was warned and I still did it. Heed my warning!

    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @ThreeUK Get connected to your advisor no problem, it takes him that long to issue my new contract that delivery date for my phone goes from 23rd October to the 11th November..... Absolute pile of **** not even bothering whatever

    @ThreeUKSupport @DonMokkz23_ Mine has been down for almost 48 hours now. Deleted and fully re-installed the app and now I can’t even login at all. Getting the error message “check your connection and try again”. All other apps working fine and there’s nothing wrong with my data connection

    Having to put my @ThreeUKSupport SIM back into my iPhone. The @madebygoogle Android 12 updates have stopped my phone from using mobile data. Ridiculous. Either of these companies please feel free to help before I switch phone and network altogether.

    @ThreeUK , @MoneySavingExp I left my 2 #Three contacts few weeks ago , got both final bills with credit balance and I didn’t cancel Direct debit as it’s easy for #Three to refund credits balance, Still #Three charged my DB yesterday for a contract I left few weeks ago 😱

    @ThreeUK can’t access Apple Music, App Store, Netflix… seen many posts now how long until this will be addressed? I know it’s the three network as other SIM cards allow these services to work on the same device.

    @ThreeUKSupport When I try to use mobile data nothing loads, I just get a network error. The SIM works fine in my iPhone. Android 12 on Google Pixel has been really buggy and I'm not the only Three customer to be facing these issues with the Pixel 6 and Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport really bad 4G/5G connection in Stratford/E15 currently. Phone and home broadband have very patchy connections

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport think U have a mast offline. Driving north up A4050 past CF5 6DD around 9:15 this morning there was no signal. No 3G, 4G, LTE-A. The closet mast I can think of is the 40mtr high one at CF5 6AD. @ThreeUK
