-
Peter Clarke (@PedroClarke1) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@Gabeuk @ThreeUK Fair. While I agree that some of the 5G Monopole designs are egregious for certain street scenes, I have trouble devising something better with massively compromising on capability. Although there is an argument that more of less could work better...
-
David Annett (@davidannett7) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport Three rescue have responded and said it will be cancelled in a few days, thanks for your help👍🏽

Ariff (@AriffK_88) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@ThreeUKSupport I'm actually sick of speaking to your webchat and help desk. They tell me the problem is my phone. Shows how much they listen. Then tell me they can't do anything and pass me through to complaints who can't help either. Useless!
-

3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reportedI generally think that @ThreeUK has become one of the worst networks recently, most of the time the data doesn’t work on my plan, that there offers are bad and most of all there is hardly any signal, actually annoys me when they don’t sort it out
-
Cookie (@jamescookdev) reportedWhy is dealing with @ThreeUK such a massive ballache? Cancelled home broadband 2 weeks ago. Supposed to receive instructions from DPD on how to return the router. Nothing ever arrived. I will be charged if they don't receive it back. Tried to speak to them through live chat today. Takes forever to bypass the chatbot and and speak to a real person and when you finally get someone they reply so slowly it takes forever to sort anything out. Session times out while I'm busy trying to get some actual work done (that's how slow they are to reply). Website logs me out. I lose all the progress I've made. Try and log back in and their site is broken. Just ******* shoot me now.
-
Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported@JurateJW @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No better in the North either. I thought the Vodafone acquisition was supposed to make them the largest network in the UK and improve signal. I feel it’s got worse.
-
Rhiann 💎 (@Rhiiyounit11) reported@ThreeUKSupport can someone tell me how I can make a complaint seen as your online agent clearly doesn’t want to reply to me
-
B (@scriptwren) reported@UniversalExile @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have found them awful - left as soon as I could
-
André Walker (@andrejpwalker) reportedI’m so angry about this @paramountplus thing with @ThreeUK. I was basically forced into it by the salesperson. It’s impossible to access and impossible to cancel. £10 a month for nothing.
-
C_R_5 (@c_r_5) reported@ThreeUKSupport For DAYS on end now, our 3broadband getting 6mbps down (with nearly 1sec of latency) & 35mbps up Customer care been worse than a waste of time, saying it's "congestion" A) I live in isolated rural area with a total of 7 houses B) *If* congested, add capacity
-
Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reported@ThreeUKSupport are you not replying to support issues? I asked earlier when normal service in Worcester will be resumed and what was causing the disruption - any answers?
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
niko (@alienLDN) reported@ThreeUK so I asked you to cancel my contract as it comes to an end and you haven’t done it just to screw more money out of me. Shame on you I will never be your customer again
