Mr C 🇮🇪 (@niallcullen83) reported from Carryduff, Northern Ireland@McSmileyman @VeronicaHoungan @ThreeUK Yeah I’m in Belfast and for a city the single has got extremely terrible. Time to shop around a new deal with someone else, been with three now 5 years and don’t see a better other for existing customers compared to new.
-
Peter Clarke (@PedroClarke1) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@Gabeuk @ThreeUK Fair. While I agree that some of the 5G Monopole designs are egregious for certain street scenes, I have trouble devising something better with massively compromising on capability. Although there is an argument that more of less could work better...
-
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport Every time I speak to someone at Three either on the phone or echat they insist there's no problem and refuse to escalate it. They keep telling me it's my hub but it's the same issue using the sim in a different device & I'm guaranteed to speak to at least 5 different people!🤬
-
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport Oh and they tell me it's an issue with my computer... Or all my devices that are connected to the hub. So obviously they don't understand the issue.
-
Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport It has been, and I was still asked to explain it all and give in all my details again to every new person I spoke to. Suppose I'll get nowhere tweeting you guys if you can't even flag problems in the area. It's a ******' pain in the **** having to phone.
-
Stephen (@onlyoneonthebus) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@PositiveLad @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I had the same issue when I tried to cancel as well, took me nearly 50mins.

-
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland@O2 You don’t get the same experience on @ThreeUK - never get shady third party companies calling. You treat your customers like another product to be sold. It should be criminal. I’m actually disgusted. 🤮
-
:neil (@n3lbert) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@ThreeUK I don't blame Three for the outage that happens with all carriers. But this has been down all night it's taken until 0900 before this was acknowledged.
-
JJF (@jjf2906) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport Cool. It does but most apps won't load on 3g. 4g does work most of the time, but it just randomly drops out or says there's signal but it's hollow 😅
-
Filipa Garcia (@garcia_filipa) reported from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland@ohaymonica @ThreeUK It is not... had the same issue

-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Thanks Olly Yeah, I don't get it either. It's a policy of theirs. They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.
-
Martin (@martinrue) reported@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.
-
Omni (@omnishredder_) reported@ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly £30 a month
-
Ryan (@ryantalks1024) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Idk if it's still relevant since I did it 4 years ago and never looked into anything else But I just use Google Fi
-
Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported@Carlz94x @ThreeUK They’re supposed to be **** hot since Vodafone bought them ! “Forming the largest uk network” my ***. I don’t get why my phone says 4/5G and 4 bars but can’t send an iMessage. ?!
-

-
Taylor✌️ (@JulieOutrageous) reported@KayliePaylie @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I think the only time we've paid more than like £6 for the cinema was when we were in London, and you expect it down there
-
Milber Jinslade (@xeode) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK known people with a uk number out of the uk for years, wonder when this policy started, or they just wanted an excuse to cancel your account?
