@ThreeUKSupport It has been, and I was still asked to explain it all and give in all my details again to every new person I spoke to. Suppose I'll get nowhere tweeting you guys if you can't even flag problems in the area. It's a ******' pain in the **** having to phone.

  • n3lbert
:neil (@n3lbert) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK I don't blame Three for the outage that happens with all carriers. But this has been down all night it's taken until 0900 before this was acknowledged.

  • jjf2906
JJF (@jjf2906) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport Cool. It does but most apps won't load on 3g. 4g does work most of the time, but it just randomly drops out or says there's signal but it's hollow ๐Ÿ˜…

Alfie (@joebangor49) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK can you please give me a customer service email address

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 You donโ€™t get the same experience on @ThreeUK - never get shady third party companies calling. You treat your customers like another product to be sold. It should be criminal. Iโ€™m actually disgusted. ๐Ÿคฎ

@ThreeUKSupport my Family and I have alot of 3 contracts between us in Belfast. My wife is having serious problems with our Home WIFI and her mobile data since about 10:30am. She is relying totally on 3 for connections. Can you tell us if there is a known problem in Belfast today

  • AriffK_88
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport Every time I speak to someone at Three either on the phone or echat they insist there's no problem and refuse to escalate it. They keep telling me it's my hub but it's the same issue using the sim in a different device & I'm guaranteed to speak to at least 5 different people!๐Ÿคฌ

  • annieoakley1984
Andrea O'Kane (@annieoakley1984) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

  • Fiona_Dick
Fiona Dick (@Fiona_Dick) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport so annoyed at your online customer service. 3 days Iโ€™ve been on the chat, no one has sorted yet even though this is due to an issue with your website that I canโ€™t automatically do it online. Apparently my surname isnโ€™t appropriate...

  • AriffK_88
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport your 4g is actually ridiculously shit.

  • c0n0rmcc
Conor (@c0n0rmcc) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport I received a text on 16th August saying you were doing work in my area, is this still ongoing? Network speeds have been absolutely terrible in BT14 for the past month, at least

  • AriffK_88
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK Roses are red, Violets are blue, My signal is shite And 3 is too!

  • AriffK_88
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUKSupport I'm actually sick of speaking to your webchat and help desk. They tell me the problem is my phone. Shows how much they listen. Then tell me they can't do anything and pass me through to complaints who can't help either. Useless!

  • michaelkwhite
Michael White (@michaelkwhite) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@ThreeUK get your finger out! No network!!!!

  • TheMasqueradeNI

  • IchBinLucee

@ThreeUK bro, why is the caffe nero reward activated immediately and then needs to be used in an hour??? Change it back wtf

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

  • seanpaulguitar
    Sean Redmond (@seanpaulguitar) reported

@ThreeUK your live chat agent is a pile of crap, if someone asks to be put through to an agent and says no questions it must immediately do so, your unacceptable menus and ridiculous questions arent acceptable, if i ask for an agent it should be IMMEDIATE

  • HarryWessex
    Harry (@HarryWessex) reported

@ThreeUK Hi, can you let me know the progress of fixing the data around Basingstoke? 4G and 5G seem available, the the data is slow on non existent. Itโ€™s been like this for at least 5 months.

  • jle2386
    Jon โœจ๐Ÿ’ซ (@jle2386) reported

@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

  • rawkingcoconut
    rawkingcoconutwater (@rawkingcoconut) reported

@ThreeUK Why is your coverage strength on your signals so poor , people pay for 5g ans yet no service at all in central areas , are you scamming customers by selling a product you canโ€™t offer , authorities should shut you down take action against your company

  • Mainstreamlive
    Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reported

@coveragechecker @ThreeUK Nah no favours I could call in but then I would want everyone to get good signal and at least something decent lol ah the masts they were a good thing, at least you get some really good stuff lol

  • P_L_M97
    ๐๐€๐ˆ๐†๐„ ๐‹๐„๐Ž๐๐ˆ (@P_L_M97) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why is it when I have full signal nothing ever works on my phone ???? Your signal is appalling since merging with Vodafone sort it out Iโ€™ll be leaving when my contract is up

  • coveragechecker
    CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported

@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.

  • satheeshvad
    Satheeshkumar Rajendran Ph.D (@satheeshvad) reported

@ThreeUK Hi three, without any notification, my number has been discontinued because I'm abroad, but I paid some of the months. Before I left the country, I asked your team; they said it was not possible to terminate, and now, without any notification, the number is not in use.
